We had the pleasure of renting 36C for a week in October for our anniversary. The condo was really clean and well kept. Everything you need for a vacation is in the condo. The washer and dryer in the unit makes it nice to get some laundry done before you head home, or cut down on the clothes you have to bring along. The bridge over the dunes is nice and well maintained and allows you to pull a wagon or beach cart to the ocean. The view from the third floor is fantastic. It made for a peaceful place to sit and have coffee in the morning and a nightcap before bed. We will definitely rent here again. Make note that this building has an elevator also. It is 52 steps up to the top floor from the parking area. The pool was nice, but we did not use it. Walking distance to the lighthouse, North Beach Bar and Grille, Huc-a-Poos, Cockspur Grill and Zunzibar.

We visited 4/8-4/11 in unit 28A. The room itself is pretty dated but was still clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. It had a nice view of the beach where I was able to see the cargo ships and a beautiful sunrise. We did not get to use the pool since it was chilly out but did see some children enjoying it. The location is great. We walked to the lighthouse and biked everywhere else.

It was a good place to stay. Clean and nice. Homey. We did have extremely loud downstairs neighbors that didn't obey noise ordinance at 2 am normally. Glad they left 2 days later. Nice pool at the place. Beach access is long and needs more work if your gonna go to the beach from here. Twin mattress a little uncomfortable

Had a great time at these condos. The view from our third story condo was great. The condo itself met all of my needs ( adequate space, cooking utensils, etc.). I liked how there was covered parking underneath the condo and that there was space to store some of my beach gear. The pools were well maintained and there was nice area to do some outdoor cooking next to the pools. The beach was never crowded and the neighborhood around the condo was very nice. It was so relaxing staying here.

Very nice ocean front condo community. Our unit 19C had a great view of the beach and the mouth of the river. You can sit on the deck and watch huge cargo ships come and go. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Beware, it is on the 3rd floor and they don't have an elevator. If you have physical issues you may want to look into a first or second floor unit.

Great location! Our unit was near an elevator, so that made hauling luggage groceries etc up and down super easy. Right on the beach!

It was breathtaking. We attended our one and only beach destination wedding, and it was great. The water was various shades of blues with white caps rounding out the picturesque scenery along with eager participants and a wonderful preacher. A rustic arch served as an alter along with the wedding party made a beautiful memory.

Stairs are wicked but worth the climb to the 3rd floor for the spectacular view! Nice and quiet and easy beach access without the Tybee parking fees.

Airbnb rental. 3rd floor no elevator was a downside. Quiet and well maintained unit. Requires transportation to most places, but you can rent a cart which works well. Easy walk to beach, but it is a walk.

Stayed in 7A.Clean. Everything is up to date, new appliances, new furniture, freshly painted and decor . Steps away from the pool and beach access.It's definitely worth it.I'm booking 7A again next year.

We stayed at 34C last week with friends. It was a very nice condo, renovation completed in February with comfortable furniture and beds, with two full bathrooms and nicely equipped kitchen with large double door refrigerator. Also had washer & dryer. Very clean, with bright décor, well lighted and lovely ceiling fans. The air-conditioning worked great as it got warmer towards the end of the week. We ate out on the porch overlooking the beach or inside at the breakfast bar. There are two parking places under the building and we're told the elevator will be working soon, waiting for the certificate from the city inspectors. We look forward to going back again. This unit rents through Oceanfront Cottage Rentals. The pool re-opened the day before we left and was very nice.

The location of these condos is ideal. You can watch barges, dolphin boat tours, and any other boat. Enjoy using binoculars to look over toward Hilton Head when walking around the north corner of the island. The 3 pools are definitely a plus! If you don't like climbing steps, make sure you reserve a room in one of the buildings with elevators. Close to the pier and many delicious restaurants.

8B is pretty nice. The whole complex was built I would guess in the early '90s. It's starting to show it's age but 8B at least has been updated well. Not all buildings have elevators and the steps are a little steep.Two good sized pools and three boardwalks to the beach. Most of the residents seem to be elderly and for the most part it was quiet there. Easy access through the gate and it's right across from the Tybee Island Police Station. It sits next to what looks like a nice quiet neighborhood.Stayed here, then stayed at Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Wish I would have extended my rental here!

The cottage s were neat and clean.it was calm and quiet place for a holiday. Even though we didn't get perfect view of beach from the cottage but still it was great..and the beach was in walkable distance from our cottage.we spent one whole day in the beach.it was really relaxing and enjoying.We experienced one difficulty was,one of the wash room shower didn't work ,and nobody came to fix it.but it didn't spoiled our holidays..Our kids had a great time there.My suggestion to the management is please appoint some caretaker or staffs for maintenance and emergencies.

Stayed at 13B 2 br 2ba condo, newly refurbished and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable king beds in both rooms, and panoramic view of waterway where the passage of cargo boats can be seen coming and going. Plenty of beach for walking and swimming. Great place for a peaceful and tranquil getaway.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The reason for 4 stars is because the stove was dirty, there was trash in the trashcan, used soap in the shower and palmetto bugs. The staff apologized, offered to clean and sprayed for bugs. I maybe wouldn't point it out, except they left a cute welcome packet on the table with the names of who cleaned and who inspected. It also mentions the "extra care" that's taken in "this time of COVID". These issues would not keep me from staying here again. It was a nice place with good beach access and 2 saltwater pools.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Tybee Island or Savannah. Located right on the beach with walkway access overlooking the Savannah River entrance from the Atlantic Ocean. Watch ocean going ships and tankers entering the river headed towards the Port of Savannah. Go for moon lit strolls on the beach or enjoy the 2 large swimming pools with large sundecks from your poolside chaise. Each unit is leased by different property companies so search through Trip Advisor, Tybee Rentals, etc or other search criteria

Absolutely one of the best vacations we have experienced. The property manager Tiffany was tremendous not only did she mulitask she did so with kindness and warm-heartedness. The project manager Mike was busy as a bee, but always made time to say hello and share his humor. All the folks we met at pool were genuine kind people, we all shared amongst one another . Wat a splendid way to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Special shout out to Joy, Wade and Rebecca....as well as Fatbaby and Rachel...that was a heck of a day...Condo was fabulous, clean and neat...the 3rd floor during load in is a little strugle but well worth being able to watch the sunset, ships, and wildlife... will definitely be back...till then

Perfect little spot on the North Beach with fast access to the beach. Great that there is a kiddie pool, deep pool, and "fun"/family" pool. Units are small, but they're old, so is to be expected. Especially love the Large deck.

Clean relaxing. More room than I thought there would be. Bring a skillet, r frying pan form home if u plan on cooking, other than that all the cokkware and dishes were supplied, the condos we're quite. Relaxing. Comfortable pillow top beds. View of the ocean, short walk to beach. Great place to stay for the price.

Great place to stay. I've never seen a manager work so hard at maintaining a property. She was always making sure everything was in place and taken care of. Having 2 pools was a bonus because this prevented them from being crowded.
