The groomer who works on bigger dogs has a horrible attitude and needs to stop working in the service industry if she cannot offer quality service. I asked to see my dog before I paid because I wasn’t sure what kind of cut my husband asked for and she caught such an attitude. she also advised me to put my dog on a diet, while my dog does have issues with her weight I don’t appreciate how she delivered the message but also she isn’t aware what goes on behind the scenes to even be able to give advice like that. the grooming was decent but I rather give my money to someone who knows how to run a business.

The people there are great!! I have a Yorkie that is tiny and requires a lot of gentle grooming, and they do an excellent job with her all the time!! They are the only ones that will groom her. My dog was extremely matted, and they made her look like a princess!! I'd recommend them to everyone!! They are simply the best!! Five ⭐'s + 5!!

We have used Sharon at the grooming shop for almost 8 years and can’t sing her praises enough! Our dog, Lilly, always comes home happy and beautiful. I know she is always in good hands with the ladies at the grooming shop. Cannot recommend them enough! ❤️

Sharon and Laini treat all our dogs like family. They are always friendly, smiling, and professional. I've used other groomers for my Aussie and Rottweilers, but I've always been happy with my dogs' looks, feel, and their attitude about being there. I know my dogs like it there and that says a lot to me.

Laini and Sharon are fantastic! My 3/4 Poodle-1/4 Golden Retriever loves going to their shop and getting pampered. Laini gives my girl a quality grooming and it is worth every penny! The scissoring work is amazing and gives the groom an all over better quality.Sharon also does amazing work on the little dogs that come in the shop, and both of these ladies educate their clients on in between grooming maintenance and any other grooming concerns they have.

Have known the owner of this shop for many years, Laini. She is one of the best groomers around and would never hurt a pet in any form as a previous poster or Troll stated! Her grooming is to perfection and all of the pets brought to their store are loved and cared for as if they are their family pet. We love the dog grooming shop!! Laini is the only one that can cut my Ridgeback’s nails. He will not allow anyone to touch his nails not even me. He is 85 pounds of pure muscle. Laini cut his toenails and after she was done he gave her a big kiss. Highly recommend!!

I love this place! Owner is so sweet and really cares about my dog. My blue pittie is sparkling clean like I’ve never seen before! Her coat is so shiny— She literally glows!!! Happy customer!

Laini has groomed my 4 dogs for several years. She does a fabulous job with their cut and they are meticulously groomed. I have 3 Cavaliers and a Maltipoo. I really like that she knows how each breed should be cut and does it correctly. I have to admit that occasionally, one of my Cavaliers gets some pretty bad tangles. Laini doesn't complain about it or shave her like some groomers would do. She just uses a special product and takes the time to carefully brush out the knot without hurting my baby. Also, extremely important to me - all my dogs adore her!

I'm usually shopping around the area and I've seen this shop before but I've never gone in.  I wasnt aware of the hours of service the store has and since I was in the area today, a Saturday, I thought I would check it out.  I see a long haired gentleman inside at the computer and I didn't notice a closed sign so I go to enter and the door is locked.  So as the man looks over his shoulder at me I mouthed "Closed?" and he simply shrugged his shoulders at me and turned back to his computer.  I suppose a professional acknowledgment and a brief "sorry we're closed" is no longer an acceptable form of communication. Well, thanks...we were wanting to find a groomer for our wire haired wiener dog and we wont be using your services when you open.

I called several times and got no answer, finally had the chance to go in only to be told they are booked for 4-6 weeks. Had no intention to try and get me an appointment basically saying we can’t get an appointment. Also had someone playing video games in the entrance? Yeah wouldn’t recommend

DON'T GO HERE!!!! The worst ever groom!. My pup had infections from cuts to their privates after visit here for a bath and haircut. Dirty shop and RUDE personnel/owner Laney.

Went inside got instant attitude from the lady at the front desk. A man was playing Xbox by the front door, very unprofessional. Didn’t accept walk ins and didn’t want to set up a appointment.
