It's disgusting how filthy the parking lot is. You can't excuse them on having a busy day as there was trash everywhere you looked in various states of decay, indicating it had been there for more than a few days. The trash can at outside the entrance was overflowing, definitely not helping matters. The inside of the store wasn't much better trash and product on the floor and in the aisles. Bins and shelves were cluttered and mixed. Inventory seems to just be placed wherever it fits and seems right to whomever is stocking. At least the shelves weren't empty though. That's the only reason I didn't give a 1 star rating. There were no cashiers at the registers when we went to checkout and we had nearly emptied our cart onto the conveyer by the time someone arrived. I would suspect they deal with alot of product walking out the door unpaid for with their lack of diligence to maintaining coverage at the front.

They didn't have anything we came in for. We were going to buy something not on the list but the line was so long we abandoned ship. The isles are cluttered and everything was in disarray.

The young black man is always nice who is always at the register. The store radegy, looks dirty, needs a new paint job. When there is a line all the way to the chip ale, no one will come out and help to reduce the line of people waiting for checkout PERIOD!!!!The one on Inner Permieter Is way better.

To the cashier, Jenesea, who tried and thought that she was shaming my daughter, u had the right plan but wrong man. You had a CHOICE to go to work today with a damn attitude. It is NOT my fault u was the only cashier working in a half stocked store in 90 degree temperature. She literally got an attitude bc she was asked to void 6 pieces of candy due to my daughter not having all her money with her. And yes, I said something to the cashier while I was there.

Tonight I went into dollar tree & stumbled upon Mrs Jenny! She was the best! She had a disgruntled customer & handled it with the most ease! She also continued to keep a smile on her face! I’m not sure WHO this goes to but PLEASE give Jenny her flowers !! Phenomenal attitude & even better customer service!

the staff at Dollar Tree are 100% loyal and honest employees! I went there shopping today and I must say it is refreshing to know that there are still people that care in the world, I know for a fact that they went above and beyond to help me today with my order, and even helped me out to the car!! I visited this Dollar tree on Tuesday to buy a bulk amount for our local food ministry. Janet Marie was up front helping customers and I found out she was head of the store. She took my list of items and personally pulled case after case of items to fill the order. It was an hour of joy as she worked hard to keep the store questions answered and complete our $500 list. She also helped me load the items and was very kind in assisting. I am thankful I chose to buy from this store and will be back for more. The ministry was so pleased to add shampoo, detergents, Toilet paper,, soap, and toothpaste to the food bags. Thank you , Janet Marie.

Pretty nice, usually kind of messy but what dollar tree isn't. I think they do the best they can with so many people coming in. I think its a great place to stop in and do quick shopping. Lines can get a bit long but they are good people

The employees that were working tonight (February 25th at 8:15pm) were really rude and should honestly get fired. I walked in and two employees saw me neither of them welcomed me or even acted like I existed. I walked up to the counter and a Mexican woman rung up my items and never once said hello or asked me how I was doing, the only things that were said to me while I was there was how much I owed and asked if I wanted a bag. Service was horrible and they should have never been hired if they didn't plan on at least trying to give good customer service.

This store is a joke! If you need something from a Dollar Tree go to one of the other two locations. I had two items in my hand and they had one register open and a lady was buying her monthly shopping supplies. Three employees were standing around by the mgrs. office doing nothing. I asked if they could open another register and they said no. It used to be pretty decent but they've gone downhill in the last couple years.....big time!!! 🤨

List of tree is great everything is on the shelf it's complete the cash register is working the cashier got a little bit of a line she hollered I need backup 2 minutes later or less somebody says I'll help the next person on registry this will managed and it's a great Dollar tree unlike the one on perimeter road I actually drove from perimeter road to here rather than going into that place again

This is the trashiest store I've ever been in! I would have given it a zero if I could have! I don't know who the manager is of the store, but they should be extremely ashamed of themselves! There are items all over the floor, and in areas that they aren't supposed to be, boxes everywhere and it's just a filthy store! when I say that I literally had to look where I was walking, that is no lie! I will never go back in the store again unless I know there's new management and it has been cleaned up! This store should be closed till it's back in order!!!

This store is gross, always disorganized, and the parking lot is worse and has a serious litter problem. At any given time there is only one register working and there are more carts filled with extra merchandise than there are available to use to shop. The aisles are filled with half empty shipments and seem to be a permanent fixture in the store. Get it together.

no problems with cashiers but Jennifer (guess she's store manager)have no care about customers service. Bought some stuff and left bags with a cashier because i forgot a few items. cashier put my purchased items aside as i went back to get more items. shifts switched in between times as the previous cashier had clocked out to go home. The line was super long with only 1 register open while manager walked back in the office. I purchased more item & went to grab my already purchased item and walked out. I didn't notice until i got home they're were 2 bags left. I called back to ask were they still there (described both missing items with colors)Jennifer say she looked and said its nothing she can do since its no proof if didnt take them or another customer. Really!!! I have my receipt. Who tf calls to check if they didnt leave them. Its only 2 item in separate bags

The last time we went here it was junkie and unappealing. But kudos as they have cleaned up their act and made it somewhere I don't might stopping. We got a few things and can say we'll stop more often.

Ok store without any staples. Canned ravioli, chicken, frozen chicken, milk, cheese, chex party mix, crangrape juice they, they don't have any. Weird since everything is now 25 cents more expensive than Walmart and they don't stock anything worth buying.

My wife forgot some things on her list so we swung in this dollar tree and as soon as I pulled in and parked I knew my wife didn't want to go in. The parking lot was a total mess, garbage everywhere. If it looked that bad on the outside, the inside probably the same. So we left. There's no telling how much business is lost do to a filthy parking area. It wouldn't let me post this unless I picked a star. My rating is zero

Their trash problem doesn’t seem like much of a problem to them. The parking lot is covered in litter and the isles aren’t much better. Not to mention their compliance with ADA regulations is virtually nonexistent. There is no way wheelchairs can move comfortably between the messes they accumulate. Spend the gas and go to literally any other Dollar Tree in town, or out of for that matter.

This particular store was trashy. There were boxes upon boxes lining every isle. It made it hard to get to the merchandise on the shelves. Then outside the door were two trash cans overflowing with trash. And the grass and bushes had trash all over the place. I have never seen this store so messy and disorganized.

Great staff! A little on the disorganized side but that's due to the majority of it's customers not keeping their children in tact. If parents would keep their children from running and pludering through the merchandise I know the staff would appreciate it! It would be nice . . . . Great merchandise!

Love dollar tree.but today. I went back to by more self stick backsplash for my kitchen and they didn't have anymore. But of you know a trip there is never waisted. Still spent 20.00 .U can't help yourself.LOL.😍😍

This one has the best selection of the 3 in town but it’s also always busy and sometimes messy due to all the people if you come later in the day. It’s still my preferred one but for a cleaner/less crowded dollar tree the one on Bemiss is better.

its jan 9 2020the store supposed to open at 8 it is 8:25.. im sitting outside with all the employees, the coca cola guy and other customers waiting to get inside ghe store. why advertise that this store opens at 8 if it doesn't.. my schedule is tight and i dont have time for this
