Chill Vibes and Yummy Eats at Mi Vida, Tybee Island! So, let me tell you about my awesome time at Mi Vida on Tybee Island! This place is the definition of chill vibes and tasty treats.I went for the Blue Spirulina Smoothie Bowl, and let me just say, it was like eating a work of art! Fresh fruits, that cool blue spirulina - it was a total feast for the eyes and the taste buds. And don’t even get me started on the Hot Mama Cold Pressed Juice! It’s like a burst of refreshment with every sip. Perfect for cooling down on a hot island day.

I love Mi Vida! As a health conscious person I am always on the lookout for places like this. I really enjoy all the fresh pressed juice options and the mi vida bowl was filling and delicious! It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a heathy meal and bring the whole family since they have a kid play area. If I didn’t live so far I’d be there daily, can’t wait to be back.

Amazing food and coffee and service! The açaí bowl was outstanding, and I got an ice agave nectar oat milk latte that was so surprisingly good (they do not offer flavored syrups, so that is what was recommended). The Sammy was very good as well. All the pastries looked delicious. Our waiter was fantastic and super kind and fun. The aesthetic and presentation of the meals was great and made for a great breakfast date!

My family and I often frequent this cute little place. We love the food which is why we drive from downtown Savannah here. The service is usually amazing and the owners are great. this morning we arrived spoke to the owner and were seated. Unfortunately for whatever reason the server decided to seat and serve 2 tables that came in after and after she acknowledged we needed to order. She then paid out another table and started cleaning a table that had already been cleared. At this point we decided to leave. I would have informed the owner however he had exited the building and we were so upset we didn’t want to hang around. Very disappointing!

The food was super yummy. All I can speak to is the breakfast sandwich. Very straightforward with well crisped bread and a delicious aioli. My friend who also got the breakfast sandwich said it was one of the best he’s ever had.The fare was light. Great for before the beach.Service was really kind and sociable too

I learned about this place from a friend. I’m not one who particularly cares about eating healthy but it looked delicious so I figured I’d try it. I ordered the açaí bowl and one of their cold pressed juices, the total was about $20. I was absolutely blown away by how tasty it was. I did not know eating healthy could taste so good. The employees were so kind and the atmosphere was very calm. They even referred to me by name the entire visit. I will definitely be back!

As a native of Georgia, I used to frequent my summers on Tybee island. Through friends and family I had heard lots about Mi Vida as a great brunch spot but never actually took the time to get a first hand experience for myself. This past weekend, my fiancé and I decided to give it a shot, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I felt as if the food was too expensive for the portions and far too expensive for the quality. To begin, the speed of service was nothing short of ridiculous. It took nearly all of our patience to wait to get served. Additionally, the waitress who assisted us treated us as if we were burdening her and lacked respect when helping us.Furthermore the quality of the food was extremely subpar. My fiancé and I both got a bagel and avocado toast. When our food was rudely slapped in front of us, we quickly realized our bagels were borderline soggy and cold, and the avocado on our toast looked like it was already oxidized and turning brown. The only redeeming part of our experience was the fact we could sit outside and enjoy the great weather.Do not recommend.

Probably one of the best health conscious little join on the island. Its location is a bit odd, right next to the gas station Citgo ... hahaha 🤣😂 . It's small and cozy🌡️☺️, does have outside seating arrangement. 🌞Orders:Drinks: ☕🍵🥤 They do carry a small selection wines. We had "Cold Pressed Juices of the day", whatever available in their creation. Today, it's a mix of watermelon, lime, and some type of berries (?!). A bit disappointed for the Matcha Latte Can (Yes, comes in a can for $5). Cost as much as a barista would mix to order a warm/cold one. Best to order coffee as it's fresh and make to order ... and cost less $4 (Americano, or $5 for un Cappuccino)Foods: 🦐🍤 Salad $14 (Spring Mix salad 🥗, Tuna, veggies, 🥑 avocado and garlic toast). It's local cached shrimps, so freshness is quite present. this is mix in with Tuna. The garlic toast was light on the garlic, create delight taste of a hint of garlic and olive oil. Not overpower. Great!!Cuban 🥪 sandwich: 🍄 mushroom Salad on the side. Toasted Ciabatta 🍞 holding tightly the melt in your mouth pork with some pickles. Tasty with a price tag of $25 (include the sandwich, a side, and a cold pressed juice).Last time, we ordered an Avocado toast. That was good as well, comes with avocado mash, chili flakes, tomatoes, red onions topped with micro greens. Quite tasty also.Overall: High quality ingredients (competitive advantage). Good customer service (keep on smiley faces and helpful). Setting is a bit odd, so the view is limited (I mean wanna sip your perfect cup of Joe while overlook people pumping gas?! )

Such a delicious choice! It was our breakfast, but we got to choose from breakfast and lunch! Mady got the Spirulina bowl, and not only was it beautiful, it was so delicious. I would have been jealous, except my shrimp sandwich with chickpea salad was to die for. I wanted more, except we both were stuffed! We sat on the patio and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The people were so lovely and helpful. We asked for some adjustments to how things were made and they were happy to accommodate. Def go there. Great for vegans and the food is so fresh, and the flavors are well thought out. Kudos to the chef!

Ran into it by chance. We stopped to get gas and noticed Mi Vida attached to the gas station we stopped at. We walked in and were seated immediately! We chose to sit outside. We weren't sure what to get so we went with our waitress recommendations (Pura vida bowl and the Sammy). My wife order a latte with oat milk and I ordered the Americano (two of them actually). We also order a tuna sandwich for the road just do we could try another dish. At some point during our visit the owner stopped by to make sure everything was good. She told she was from Costa Rica and her husband from Puerto Rico. I told her my wife and I are both from Puerto Rico so you know... now we're family! 😀We will definitely visit again! Maybe some mimosas?! IDK all I know is that it surely won't disappoint!

The food was excellent and the staff amazing! We happened upon Mi Vida by accident and will go back anytime we are near the area. Costa Rica has the best coffee and it's nice to be able to get a cup here in the states along with that same fabulous food!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of Vegan options too!Kid-friendliness: There's even a cute Lego table inside.

I had heard so much hype about the acai bowls at Mi Vida, so naturally, I was excited to give them a try. Little did I know that my anticipation would quickly turn into sheer disappointment and disbelief.Let's start with the star of the show: the acai itself. Instead of the vibrant, fresh flavor I was expecting, what I got was a dull, almost flavorless mush that tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for months. The texture was grainy and unpleasant, more akin to slushy ice than smooth, creamy acai. It was as if they had taken a shortcut and used the cheapest, lowest-quality ingredients they could find. But wait, it gets worse. The toppings, supposedly the crowning glory of any good acai bowl, were a sad excuse for freshness and variety. The bananas were brown and mushy, the strawberries were limp and flavorless, and the granola was so stale it could have doubled as bird feed. And don't even get me started on the drizzle of honey, which tasted more like sugar syrup than the real deal.To make matters even more disappointing, the portion size was laughably small for the exorbitant price they were charging. I could have eaten three of their so-called "regular" bowls and still been hungry afterward. It was a blatant rip-off, plain and simple. And if you thought the food was bad, just wait until you experience the service. It was like pulling teeth just to get the attention of a server, and when they finally did grace us with their presence, they acted like they were doing us a favor by taking our order. There was no warmth, no hospitality, just a sense of indifference that left a sour taste in my mouth long after the acai bowl had been consumed. In conclusion, Mi Vida may claim to offer the best acai bowls in town, but don't be fooled by their marketing hype. With their lackluster ingredients, minuscule portions, and dismal service, it's a breakfast experience you'll want to avoid at all costs. Save your money and your taste buds and head elsewhere for your acai fix.

Everything at Mi Vida is absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the shrimp salad sandwich (big beautiful shrimp and guacamole instead of the salad shrimp and mayonnaise I was expecting) and the smoked salmon toast. My husband described the greek toast as the “world’s greatest greek salad on bread”. I got the chickpea salad side AND the mushroom salad side and mixed them together and was very happy. Mi Vida is the perfect fresh and flavorful antidote after too many beachy meals of fried fish and chips.

One of the best places I’ve ever eaten. The açaí bowls were so delicious and the latte was really good as well. My daughter had a banana muffin that was so moist and flavorful. The family that runs the place were so friendly and I just loved the atmosphere; it’s the cutest little beach coffee shop! We will definitely be back!

What a hidden gem! This is a must try breakfast/brunch/lunch place, especially if you like something healthy and tasty. Dragon fruit bowl was the group’s favorite but you will love whatever you find on the menu.
