After a full day of shooting photography, I was starving and looking for a by the slice pizza shop and found Lighthouse Pizza; they didn't have slices but they Did have personal size pie.The young woman who helped me was a gem; friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was also friendly EVEN WHEN I walked back back in with pizza in hand and sat it on the counter (I wanted a good pic of the pie) I let them know there wasn't a problem everyone smiled.THE PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS! Hot, ingredients were fresh and the dough WOW the crust was phenomenal - It was like biting into a puffy cloud. Billowy is the only way to describe the crust. This is my new pizza shop on Tybee Island Kudos!..

Pizza was tasty but I do not recommend ordering online. I order a half meat/half cheese pizza (and paid more for the meat) but it just got listed on the order sheet as "custom order" which the store interpreted as cheese. By the time I realized the error I had 2 hot pizzas and didn't want to fuss, but for sure just call in your order or go into the shop directly... avoid the online ordering.

Horrible communication in regards to delivery. Over an hour late. And incorrect order. We were on hold several times over the phone. And we were told we had to come to the restaurant to retrieve the missing items from our order. Even when we did that and went all the way to the restaurant the manager did not face us to discuss and would not rectify any issues we stated. No customer service. No refund. Pizza we received over an hour late was like warm, small and average.

After ordering our pizza for delivery, our food arrived an hour later than it was supposed to arrive making the wait time almost 2 hours and the incorrect order. We were missing 2 items and had the wrong pizza order. After calling several times to get the issue resolved we were repeatedly put on hold. Since we waited so long on hold we decided to drive there to speak to someone in person. Once we got there the owner refused to speak to us. Instead he had his clearly uncomfortable young female employee tell us we needed to bring back the incorrect pizza. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I understand being busy and making a mistake but have the respect and decency to try to fix it.

Letdown by Lighthouse PizzaOur anticipation for a cozy pizza night turned into disappointment with Lighthouse Pizza. Not only did our order arrive a full hour late, but it also came lukewarm and incorrect. Missing items and a wrong pizza were just the start. When we reached out for help, we were left on hold for over 30 minutes, pushing us to visit the restaurant in person for resolution.The response from the manager was even more disheartening. Rather than offering a sincere apology or immediate rectification, we were met with defensiveness and were told we'd need to return the incorrect pizza before any compensation could be considered. The manager's approach was unprofessional, lacking in empathy, and reflective of the overall quality of service and food we received.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lighthouse Pizza. The poor service, delayed and inaccurate order fulfillment, coupled with the management's inadequate handling of our situation, suggests that customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Hi I had an order that was missing two orders of cheesy bread and I am appalled by how the manager handled it. He texted and said we needed to bring the pizza back (but we were already at the store) and wouldn’t even come up and talk to us face to face. Didn’t get any refund for our messed up order or any apology/decency. Not cool bro. Oh and also they got one of our pizza orders wrong. Then didn’t believe when we said that. But yeah anyways just get pizza from someplace else if you have another option.

We ordered pizza for delivery pizza took almost 3 hours to come. When the order was finally delivered, it was incorrect when we called to address this misunderstanding, we were placed on hold for 20 minutes. Because no one answered the phone, we drove to the establishment. The owner would not address the issues and instead passed the problem onto a young girl and refused to speak with us to address the issue in any way.

Left a review on yelp too because the management needs to be evaluated. He was extremely rude to me and the other employees working in there. He refused to acknowledge his own pricing on the wall and overcharged me nearly $6 for a 10” pizza that was mediocre at best. His attitude was awful and no one, customer or employee should have to endure it.

The food is perfect, nothing bad to say about it. But because a good restaurant is not only the food...1St. The server was like in a hurry, me and my girlfriend we was in a chilling moment enjoining a short trip to Georgia from Florida.It looks to us a little bit expensive. 45 dollars for a medium pepperoni pie, 1 manicotti and 2 mineral waters.But the worse part for us was the pressure of the server to pay the bill when we was in the middle of the meal. And when we saw the check It was two service charges. Yes, two (2), like they charge service per each people seated in their tables.I don’t recommend this restaurant to pay than in a regular one.

We ordered delivery via the online website and were told that the deliver would take 45 minutes. Our food took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and the order was incorrect and missing items. When we called to inform the establishment about the order we were put on hold multiple times. We finally drove to lighthouse pizza to talk to a manager and they were argumentative and unwilling to fix their errors. The service was terrible and the pizza was not much better than the service.

Fast and friendly service. Pizza was super thin (some like this) and my veggie side was practically flavorless (very little cheese). But my husband enjoyed his all meat side. Would go again, very quiet and not busy in there on a Saturday night.

Not worth the listed price. We got a small 10” pizza and it rung up around $14. There was a “covid 19 charge” along with the taxes even though it wasn’t posted anywhere around the store. I have reported this. I know up keeping may be difficult, but the restaurant should be regularly cleaning anyways even without covid. I would recommend finding food elsewhere.

Service is incredible. Toppings for fresh salad is amazing. I got the dinner Greek. Beautiful greens. Love it fresh. Nothing wilted. I got all the veggies that I wanted added pepperoni extra cheese on a thin crust. Absolutely delicious! I will definitely order again and can recommend this is the best pizza place on the island. My first time to the island. I'm from the Macon area. I don't have the option for a picture but if I did I would certainly Post it beautiful food.Vegetarian options: Onions green peppers. Black olives, spinach tomatoes feta cheese extra cheese pepperoni on a thin crust. Absolutely delicious!

Not to impressed honestly. I got 1 cheese and 1 pep and it was the thinnest cheapest pizza I have ever had. Paid $44 for just those 2. The price is listed as $16 for a X-Large yet doesn't come with any other toppings but cheese. Each topping was to the tune of around $4 each, sauce was almost nonexistent. Cheese was as little as possible and the entire pizza was hard and uneatable in a matter of 15mins. Was expecting a good pizza but instead got the exact opposite. Do not recommend. Sorry.

Pretty great pizza right next to the Board walk, service was great, prices were great, and selection was plentiful. My only complaint would of have to have been that the pizza was a little greasy after it came out, which made my toppings slide a little, but it was fantastic after letting it rest some to settle.

I ate from here both days of my stay in Tybee. Must say they are one of the more consistent places to eat and had one of the best white pizzas I've had in a LONG time. Only issue I had at all was a 1 hour delivery time to the hotel on the first night when I was staying less than a mile away when it only takes them 15 or 20 minutes to have the food cooked. That kind of mixed in with they got the address wrong initially when I used their website location tools and put the name of the hotel in the description was a little annoying. Still the food itself was worth any minor inconvenience.

So disappointing! Everything was surprisingly small for the price and description (we wished we had ordered about twice as much food), and skimpy on all ingredients. Order extra cheese if you want actual cheesy bread.The bacon cheesy bread and white pizza tasted delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t get the salad we ordered and they refused to refund us for it, saying they’d deliver it instead, but 2 hours later at 10pm, we had not received it.I can’t recommend it.

The location is awesome! Just a minute from the beach. It is very easy to walk here when hungry. The building is pretty warm inside. The pizza is a definite okay. Not awesome, not bad, but definitely okay. The pizza is probably not worth the price, but I imagine that beach pizza is expensive.

Most of the bad reviews are weird and picky. This place was great! I almost passed because I saw the rating. The online delivery system looks oldschool but it works great and the pizza was here Freaky Fast like Jimmy John’s. The price isnt Dominos/Pizza hut cheap, but the dough and sauce quality are great. Really this deserves a overall higher rating.
