The best place in town. No other business in the area has more dedicated, harder-working staff. The "pandemic surge" in sales, resulting in product deliveries twice the size as they used to be, has continued forward with no sign of slowing down. And, on top of double the workload, there are new and exciting duties such as Order Pickup, as well as taking on additional duties such as receiving vendors, since they dissolved the dedicated receiver position. Curiously, despite this manic frenzy just to barely stay caught up, and retailers celebrating record sales, we somehow cannot get enough walkie-talkies from corporate to adequately and efficiently enable proper levels of communication and responsiveness, meaning that the lucky few people per department which have them are additionally burdened by needing to respond to matters while other, less responsible staff "accidentally" avoid checking one out, resulting in additional exploitation of the workers who care about doing a good job. The managers are notably skilled in tasks such as managing who, among everyone, is in possession of the limited number of walkies. The reward, amongst other things, for this exemplary show of perseverance through this insanity, is for "full time" workers to be getting as few as 25 hours per week. I'm sorry, I think I got a little sidetracked.This Target store is full of, mostly, the best people, who truly give it their all, and try to make it work with what they have. Even the staff who are behind schedule and feeling overwhelmed will drop what they are doing to assist with any guest questions to the best of their ability.It is, honestly, both the highest number as well as the greatest concentration of the absolutely best people I have ever witnessed, and they earn this with both processing product, and interacting with guests (again, as best they can).It may not have the volume, or selection, of places such as W. M. but the prices actually can be quite competitive, and you have the peace of mind that if someone in this Target says that they "don't have any in the back," I PROMISE you, that is the case. There's no need to wonder if they're just saying that, because they don't want to go look, or simply don't feel like doing the extra walking. I think that this absolution and trustworthiness of an answer adds to, perhaps even significantly adds to, the experience.As a whole, this Target location truly does the best they can, given the circumstances. They appreciate our business, and guests who are recognized as regulars are greeted as such whenever possible.You will not find a better group of people.

I really don’t go out and write reviews often unless it’s a memorable event. There have been multiple occasions of the same guy doing drive up and he is FANTASTIC. I can’t remember his name but I know people call him the Drive Up King. He is always so careful with the eggs and bread to the point where he goes out of the way to make sure they are in a safe spot. I have always had great experiences with him and the rest of the target team going above and beyond to create an amazing guest experience.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to highlight the customer service at this location especially with curbside pickup. I’ve never seen a better team. I also want to shout out Josh and thank him. One of the best on the team. It was pouring raining when I arrived back in town to get my curbside order. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The curbside team always is friendly and so courteous when delivering. Please recognize these team members especially Josh.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. It's pretty well organized and the associates are always friendly and responsive. They may not carry as much as say Walmart, but things here are generally easier to find when in stock. Having a little different selection than Walmart is always a nice little bonus.

They really need to upgrade this target to be at the level that other target stores across the nation are at. The workers here are all super friendly and work very hard but the store is hurt by fact that the selection here is really lacking compared to any other target store that I have been to, despite having the best customer service. It also doesn’t have a built in Starbucks like most target stores do, which isn’t a huge deal to me personally but it makes it seem like this store is not a big priority to the target corporation. It’s probably a D store as opposed to the bigger stores that I have seen. Maybe they think that since Valdosta is a small town we don’t deserve a nice target here? Either way, I hope target can do better by putting more resources into this store in the future.

Don't ever go to Target intending to use manufacturers' coupons. I did, and it was a nightmare. I spent about 10 minutes at the register waiting on the employee to figure out how to input them. I even had to unload all my items so she could ring them up again (because of the coupons). Ridiculous situation.

I love going to Target to see what's new after a long week of work but DO NOT go on a Friday night. The loud teenagers yelling randomly (where are their parents?) and the mother openly swearing at her child in the book section (have some manners) really killed this trip for me. Past Friday night trips have had babies and children yelling and screaming, teenagers hitting each other will pool noodles. I don't know, it's like people don't realize they are in public + have an effect on other people's experience + I'm not sure that it's the employee's job to monitor the noise and disruptions. I will pick a different time to go when it is quieter.

They customer service is o.k. But it’s to many times I’ve bought outdated items or products and the staff members perception of themselves could better. The piercings, many sagging pants, dressing unprofessional. Mainly the women..”Dress for success” is key.

The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I have had a few that have gone out of their way to help me find specific items. The store and the bathrooms have always been clean. I do wish the bullseye playground was stocked better, but overall, I love the store.

Valdosta Ga Target is the best. They move checkout very smoothly. I have never stood in line there over a few minutes…they keep things moving as they employ enough people as needed unlike many other stores leave you on your own with no help when needed.

The workers are very helpful. Our family especially like Terri. She is always so helpful with making sure we know what offers Target has for their customers. She also will help us find items, if can’t seem to locate them. She is always smiling and friendly. My daughter gets excited when she sees Mrs. Terri and runs and gives her a hug. When you shop at Target, like one manager said, you are apart of the family, when you come shop here and at the Valdosta,Georgia location I agree with them!

I went to pick up an order. The young man who carried my order out to my car loaded it and said “Have a good day.” At the same time I received a phone call I had been waiting for all day. So I talked to the person on the phone for maybe 2 minutes at the most. Now keep in mind there is like 8-10 parking spaces for drive up orders and only my vehicle and another one two spaces over we’re sitting there. The RUDE YOUNG MAN kept beating on my car window yelling at me that I had to leave immediately because I was taking up valuable space and his time! The person I was talking to on the phone overheard him!! And the reason why I had to resort to drive up orders is because Target just this year ships via FEDEX. FedEx left 2 of my large orders out in the pouring down rain and all of my goods were damaged! And Target nor FedEx would replace my damaged goods or refund me my money! NEVER AGAIN!! Plus Target’s clothing falls apart time you touch them let alone even wearing them or washing them one time! Furious is an understatement!!

Compared to every other Target I’ve ever been to, it has less of everything, so things get picked over quickly. The Bullseye area is practically nonexistent. The customer service area is basically just two registers. No official CS counter like other stores. No concession area. Clothing area is messy and cramped. The Hearth and Hand by Magnolia display is pitiful. ZERO updates to this store whatsoever. This area deserves a better store than this but obviously it’s not a priority to the Target Corporation.

Small Target so less selection than most but shelves were well stocked. No family/unisex bathroom. Only one entrance - exit and it is easy to miss because you'll be focused on the light ahead that gives the impression of an entrance but is only for Home Depot.

I always find clean, open spaces for shopping in Target, and receive courteous and competent service.Coordinating Target’s online service with my local store, for pickup or returns is quick and easy. I highly recommend Target, for most any personal or household need.
