Ms. Kathy and her sister are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! After calling almost 20 different rental agencies and getting my money taken from one. I finally spoke with this wonderful agency! It was a breath of fresh air!! Not only were they pet friendly, but they had tons of beautiful properties with wonderful locations and excellent prices!!!! We stayed in at Brass Rail, and it was perfect. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating!! I highly recommend Ocean Watch Tybee! This will be the only place we ever use in the future!

Beautiful view. Super accommodating by the host. The rental was a little outdated, but still clean and nice. They also said they were updating it the next week, which would make it good to great. If you hit Tybee, it's a good place to look at near North Beach. They allow pets as well, but no pets allowed on the beach. ;-( Little Tybee, where dogs are allowed, is all marsh.

The beach is incredible the views are great the area is safe and secure. Great restaurants up the road convenience store boat tours all kinds of stuff.

Beautiful view!! Super accommodating by the host. If you hit Tybee Island, GA. it's a great place to look at near North Beach. We have been staying here since 2008. Love Kathee and Pat.. :)

After requesting to book on AirBnB. I was messaged by the owner that the listing should not have been active for our dates and she requested we pay over $200 more per night. This is a bait and switch and is completely illegal!! She plead it was some office error and that the listing on AirBnB was new and they hadn’t completely worked out the details. However, looking at the listing the house had 14 reviews. Clearly not a first time listing glitch. Also, the price was very similar on VRBO, which I had messaged her through originally. So if the price was different for my dates, she had every opportunity to say so. She then threatened that I would never find anything on the island with the same amenities for my price. I can’t imagine a more unprofessional rental person to work with. And just look at the awful basic kitchen in the house they are charging $1000 per night for. What a joke. Stay away and deal with anyone else on the island.

Good for the price we paid. But could be room could be cleaned better. The bottom of our kids feet turned black after going around barefoot in the room. So looks clean but needs a deep cleaning. Also hard is it to include a few trash bags, we got five at the store for a dollar.

Terrible property management company. They don't answer inquiries and are really a 3rd rate management business. Go with literally any other management company.

Beautiful little home! Never had a house directly on the beach and this was quite possibly the best it gets! We comfortably fit 6 people in the bottom house. The walk to the beach is less than 3 min and it is perfect! The owners are very nice as well and are always willing to help with anything you need

Good location, not for toddler and small kids(stairs),and older people with arthritis. Pet friendly. Appliances need some TLC, oven doesn't work properly, garbage disposal doesn't work so if using dish washer, a mess backs up in the sink. Only used once. Easy to get to the beach. Overall a great place,just need a few maintenance touch ups.

After the house we had originally booked for our stay on Tybee turned out to have a broken a/c system that the property managers could not get fixed, I contacted the ladies at OceanWatch Tybee and they immediately provided us with several options for where we could stay. Kathee messaged with me well into the night and by early afternoon the next day, we were able to move into a condo that met our needs. Plus, our dogs got to enjoy the balcony where they could watch the world go by. The OceanWatch Tybee team really worked hard to find us somewhere to stay on short notice AND during Spring Break. I cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate to book with them again and/or recommend them to anyone.

I tried to book a condo with them through Airbnb. They did not respond within the allotted 24 hours, so I contacted them directly. On the first call, I was told that I would receive the rental agreement by the next morning. I did not, so I contacted them again. In all, I made 5 different attempts over 4 days to try to book with them. They were almost completely unresponsive. I was told each time that I would receive the rental agreement by email and when I finally did, it was for the wrong condo and at a much higher rate than it was listed when I requested the booking. When I addressed this, I got no response at all. I finally gave up and booked a condo with another rental company.

Perfect for a couple. No wasted space, clean, easy access, free parking, ocean view. I would love to live there, we enjoyed our few days so much. Owners called to check on us several times to see if we needed anything.

We have rented from Ocean Watch Rental Properties numerous times and each time our experience was great. We have stayed in several properties and every one is very nicely decorated, very clean and the location of each perfect to access the areas of Tybee we wished to frequent during our stays. The owners are easy to work with and do everything they can to make your stay wonderful

Just returned from a week in Unit 7. The beach access was absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. There was no internet or cable when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. We finally got cable reception on Monday and sporadic Wi-Fi on Tuesday. There were some loud partying guests in surrounding units on Saturday evening, even earplugs could not totally block out the sound. During our time there, the water mains for the units were being replaced. The water was shut off for a few hours on Thursday with no notice being given to us whatsoever. One of our party was in the shower when this took place and had to sit with a towel on her shampoo laden head for well over two hours. During this process we had piles of sand and several workers directly outside our unit scraping shovels across the concrete while talking quite loudly. Unit 7 is an end unit, that being said, it is also where all the trash and recyclable cans are kept. With temperatures in the upper 90's, the odor can be remarkable.The furnishings, bedding, appliances, decor, interior and exterior surfaces, etc. are all in need of a major overhaul! The pictures on the website have to be several years old. There are two areas in the ceiling that indicate a water leak. Waking up to a mildew stain and peeling paint every morning is not acceptable, nor is stepping on exposed nails from a worn-out carpet tack strip. Sorry to say, this was not quite the relaxing atmosphere that we were envisioning, especially with a $2500 price tag for the week. We did attempt to resolve our issues and concerns with management, who are quite pleasant, but were always met with excuses and justifications. I would suggest that the owners actually visit the unit for themselves. We do have a multitude of photos to support our experience, but will let our review stand on its own for now.

This place is in bad need of updating and maintenance but you will not get a better view especially if you rent the upstairs unit with the screened in porch. Been coming here for 30 years and always rent this unit.
