I am an employee of this store #10742we have been working hard at getting our store in the order it's suppose to be. Please bear with us as we progress into making great changes .. I appolige for any items left in the isles and shelves not being fully stocked in the past but we are working on things . Our store manager he's hard working and all around awesome. I am in training to be the new Assistant Store Manager and I hope we get can get better reviews in the future . If you are a regular shopper in my store then you already know who I am. If your not a regular shopper may I suggest giving us a try.Thanks to many of you that do shop my store daily..your business means a lot to me..

Needs a half a star that lady Clarissa is a race is c*** not only that the way she talks to customers and employees is downright despicable I went up there for a pack of cigarettes the black man in front of me got the same kind of cigarettes I did she was very sweet to him I get up there what do you want tell her what I want she goes and gets it scans it and throws it on the counter is that all or anything else she says and was down right rude. I think I will actually rather spend the time driving to Walmart on the busiest day or a Dollar General anyting not ever spend money at Family Dollar again

Wath is going on wthi family Dollar this is an a total disaster , not manager here at all , dirty parking lot, store , pack of inventory were house at the walking area disorganized at all..

This store is in my neighborhood, so it's convenient, but most of the cashiers seem to have an attitude. You have to watch them too. One time I bought some cat food on sale and I told the male cashier that it was on sale. I didn't realize till I got home that he charged me full price anyway. It wasn't that much of a difference, but that's not the point. The aisles always seem to be blocked too. That's annoying.

3 employees behind counter talking about other employees while I stood at the counter waiting to checkout. I waited for 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then half way into scanning my items cashier stopped scanning so she could order her food from Bojangles. Scanned multiple items twice turned her back and resumed conversation after my transaction was complete. Didn't even turn around to hand me my receipt held it out behind her for me to grab. no thank you, no have a nice day, no customer service period. Would have given negative stars if it were an option.

Everytime I drive by your store at night, your sign light on your building is never on. Have y'all noticed that or do you even care to get that fixed? Someone who wouldn't know your store is a Family Dollar would never think to stop there because you can't tell what your store is from the street.

I like shopping here ... Jessica is very welcoming makes me feel valued as a customer. The store is always stocked and I’m sure to find whatever I need. Love the sales and displays 😊

This new store has been closed for remodeling. I went there yesterday October 1, 2022 (Saturday) Don't waste your time going to this location.

Last night the cashier was very rude never greeted us the only thing she said while we were checking out was the total slap the change in my hand change went all over the floor. She also had a attitude with a elderly lady who asked for a cart so sad store looked good customer service was awful.

I guess we came at the wrong time. The Shelfs weren't stocked. There were boxes in a lot the isles. and the people who seemed to be working there didn't care that we had to walk several isles up just to come around them because they were in the middle and they made no attempt to let us by.

My favorite family dollar store to go to because of the variety of things that you may not find or have in the other family dollar stores in the Valdosta area. It also is the cleanest.

The cashier will be texting on her phone and actually finish what she's doing before she even looks up and greets me to ring up my items. This has happened three times.
