Absolutely one of my favorite Publix is ever. 99% of the employees are welcoming, helpful, kind caring and become like friends and family. I could give names but the list would go on and on.. the store is always pretty clean. The bathrooms are clean. I just really appreciate service people who smile and chat with you even if they don’t want to lol. Sometimes it makes your day better. Thank you for all you guys do..

I love Publix, however this store needs to make some serious improvements in the deli area. I usually order my deli meats online for the convenience, but the last several times my order has not been completed when it was supposed to. It took them an hour to complete my order; 20 minutes after it was supposed to be completed. What's the point of online ordering if I still have to wait in line? When I talked to a manager they were very dismissive and couldn’t care less. Do better Publix!!

New to the area- this is the most expensive price gouging Publix..Coming from a larger city and grocery stores like Whole Food & Earth Fare.I don’t think I’ve ever paid $12 for eggs until I moved here.Also I have a question- we purchased ground beef from the meat department, went home cooked it and was literally full for 2 days..I would like to know if fillers are added to their beef? Or is it 100% beef?It was definitely a culture shock moving to the area- and so far we’ve been driving to Tallahassee once a week to Whole Foods to grocery shop!

I finally moved back to a place that has a Publix! I was so happy to come in today!!! Everything was organized, in stock, and easy to find. Employees were helpful and made my experience better.Update: Still Publix! Went again this morning. There was a line for it being so early, 7:30-8am. One cashier locked eyes with me but never called me to her. Then she called for the woman behind me. I only had 1 item so that was rude. I won't take it out on Publix because they have 1 employee whose a bit doltish. Ill take a few ignorant employees over going to Walmart any day.Update 2: Still love this place! Very busy today. Yet, everything was still good.

I shop for instacart here and my ONLINE ORDERED SUBS are almost NEVER ready when I arrive! what’s the point of having an online service if you’re not going to have them ready for pickup. This not only inconveniences us but the customer that value these subs as well.

Haven't been to this location often. The one time recently it was bc they have a kiosk there where you're able to get your vehicles' tag. I think they had a little more of a selection of items than the one on Baytree

Only one place in Lowndes Co., where I buy original farmer cheese and the best breads and rolls .The store also has those sales when i can buy one and get one free, which is great for retiree on Social Security pay.

I lived in SoCal for almost 50 years, and there was no supermarket chain there that could begin to touch Publix.Publix' slogan is "Where shopping is a pleasure". It is a perfect slogan because I really *like* shopping at Publix. Since I'm now in my late 60's and disabled, I really appreciate being asked if I need help getting my groceries into the car.I also use Publix Pharmacy, and it's great knowing my prescriptions will be ready when I go to the market.I can't really think of any complaints about Publix. They are a little bit pricier than the Walmart across the street, but if you shop Publix sales and BOGO, you won't pay a whole lot more, and you'll get *so* much more!

The ladies and gentlemen who work there. Is amazing. They greet you with a smile and make sure you are okay. Their customer service is on point. I love this store. It's clean and everything is well kept. You see smiling faces from the time you walk in until you check out. I'll give this Public a 10 all cross the board. Keep up the good customer service. The employee is doing a great job 👍

Worst service I've ever experienced. Been coming here off and on for 5 years. I order a sub and they NEVER have it ready on time. I'll wait no kidding 15 min for them to service ONE person. It's infuriating. Fire your terrible workers.

This review is for the BAKERY only. This is the second time I have ordered a standard birthday cake out of the Publix bakery book That has looked terrible upon pick up. This time I ordered a Spider-Man cake, very straightforward sheet cake. I ordered it in advance. When I went to pick it up the cake was so bad I almost cried. I showed the bakery manager and she was apologetic, but said they had over 100 orders to fulfill and were very busy. Not my problem. I was given a discount which was fair, but I would have preferred an entirely different cake. There was no time to remake the cake because it is the day of the party. If the bakery cannot fulfill all of the orders they take, they need to cap the number of orders so that they can better serve their customers. This will be my last cake from this bakery. I have attached a picture of the cake in the Publix bakery book and also the cake that I received. As you can see, the cake I received is embarrassingly bad.

It was great. Went in to get prime rib (had a craving for it) and saw these beautiful huge rib eyes in the case when you walk in. I got the smallest thickness (4.80 lbs) for under $34. Awesome deal. Wish I would of picked up a couple of packs.

My daughter picked up a birthday cake for her 7 yr old today. This is the worst looking professional cake ever. The name is misspelled instead of Annabelle it says Annalbelle of course you might miss it because the border is put on top of the name

Always an amazing visit! The fruit bowls are always the sweetest, sushi is made fresh in front of you. The bakery can make you feel like a kid at a candy store. Staff is always over the top nice and even though it is more expensive to shop here the quality is worth it.

I recently moved to Valdosta. Customer service was awesome and professional, and there is always someone around to assist if needed. Display of foods was nicely done. 👌 Publix prices are a little higher, but I will always pay more for good customer service and great products.
