Honest people. Very well communicative with me about what was wrong with my car. Before they actually looked at it gave me worst case....once they looked at it it wasn't nearly as bad as even they thought. Amazingly patient and explained what they were doing and why. Best place to have gone in my worst moment while traveling.

Late Saturday AM breakdown w a 35 year old Italian auto on 75....limped to their shop and they had me back running w a new fuel hose within and hour and let me borrow their truck to get some gas! Southern honesty and hospitality at its best! Thanks again!!

I cannot put into words how thankful I am to Halls Auto Inc. I was driving from Miami to Atlanta and my alternator decided to stop working, hundreds of miles away from home i manage to limped my car to the shop, the staff was very helpful and did everything in their power to help me be back on the road. After a few hours I was able to be back on my way with a new working alternator thanks to the Mechanic and the Manager. Thank you guys.

Freddy has always been our auto man!!!!! We have ran out of gas on the interstate and he has come and brought us gas!!!! When we are off and break down I have called him to ask what could be wrong so the repair man in that area doesn't mess with us!!!! He is so good!!!! you can put phone on the sound problem of car and he knows what the problem is!!!!!! LOVE YOU FREDDY!!!!!!

My experience at Halls Automotive was absolutely fantastic. The service was fast and friendly. Mr. Hall himself was a friendly and kind man who worked with me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything that was happening. The fix was absolutely amazing and the car is running good as new. The price was just right for the job and not too high at all. I truly felt as if I was paying for the amazing work that was done. Last night we had our tire blow while driving down I75 and pulled off in Unadilla. This morning we called Hall's and Fred had someone promptly out to us. He then took our tire and me back to the shop. After they tried to repair the tire and show me the damage, Fred gave me multiple options on the best solution to replace it. Not only was his work professional and quick, he offered me and my family a ride to get us to his shop and also made sure to get us back on the road as quickly as possible in a safe manor. I can't stress the level of customer service we experienced and the help we received. I appreciate Fred and his team and the work they preformed.

Was traveling south on I 75 and had issue with my Van .. Called them up . He gave me a number to a tow company and took care of me right away when I got to his garage. Great work at a very fair price ... Could have easily taken advantage of me being stuck on the road and 4 hours away from home... Was not in his character to do so ....

We had a great experience at Hall's auto! On a beautiful Sunday riding down 75 we had a flat tire. Googled nearest tire shop and it led us to Hall's. Fred was absolutely the Best! Highly recommend this place. Felt right at home away from home.

We had an overheating problem while pulling a camper while we stopped for fuel. They came and diagnosed the problem, which we feared was worse, and had us back on the road in 3 hrs total. Everyone we came in contact with were extremely courteous and friendly. The cost was extremely affordable as well. If you need something in this area I would highly recommend them.

He is a life saver. My husband and son were on there way to our new home hauling our golf cart , packed truck inside and truck bed, as well as the trailer, a 18 wheelers tire blew mins before and no way to miss the debree and it shredded the tire on our trailer. This was close to 6pm.and everyone was closed. I just happened to call the same business twice and the Indian gentleman suggested this man. So I immediately contacted Mr Fred Hall and he met my family who just by luck was near the exit. He saved them from spending the night in the pick up truck. My husband could not leave our trailer unattended. So I cannot thank this man in person but my husband said he would have paid him a thousand dollars. He was kind , courteous and professional. Thank you so much for answering the phone at that time, you too had a family to get home to. Boy Scout Troop 219 from Saint Petersburg, Florida was BLESSED today by Mr. Fred Lee Hall Jr. We found ourselves in front of the Chevy dealership in Unadilla with an exploded radiator hose, but the service center was closed! One of the adult leaders went over and found Mr. Hall on his way out for the weekend, having worked all morning.He literally lept at the chance to help.We are so grateful and HIGHLY recommend this business and this business owner.
