DON'T SHOP HERE! GO ELSEWHERE! I walked in here with several thousand dollars cash in my pocket with the intent to buy a few firearms. Nobody greeted me, and all employees ignored me while I waited at the gun section. Yet every "white customer" who came into the store after me got greeted with a smile and the staff acknowledged them right away... Yeah, I don't have time for this bigotry. I left T3 after waiting a few more minutes at the counter then went to Academy Sports right up the road on Norman Drive. I purchased 12 firearms from Academy Sports and Adel Outfitters in Adel next to their Walmart off of Exit 39. I hope you people are happy turning away thousands of dollars in losses over the years from so many potential customers. No wonder T3 has so many bad reviews. I hope the increase of bad reviews hurts your business. You people don't deserve to have a store in Valdosta. Shut down and never open again.

T3 has good staff with good attitudes. They have a wide selection for hard to find ammo, lots of inventory of everything outdoors and home defense and or hunting. Great place to shop especially if you don't know exactly what you are looking for.

Best outdoor store I’ve ever been to and at 76 I’ve been to a few! The staff has invariably been very knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally helpful, regardless of the product. If all the businesses that I have to deal with were as well run as T3 Outdoors, life would certainly be easier!

I have purchased three handguns from T3 over the past few years. Staff are fantastic and the prices have been excellent! Honestly, I stop by at times just to absorb a little of the atmosphere! I don't hunt or fish but there is plenty here for those who do. I shoot targets and do my fishing at Publix where the fish come breaded and frozen. Great place to browse for a variety of things from boots to ammo.

Wonderful service. Can’t remember the incredibly helpful gentleman’s name with the killer mustache but he helped me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Shopping for anything gun related for me is stressful and this guy gave me confidence and answered all my questions. Super patient with me. Highly recommend for anything gun related!!!

Great place and great service been here a few times and got treated exceptionally well each time. Just left there and haven’t even pulled out parking lot to do this review. I have a m&p 22. I bought it never shot it and went shooting one day it kept jamming. I figured it must need cleaning. T3 said bring it in. I get there and instantly the T3 rep said it’s something wrong with gun. He looked at it and said it’s clean it needs oil not cleaning. He oiled gun for free. I thought that was very honest cause he could’ve easily charged me to clean the gun knowing I don’t know much about gun care. I appreciate that and they definitely have a lifelong customer…

This place is a treasure! Every experience I’ve had here has been a great one! From the customer service to product selection this is my go-to store for anything outdoor related. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Travis knows so much about everything but he is also patient and does a great job of answering your questions without making you feel dumb. They have long-ago earned my business—but that doesn’t keep the staff from making each subsequent experience for me just as special!

Really liked this place at first however every single time I go in there I am greeted with a bad attitude from Travis in the gun department. Travis makes the whole experience just terrible, makes you feel like you are not welcome in the store at all. I've been told by many other hunters that they've stopped going to this store for that exact reason and I as well will not be going back unless I absolutely have to and that is such a shame because this store is losing out on so much business over one man's poor attitude! Everyone else in the store is super friendly and helpful but this guy, so if you do go here I suggest getting a different store member to help you. I thought at first it was due to the fact that I am a women buying firearms but after talking to so many other people I have realized it is just how this guy acts towards almost everyone who comes in the store. It would be in the businesses best interest to pull Travis aside and retrain him on how to deal with the customers until that happens they are surely losing A LOT of business.

Great new location! Looks like they have plenty of room to fill in. They do provide a military and first responders discount. Plenty of selection available for handguns, and for now a slightly small section of accessories. I’ve always had good help from their staff, I’ve even had a few recommendations for holster types and carry belts.It was kind of heart breaking recently to pay almost $9 for a small brick of 50 rounds. I could be mistaken that I thought it previously used to be around the same price for a 100 pack of Blazers last year.

Don't waste your time as they will waste yours for sure. Not great inventory and when the clerk called in for a firearm approval he gave them all the wrong info and my application was denied. The ATF confirmed that the info was all wrong. They never contacted me to tell me that I was denied and yet claimed they had called me. They had both our numbers and when they read them back to me they had totally different numbers not ours.Don't waste your time as I mentioned. I went to another store and was in and out within 30 minutes, all approved and guns in hand.

While the service was fine, they sport one of the most ridiculous mark ups in price on ammo I've seen in quite some time, and I found the staff had nothing short of a dangerous level of misinformation about the fire arms they sold. While it may be a great store for hunting supplies, I would recommend just about anyone else over them when it comes to firearms.

Wonderful experience and can't wait to be a return customer. I called from overseas (deployed) to get some info on their ffl and in particular the VP9 pistol by HK. Not only did they give me a discount but they reserved the pistol for me after a payment through the phone. Semi decent selection completely outshadowed by the big guy in there with the worst retail attitude I've ever seen. He knows just enough about what he's talking about to be dangerous and anything you say that is different is wrong in his eyes. Rude and pushy, I'd recommend making a trip to Adel for a wider selection and more friendly customer service

The staff at valdosta T3 are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Katie was very kind and cheerful and helped my husband and I select a night vision scope. We purchased the ATN Thor Lt , a thermal scope, and it is everything they claimed and more!! Dead on accuracy, and the image is crystal clear , better than the review pictures . I could not ask for a better piece of equipment for the price .

I almost loved shopping for a new gun here. Pretty small selection, but great prices. Money doesn't make the difference in this case. I personally don't know if I'll be shopping here again. Captain know-it-all, aka "the big guy" has very poor customer service skills. I went in wanting to drop $900 on a Chiappa Rhino, he talked me out of it and tried to get me to buy a Smith & Wesson. I wouldn't have been happy with that, I like weird guns. I want to purchase a weird/oddly large "stupid looking" gun. Don't know what it is, I just have to have the oddities. Either way, totally against his advice I end up buying a Taurus Judge. I'm glad I didn't listen to him. I got exactly what I wanted, a big retarded gun to go out and have fun with. Big man acts like guns are just for stopping people. I have no intention of carrying such a ridiculously large weapon like the Taurus Judge for self defense. When I went to pick up the Judge, the other older gentleman there was more than helpful with helping me find a great holster for the judge. I would definitely go back if I could just do a deal with someone other than the life hating know-it-all. If you buy anything other than what he suggests, he f***ing hates you. Thats the attitude and feeling I got from him. He didn't even want to help me find a holster for my Smith & Wesson Bodyguard. I ended up going to Academy and easily found one without having to deal with someone with possibly the worst salesmanship/attitude ever. He alone made the experience bad and the shop got $300-400 less than what they could've had. And now I still want the Chiappa Rhino, even though it is a Taurus company. He hates Taurus. Another reason I'm glad I bought a Taurus Judge. I hope he can't sleep at night thinking about my Judge. lol If I do ever go back, I won't be talking to him. I will actually make it a point to ignore him altogether.

T3 is a gem for the outdoorsman. I shopped there for 5 years before I moved. People may complain that they don't carry brand X, or Y. That is because they only stock things that work. IF they don't have it, they can order it. They are a no BS store. The "big guy" (as he is referred to in other comments) keeps T3 polished. Eye-witness account: He breaks his neck everyday. While others are too impatient to wait for quality service, I happily waited my turn to hear "the big guy's" advice. Travis is a straight shooter (punny), and serves customers as he would want to be served. The owner is a nice guy too.

Come to T3 to purchase revolver. Waited for salesman’s to finish with customer ahead of me. And waited for same salesman to finish with business on phone, No problem. Once off the phone, salesman strikes up conversation with customer at next counter while I’m waiting to be helped. Salesman more worried about dipping and other customers. I left, drove 1.5 miles and bought pistol from Academy Sports.
