I went to lowes to get shark bites to connect my hot water heater. The guy I brought with me was having a hard time finding everything he needed. Mr. Riley came over to help us out, and saved the day! We were lost before he came over to help us out. This man needs an award!

If I could give no stars I would. I drove 30 minutes for a specific item. The shelf price was different than what it said online. The very nice self-check out girl got the front-end manger, Georgia. Georgia came over with the biggest attitude. I explained to her the price issue and she “I will look it up” and walked away. She hollered at me over 2 registers that whatever I was looking at was wrong. She proceeded back to where she was perched ant prior to being disturbed to do her job. As she walked that way (never addressing me) I again said, it shows the Valdosta store and the exact item. She said she would not honor the price. I asked to speak to the manager, and she looked at me and said very hateful “I am”. I said no you’re not. She said there’s no manger here. I asked for an assistant manager or anyone over her. As she walked away, I said this is why I go to Home Depot, so I don’t have to deal with attitude. She said that where you need to go and kept walking. I was literally floored. I waited about 15 minutes. A very nice assistant manager came and said I was exactly correct. She honored the price. I told her the front-end manger was super rude. She responded, she didn’t mean to be (ummm yes, she did). I told her what she said about going to Home Depot and she said oh. I paid and left. This was the worst experience ever!!! I guess Lowe’s doesn’t really need the business.I posted this review and Lowes responded for me to call and 800 number. I did. The number goes to a call center. I remained on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the line. The girl asked my name, I told her. She asked for my address and telephone number. I asked why she needed this. she said to look up my account. I explained that I was calling in as asked on a Google review. She said she had to pull up my account. I again said I had no account. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said i could speak to anyone without me giving her my account information. I AGAIN said I was calling as asked by LOWES and asked for a supervisor. She said a supervisor wasn't available and wouldn't talk without account information. She then but me on hold. I hung up.Apparently, the lack of customer service isn't only with the store. So, this time, Lowes if you read this, I want a name and number of someone who actually cares, if there are any employees with such standards.

Extremely unorganized Online Pickup system, and still has a horrible customer service center. I could leave a lengthy review of my experience here, however, corporate has that. I don’t believe I will bring my business back to this location. I’d rather visit Home Depot, Miller hardware, or Ace Hardware instead.
