Store is nice and stocked. But customer service sucked. One employee has absolutely no spatial awareness and cannot be bothered to keep an eye on the register. Not friendly at all either.

Had to get some birthday balloons for my mother and Harley assisted me. As someone who works in the corporate world, I would say, Harley went ABOVE and beyond “Dollar Tree” standards. Yall need to have that woman at The Rtiz pampering her for how she treats the customers there, truly. Not only did she ask questions about WHO the balloons were for, she also offered additional input, which helped create another sale. A kid got in line to get a drink and she went to blow my balloons up, and asked if she could check him out first so he didn’t have to wait. Again, her thinking of EVERYONES time, reading the room, being able to gauge that I would be ok with that, and doing what was best for ALL PARTIES is why she is an exceptional employee. Give her a raise, allot her extra break time, give her a paid vacation on Dollar Tree! Heck throw a pizza party, people love pizza parties! But in today’s world, show some kind of appreciation for Harley, who is clearly just being herself by going above and beyond NORMAL standards.

Everything is as wonderful as usual. They have lots of this and even more of that all just for $1.25. They are always clean and well organized.The associates both on the floor and at the registers are polite and ready to assist you. I am NEVER disappointed by going in a Dollar Tree and I have been in one in many states. I do find little treasures in each one I have visited plus exactly what I'm looking for. I highly recommend you stopping by your local store and venturing out to new ones. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. Shocked, amazed, maybe, when you realize it's only $1.25!

I spent over an hour picking out my items and then I went to the restroom. While I was in the restroom someone took the stuff out of my shopping cart and moved it. I saw the 3 posters thrown on the shelf beside the bathroom. So I went and asked the employees at the checkout counter why my cart was moved and my stuff taken out of it. This rude employee tells me because I abandoned the cart and it was taking up space! Oh I was furious! But how crazy the employees were to throw the posters down in a place they did not belong!! Never again!

Enjoyed ability to browse with great ease during early morning! Even though shelves were being stocked and balloons inflated in preparation for customers arrival, Staff remained observant of customers requiring checkout assistance. "Rumor" has it 'The Dollar Tree' will soon be increasing prices ~ well... (if true) guess it was great while it lasted and will be surely missed!

I purchased water goblets for an upcoming event and sent them to my favorite, local Dollar Tree on Bemiss Rd in Valdosta, GA. When they were received by the store, I was notified and I went straight away to pick them up. The service I received from Marshall was top-notch. He double checked my order by opening up the boxes (with my permission) and checked to see that I had everything I ordered. Because the boxes were large, he also offered to take them to my car. Excellent, outstanding customer service! Well done Marshall!!! His actions speaks well of management at this location. Thank you DollarTree.com for getting them to me so fast.

I went to the dollar tree passing through Valdosta and I absolutely love to walk in there the employee greeted me as how my day was the organization of the store was amazing they were pretty fully stocked had everything one would be going toDollar tree for, the bathrooms were clean I mean it was an overall great experience when you’re looking for hair pins for your kids or body washes her facial creams and cleaners I mean amazing I will definitely be going back to the specific one I mean they had a variety of things and I got more than I needed but that’s a good thing I would highly recommend this location

Great store my husband loves it for the good snacks and I'm always excited about the cute holiday things they always carry and the candy selection also always have wonderful people working there, what a special place to stop at. Always brings a smile when we go there. Thankyou

It was nice. Its just disappointing that something i found at one store wasnt at another store. But thats okay. Ill go back to the other one. Or ill find it in the website and order it.. the new store was clean and well lit and people were nice. I will go back to both of them..

Its Dollar Tree where can you go wrong. I work close by so we walk over and purchase drinks and snacks frequently. The girls are all suoer friendly.
