The condo was just like the website. It was very comfortable and close to everything. We took part of a day and drove to Savannah and did a trolley tour. It was well worth it to see the beautiful homes, parks, and hear about the history of the city. I would highly recommend staying at the Vue 235.

We rented a house for over a week. Every contact we had was a positive experience. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Twice a repair person came over. I didn’t understand the three way lock system on the porch doors and he was extremely welcoming as he showed me what I’d been doing wrong. The second time, he came and went while we were out and the refrigerator was fixed when we came back. Front staff answered all our questions and were also welcoming. Tybee Island itself is a small friendly community. If you’d rather stay away from the bustle of downtown Savannah, Tybee Island is a great place to land.

Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is a wonderful Company. Keith and Cody Gay have built an incredible team that serves both owner and the renter with amazing customer service. We have purchased 2 properties and sold one of them through Keith in the last 20 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable about everything Tybee and, also, a blast to work with. He and his team have managed both of our properties, and we have not had anything to complain about. In fact, glowing reviews are well deserved for the office, the maintenance and the housekeeping staffs. HE has many long-term employees, a testament to a well-run company. Not only have I been an owner, but I have, also, been a renter when we needed additional space so we rented properties. The rental experience is always 5 star. Again, I really cannot say enough about this wonderful company, the owners and the staff.

We stayed in a Dolphin Watch condo. It was wonderful!! Great location right across from the beach and very close to restaurants, shopping, and the pier. It also had a large balcony that we enjoyed. The only suggestion I have is for blackout curtains in a bedroom that has a streetlight right next to the window. It was also clean and well stocked. We will stay there again!!

Been awhile . Only place I ever rent from. There are 2 properties that I Love love. Wish they were for sale ... Id probably purchase. Been at least 6 yrs since I rented at Tybee. Only place I ever call!!! But things are about to change ... I'm about to call and go to my fav place. Love the lady's in the office. I remember Jenny ? Theyve always accommodated me well!!!

Our Condo at 102 Ft Screven was the perfect location and size for our family. Even on the rainy days the beach right outside the door was beautiful. I've already recommended it to a friend. I was extremely impressed with Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals staff. Talked to them several times and everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Great rental agency to work with. Used them for the first time to rent a condo at Lighthouse Point Beach Club in Oct. of 2022. They made everything so easy from the first phone call to everything after our arrival. Condo was nice, clean, spacious for 3 of us and the area was quiet and beautiful. Tybee's a relatively small island and we were easily able to explore and enjoy everything. The beach by the condo is very wide and clean. On the island, very few national fast food chains or stores. Only problem was wifi in the condo. It was incredibly slow and kicked us out of the football game or shows we were watching and also made it difficult to use our laptops. Aside from that, we decided we'll def use them again next trip.

We just left our beautiful vacation home yesterday, and I have to say, we were very impressed with this company. This was our first time using Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals in the 20+ years I have been vacationing to Tybee. We were not disappointed and they have made us decide to switch to them permanently from now on.First, I really appreciated the amount of communication they had with me. I have used a different company in the past where they didn't contact you until day of check-in and only via email, and getting the code to get in would be sent 5 minutes before arrival time. But this company called me twice before our rental dates, sent numerous emails with information, and then called an hour earlier than check-in to let us know that our unit was ready and where we could pick up our info packet. This is amazing customer service.Second, we stayed at Dolphin Watch 1 and this unit was beautiful. It was clean, well stocked with pots and pans and plates. It had so many towels and other useful things that normally I would have to bring with me like extra TP and paper towels and dish soap. I ended up not having to use my personal stash at all. So now I know that for next year, I dont have to pack so much! The beds were comfortable, the wrap around balcony was amazing, and of course the view was top notch.Third, on our last day we had a visitor from maintenance who was there to switch out the furnace filters. I wish I had caught her name because she was the sweetest woman ever. She made me feel so comfortable having her there, when usually surprise visitors give me the heebie jeebies. We just love the friendly atmosphere on Tybee, and she was no exception.This has been the best experience with a rental company on Tybee I have ever had. Can't wait to return next year!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I was super unhappy with a rental that I acquired online for the weekend of my wedding. I've never seen a staff so accommodating and helpful in my life. They literally only wanted my happiness and comfort. The next time I go to Tybee, I will be renting from them again, and I will be recommending any and all to do the same.

Beautiful house, beautiful area, quiet place and great people on the island. We had a few issues after check in that were handled after talking with the manager. Would def recommend going through this agency directly and not involve Airbnb with your rental.

I highly recommend this group. They are very customer oriented and try to do what is right. We recently had a low water pressure issue while staying in one of their properties. They offered to move us to another unit but we declined because we only had two days left on our rental. They then gave us access to another unit to use as needed AND refunded us one night's rental. Rarely have I experienced this type of customer service.

We had a horrible experience with our rental. I will preface my review with the manager did refund us $500 for our experience. The property company blamed the owners for most of the problems, saying the owners did not want to invest money back in. But if the owners are slumlords why manage their property? I do equally blame the owners for the poor experience. The pictures are misleading, the rental on 11 13th street was not quaint with charm, it was run down and dirty. The following are my complaints :- Very dirty, pillow cases, bedding, dusty lamp shades, shower floors, the whole house in general needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning crew was late and did a rush job. (I know this because we had to wait for them to finish after check in)- Kitchen sparsely stocked, only a few pots and pans and the house is advertised to host 16 people, we were not able to cook for our group of 14. *The manager brought us a new pot and pan set after we complained, and offered to reimburse the crock pot we bought.- Beds were full size, not queen as advertised.- Cigarette butts in the front yard and an animal trap in the back yard.- Parking is advertised as big enough for 4 cars, in reality it is 2 cars and a 3rd if it is parked at a slant. Street parking is not free.- Dishwasher was broke, manager told us owner knew about it and would just throw the soap in the bottom since the soap dispenser did not work.- The garbage cans were completely full when we arrived.- Ants all over the kitchen counters and large cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms, I understand I am in a semi tropical environment but other beach houses I have stayed in never had that problem. I am assuming a regular exterminator would take care of the problem.- Our biggest complaint (along with the house being dirty) is the refrigerator and freezer did not work properly. The maintenance guy who came to fix it brought us a big cooler but later said nothing was wrong. All of our ice cream melted while in the freezer, we even bought more after he said it was fixed and we still had melted ice cream. The fridge part only kept the drink a little cooler than room temperature.On a good note the house is in an amazing location, very close to the beach, and the wrap around porch was very nice.

Amazing condo, with an even more amazing ocean view! Great company to rent with! The condo is in a perfect location. Accessible to everything! We parked our cars when we arrived and didn’t move them until we checked out! We love Tybee and this condo! We definitely will be back!

We have rented from these folks many times, never had a bad experience. This past weekend, we were in a condo on South Beach. When we got home, I had a voicemail saying they found a piece of jewelry- my wedding ring!!! The housekeeping staff is to be commended for their kindness and honesty. Thank you all so much!!!

Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is the only rental company we use for our yearly girls trip. They are simply the easiest, friendliest and most flexible of rental companies. We used a couple of other companies several years ago, and did not get the same excellent customer service by far. They have some wonderful properties that are well maintained.

We rented a beautiful condo on the beach. We had a hard time trying to rent through a third party and when I contacted Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals directly they were so friendly and able to get everything booked immediately. We found the condo to be clean and properly stocked for our long weekend trip. We will definitely book through them again on our next trip to Tybee Island!

Unresponsive management group. Canceled reservation due to pandemic still waiting on refund. Cant get return phone call or email. If cities are not ready for tourist they have to be flexible during this time. The rentals were dirty. The response was lacking. Which led to the decision to cancel the next reservation. When you advise you will follow up that is what you should do. Broken appliances.

Beautiful vacation rentals, horrible service! Tybee Island is a wonderful place to stay and we have booked with Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals for years but never will we do so again. We were falsely charged $60 for "extensive housekeeping" hours after checking out. I honestly believe they do this to make extra money. I would not have even noticed the charge had my bank not emailed me. We did everything we were supposed to do, yet I was charged anyway. This is outrageous. The girl on the phone, Becky, was not helpful in any way whatsoever and was quite rude. We took out the trash, washed towels and dishes yet we were still charged. Never again will we book with this company.

We got a rental property from them, the staff was awfully nice. The house was gorgeous, and clean. Unfortunately have to give them a few stars because the owner stop by and gave us a hard time. He said we was over the capacity but clearly did not want to hear what was going on. We also had other friends and family renting around the area and we met up at our rental before leaving to the beach. Very rude individual.

Just arrived at the condo a few hours ago. So far, we are NOT impressed. The bedding was stained and very stiff/itchy (over-starched?), the unit was burning up and took hours to cool off as the ac had been turned off, there was no ice in the ice machine (also turned off), there were no provided toiletries such the usual travel-sized moisturizer, shampoo, and conditioner (although they did provide one tiny bar of soap). Aside from a few small stains on the sofa, the unit was clean (unit 115 at the Beachside Colony). I am not thrilled that I will be expected to take out all of our garbage and am very unhappy that we have to wash all dishes and return them to the cabinets "ready for the next renter's use," because this will cut into our vacation time and we are accustomed to condo cleaning services' doing all of those chores. And we really would have expected that Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals would have turned on the ac and ice-machine before check-in time (4pm). So far, for the price, we are not impressed. I will update this review as appropriate upon check-out.

We've stayed in a number of their properties, and always had a great experience. From big houses to tiny condos, they have tons of properties to meet your needs. The office staff are overflowing with southern hospitality, and will do everything in their power to find you the perfect property for your stay. If you're ever looking for a place to stay near Savannah, you should really give them a call!

We have rented at Tybee Beach with TBVR for several years. The staff is great twork with. And whenever we have s question or concern while we are at our rental house they respond in a timely manner & take care of any question or concern. We had to switch houses this year & we "live" theis year's house! We hope to rent the same house next year! Our family only gets together once or twice a year & the cousins have had a great time at Tybee playing together. Thank you TBVR!

I have experienced the staff at TBVR as an owner, guest, and condo property manager for several years now. No industry is without problems, however, I have found the staff and owners at TBVR to be awesome at identifying and then working the problem to come to successful solutions for guests and owners. I highly recommend using them if you are a vacationer looking for a great place to stay on Tybee, or to sign on with them as an owner of potential rental property. They know Tybee, they know the rental business, and they love the customer service industry. And I understand there may be a Pirate or two hanging out at the office! Oh, and I'm not related. We've just had multiple positive experiences with this agency over the years and felt we should share those.
