Whenever I need anything for my cat I know I can go to PetSmart and it will be there. The prices are competitive and the staff is always knowledgeable. And it's so convenient because it's only four miles from my apartment. I always buy my soft kitty caps from Petsmart so my cat cannot scratch the furniture or my delicate skin because I'm on blood thinners.

I can say a million things about this place but I also take all day doing it so I'm not My dogs Chloe poncho and Skyler they love this place they love the toys when we go I am so satisfied for the young lady I forgot her name that keeps my dog's groom she does a great job once I find out her name I will post it please check them out the grooming department

Quite pricey, like super pricey but did a good job on my dogs (Bichon Frise) grooming, bath and nail cutting aside from the 2 or 3 times they scraped her to almost bleeding by their clippers are clearly too sharp.She didn't smell as fresh as she should have after the bath but her white coat looked clean. I've had her cleaned at another clinic and she smelled a lot fresher and it lasted longer. Maybe they should try a different shampoo. But overall "Good Job". 😊

Had my friends dog groomed here on February 24, 2021. Maxine did a great job on here 3 month old puppy and prices are extremely reasonable @ $37.00 for a full service grooming! Photo is of the puppy and was taken day after grooming so unfortunately she lost her bow as well as roughed up her perfect groom but looks great compared to before her grooming.

If you have your dog washed at the store please check your dog's Paws and feet and is under body and his coat they're not very good at washing them they just spray and wet them Sammy had mud still caked on his feet when I got him home

Great place to show love to your pets but I don't believe they have enough help to assist customers . I came in store and strolled down every row trying to find worms for a bearded dragon. Finally I found someone that works there and they were not very outgoing and seemed stressed and wasn't very accommodating.Also, the live worms and crickets are very small in size. Compared to the last place I went to pick up food for my friends dragon 🐲And they never seems to get enough super worms to keep in stock for the week . For example , Truck might come on thursday, but by Friday they are no longer in stock. For the remainder of the week our little guys go without.

I love this place, the employees are very nice and helpful. I came in here to get some new fish for my tank and I was very pleased. We had a little trouble at the cash register trying to type in the numbers that were on the bag the fish were in because they weren't written correctly, but other then that 10 out of 10. I love my fish.

The customer service is bad. The manager Ms.Kathy . is rude and has been there forever. I went into the store on 1-3-23 and spent 145.00 dollars. On 1-5-23 I was in the store again and noticed that a couple items I had purchased was reduced. I asked her if I could get the difference since it was on sale now. She said we don’t do that. This just went on sale today. I could have returned the items and re purchased but I was trying to keep it professional. The thins I did return a crate and a cushion were still mint condition never taken out my car. Of course she asked. Ok. The cashier processed the refund wrong, so I waited while she rerun my return. Please note I had a receipt. Because I paid cash I was asked to present my identification before I could get my refund. Strange, I didn’t need identification when I bought items. And I have a recorded account on file in the store. I ga time for Ms Kathy to retire or take classes in communication or customer care. I don’t think I will be returning to offend. One star is the lowest they had or I would have scored them -10. I have five pets on file there for grooming. The grooming department is in the store not of the store so it is run differently.

This rating is for the pet grooming service only. The story goes like this. After dropping off our 10 month golden doodle, we were told to come back in 3 or 4 hours. When I arrived 4 hours later, I was told with a very nasty attitude that, " We told you 3 or 4 hours!" I responded by saying, "It was now over 4 hours." She looked surprised and checked the ledger and told me to return in 30 minutes. Not more than 10 minutes later, I received a call telling me my puppy attacked the groomer. When I returned for the unexpected pick-up, I asked how long was he in the crate.....no answer......i then asked them what tome did you wash him? They told me around 1 PM. The alleged victim also told me he was watching her as she passed him in the crate....I looked at the staff who was there and chuckled, " So you left my puppy in the crate for 4 hiurs and then tried to rush and cut his fur...ok how much do I owe you.?!" They comped the wash and told me I would have to sedate him the next time. I replied, "There won't be a next!" I took my puppy and proceeded to walk out of the store. Before I got to the front of the store, the grooming staff was headed to the parking lot to go home. The time now was 4:40 PM.If you forgot to groom my dog, just say so. Time wasted..4hours and 45 minutes. My recommendation is to use local groomers who take pride in what they do.

I visit this store often to buy live crickets for my Leopard Gecko. The staff is very friendly and helpful.They sometimes sell large exotic birds, but most of the times I have visited the cage has been empty. I also wish they would consider selling saltwater fish and corals. They do have a large selection of freshwater fish to choose from.They have a lot to choose from for your cat or dog, and even offer grooming services. I saw a sign for a doggie "pawdicure" the last time I was in there, which I thought was cute.

Always clean and well stocked. Friendly, helpful employees. Sarah is a great dog obedience instructor. We went to puppy and intermediate group classes. We start advanced soon. A lot of work for doggie parents, but with Sarah's help, so worth it!

I’ve taken my dog there for grooming a few times & most of time it was okay. On Feb 21 I had Maddison as my groomer. I paid for the furminator luxury. My dog didn’t have his nails groomed well, was matted in some areas, didn’t have the scarf or smell like the cologne, all which the package was to come with. She didn’t call me when my dog was done (All other groomers have called). I do not recommend Maddison as your dog groomer. She’s seems to be incompetent & lazy.

I had my Beagle bathed & groomed here, and they did a really good job. The staff seemed to be caring and gentle with her, which is important considering her age. We had a good experience and will be going back.

There's no consistency in the grooming department. I have a Yorkie and a haircut for a Yorkie is pretty standard. I've never picked up my dog after a grooming appointment with a "haircut" I was pleased with. I always described the yorkie style I wanted in detail prior to the appt with groomer and showed pictures for reference.

I went buy some fish today. Had many fish still do an lady that does them was being very rude. Trying tell us what we should an shouldnt have asked 5 times how big our fish tank is. I explained her every time.i was goin spend 100 bucks on fish only spent 35 cause she kept telling me what i can cant have. I get some fish dont mix by all means. But fish i was wanting ive had befor an they do well together . Will not be goin back will be goin some weres eles for now on.

All of the employees I have dealt with have been very friendly. Most of them seem pretty knowledgeable (except one time I needed to do a return and the cashier had no idea how to do it). My one complaint about this store is they always seem to be out of stock on lots of items. Seems like they have trouble getting inventory. The fish selection varies but is somewhat limited. Make sure you check the website- much better prices on some items for the exact same product.

I go here just to walk my dog around and look at all the little animals and fishes, also I get my car food here since it's the only place that had it unfortunately. Everything here can be had much cheaper elsewhere though.
