While the amount of shoppers was outrageous that comes with the holiday seasons. The lines were long but seemed to move quickly. The scan and go option is a huge time saver. Less headache in and out. The selection was great and some of the prices are hard to beat. The choice of Christmas items is out the door.

I love the scan and go on the Sam's app (if your paying with your card). You just scan your items as you put them in your buggy and pay for them before you walk to the exit, and the employee at the exit door will scan your phone and check your items. No standing in line waiting for a register.

We got a TV here for a good price. The diapers are really good quality and such a great deal. Good fresh and tasty produce. I always enjoy shopping at Sam's.

Ms Amanda, in the bakery department, made an outstanding birthday cake for my mom's 85th birthday. I described by phone what I was desiring & Amanda went above & beyond in producing the prettiest product ever. Many thanks and blessings. 💕

Nice store. Many good items. One huge health concern: chicken is undercooked :(Please fix that and the yogurt machine. One month + broken. Unacceptable.

Prices are great for the quantities received. Store was clean and organized just a lot of walking. Stores like this always can approve on customer service. I met one employee that seemed some what pleasent and enthusiastic and that was our cashier. They offer a variety of products.

I love shopping at your store. I was there with My Daughter Rachel and Granddaughter Ainsley Ray. They had Pizza 🍕 and Hotdogs with Beverages.

Google tells you that sams closes at 8pm. I was there at 7:40pm and all i needed to buy was formula for my son. I would've been in and out. As i walked up to the door an employee ran to the door, locked the door, and said they were closing. I told the employee that all i needed was formula that i would be in and out the store in 5 minutes and i was told that they could not open the door back up. Would give this place 0 stars if i could. Will not be back.

The lack of customer service is extreme at this point! The cashier, Makenzie, was not only incredibly disrespectful to me but also showed no respect for the front-end manager, Akila. Makenzie created a ridiculous scene simply because I reiterated I didn't want to use my Sam's cash on this transaction. She rudely replied that she didn't apply the Sam's cash as she ate her pretzel. I made comment to the person whom I was holding a phone conversation, stating that "people's attitudes are ridiculous." The cashier proceeded to escalate the situation by stating that she didn't have an attitude & that I, the customer, "came at me (cashier) wrong." I told Makenzie that I wasn't speaking to her. However, she continued to address me & my phone conversation. I repeated that I'm not talking to her & told her to stop speaking to me. She continued to antagonize the situation & instead told me that I could get out of her line. I then told her to call a manager. At this point, she got louder in her disrespectful harassment. She yelled at Akila & beckoned her to deal with me. Akila made several attempts to tell Makenzie to calm down; however, she was ignored & Makenzie continued her rant about how she wouldn't be disrespected & didn't care about her job. Akila directed Makenzie to go upstairs & had to physically initiate her to walk away. Akila then continued the horrible customer service. She questioned my membership instead of offering any form of apology. During the completion of my transaction, I attempted to notify Akila of the issue. Unfortunately for me, she showed no interest in my experience & repeatedly interrupted me. This behavior is thoroughly disgusting! What's worse is this is the type of customer experience being provided, especially given the fact that people are trying to prepare to enjoy the holiday season.

The worst part of Sams Club was the people. If thats my biggest complaint then they are doing alright.They had free samples of the burnt pork end. Yup, it worked on me. I ended up buying a box. Next time can the items be next to the employee. She was right by the freezer section. Most of the stores I go to do it like that. They keep the sample products next to the samples.

The scan and go app is the only way to go. You don't have to wait in line, then unload your cart onto the conveyer. Scan a you load, click pay and head for the door. So Much time saved!

Not doing good this day ...1 person running the snack bar and she was overwhelmed .. trash running over, tables dirty, long line of people, no syrup in the drink machine except the Pepsi and when I bring this to the attention of management they let me know it isn't their job to help and they can't help that whomever scheduled workers for the snack bar didn't schedule a 2nd person ...Then when we ask for thier names and ask to speak to someone over their head the young male, Jimmy decides to get mouthy.I have been here before with no issues, and the problems within the snack bar I can excuse because of being short handed ...But there was no excuse for Gloria and Jimmy's laziness and disrespect.

For many, many months my sams cash has been unobtainable, just kept saying error: unable to process at this time. Just kept being told by cashiers that they had no idea why. Went on a trip to visit family in Kentucky this past June, went to sams, they asked if I wanted to use my sams cash, I said it don't work, they tried it and it went strait through. Came back home and back to being unaccessable. Went to customer service today, they said there was no problem to just use it. So I tried, same error. Went back to customer service, they have no idea how to fix it, just got a "sorry, don't know what to do". Came home, got someone on the website, they said try it on another platform. So I made an order for pickup. I never do my shopping that way. But it worked. I guess I will just have to use that way to shop now. I hat it. Can't get my groceries until tomorrow morning but at least I don't feel like I spend $100 a year to shop for nothing. I am beyond aggravated with this store. Been a sams member for many years, but I don't know if I will stay a member once this year runs out.

Thursday at 5:45pm. The Cafè had no pizza, no pizza pretzels, no pretzels, no yogurt. The only thing they had were hot dogs with a ten minute wait. They said they ran out for the day. Not sure about that, I think they just don't care.

Always a great selection and has everything I’m looking for. I use the app and scan items as I go and pay before I leave so I don’t have to wait at the registers. Worth the membership and always finding good deals.

I found Sam's Club to be a good place to shop. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. They have some very good products. The meats are at a great price. The only thing that I found that I don't like about Sam's is that they don't have the Fresh Deli Meats, Cheeses, etc. like BJs in South Florida, also I find that their freshly baked sweets are too sweet for my taste buds. Overall, they're good.

Shawn (the gas attendant) is the sweetest man ever! My 16 year old daughters card wasn’t working and she had no gas and he gave her 25 bucks to put in her tank! He is the sweetest and deserves all the praise! What a blessing he is to Sam’s Club members! Thanks Shawn!

Big volume at good prices. Meat selection is incredible. Also went in to buy a trampoline and got great customer service from team members inside the store however waited like 15 minutes for someone to help me load in the parking lot. Nobody ever showed up loaded it myself. Still good experience.

Not happy with them. I only ordered milk but never got it. I waited for over 20 minutes and they never brought it out. And they would not answer the phone. I just eventually cancelled the order.

Purchased a pack of premium white albacore tuna on 7/19/2023, open a can last night 8/13/2023 and thank goodness I was paying close attention because there were tiny flakes of glass throughout the whole can. I proceed to check the other cans, didn’t see anything (still not risking it). Call customer care for Sam’s Club and basically there was no sorries or let me get more information so this doesn’t happen to someone else. I was offered a gift card or to take to the store. Took to the store today 8/14/2024, the girl was kinda rude at first, acted like it was an inconvenience for me not having my receipt. She told me she didn’t have time to look back into my history to find it. Anyways, needless to say I got refunded with an attitude. I still find it shocking not one bit of concern from customer care or the Sam’s club employee. We could have seriously gotten sick if we ate that. Signed a very unpleased human.

The white car parked in a handicap spot with a young man in the car. He stated that the driver wasn't handicap but was only going in to grab a few things. My mother, who has a parking pass, wasn't able to get out of her car due to how close they parked over the line. This is outrageous. Not a reflection of the business, but disappointing nonetheless.
