Megan and Kayla (both wearing masks) are fabulous! They are very efficient and friendly. They removed dirt that was embedded in a worn fiberglass tub that I have not been able to remove in 3 years! The best part is they use non-toxic cleaning formulas. I must be careful because my husband has COPD and I do not like to subject my two cats to any kind of fumes. The house smells wonderful, like peppermint, when they are finished. I am so happy I hired them! Thank you Totally Toxic Free cleaning. 😁

Disgusted by how gross and unprofessional the cleaning staff is!They put dirty rugs on our master bed and set their dirty mop on our daughter's bed, and on her stuffed animals! The floors were not cleaned very well e.g. sticky food spots still on the kitchen floor, lots of dog fur left on rugs, and too many major things missed to overlook. They don't move anything that's in their way to vacuum or wipe down a table. Our house is only 1700 sqft yet they charged $200 and took 4-5 hours to "clean" it. We tried to give constructive criticism and even gave them a second chance. They apologized and agreed putting equipment on beds was wrong and said they understood our expectations weren't met but didn't offer to do anything to make it right, so I'm leaving this review to warn others. We felt violated and would not want anyone this careless or inconsiderate in our home ever again.Service: Standard cleaning

They are very thorough and just as good as a non- toxic free competitor. They had a few extra touches like organizing my kids bookshelves, toys and crib animals, arranging the pillows on our massive couch. Little things that make them worth calling again :)
