We came here for a bachelorette celebration and it was SO fun! The owner was so sweet and there were lots of pieces to choose from. We went on a beautiful day so we were able to sit outside while enjoying some snacks that we brought. Since we came from out of town, we were able to get our finished pieces shipped to us. Overall, a great experience we all enjoyed!

We love coming here. It is a great way to have a memory from your vacation. The owner is very nice and helpful. She even ships your items to you at a reasonable price. She does have some tables inside but most of them are outside. This is one experience you should not miss.

We have visited Tybee twice - and visited Glazed Twice! We had the best experience at this little shop!! My boys are 5, 12, and 14 and each one of them LOVED choosing a piece and painting it - and all three begged to go back when we returned to the island a few months later!! Such a fun family activity. The owner was amazing!! She was so good with my boys - with all of us! Helping everyone make choices, guiding us when we asked on colors and techniques. And we all display our projects quite proudly. What a wonderful memory of our time on the island!!

There aren’t enough words in the English language to express what an amazing time my daughter and I had painting pottery at Glazed and Confused on Tybee Island. The owner, Dana, was absolutely incredible, attentive, and engaging with me and my daughter! We arrived at 10:45AM and stayed all day. We painted multiple ceramic pieces on one of the outdoor picnic tables with the family puppy dog by our side. Paint pallets were filled and refilled at request, the selection of items to paint was plentiful, and did I mention that the owner is truly incredible and accommodating?!? I would highly recommend this activity for the whole family and take time to laugh and paint with your kiddos. My daughter is the artist and saved my bacon on my projects, but it was so much fun to have this time with my kiddo!!This is a must do on Tybee!! Super laid back and an owner that genuinely cares about you and your family have an exceptional experience! Thank you Dana!

Perfect spot to bring a group of friends, family, and or date! Had a girls day with some friends and Dana (the owner) was so helpful setting up a party of 10 on a busy Saturday. She is easy to get ahold of, wonderful communicator, and all around kind human. The process was easy, fun, and relaxing with the instructions upon arrival. Lots of cute pottery to paint! Everyone had a blast! Definitely will come again!Note: highly recommend calling in advance for a party reservation. Dana was super helpful and triple checked everything over the phone. I’ve noticed some reviews and have to say she is very accommodating.

We had so much fun celebrating my daughter's 10th Birthday at Glazed And Confused! Dana is so flexible and was wonderful with the kids. Love the indoor/outdoor flow and felt safe in spite of Covid. The location is perfect right across from Huc-A-Poos to grab pizza and sit outside and enjoy the shops in the area while the kids paint. We had a BLAST and will be back! Thank you Dana!

Every single time I try to be crafty or artistic, I regret it. Artsy-Craftsy is just not in my wheelhouse. But I wanted the Glazed and Confused experience. Dana, the shop owner, encouraged me and helped me. You could tell that she really loves her little shop and the folks that come to create there. I chose the simplest of her Christmas ornament selection and then the colors and painted away, all the while thinking "this is going to be ridiculous when it's done". I had an absolute blast sitting there painting under the palm trees but didn't really expect much. Since it was my last full day on Tybee for this trip, Dana had to mail my two pieces. They arrived today and look so much better than I ever expected them to! If you haven't done Glazed and Confused, you are missing out! I highly recommend this place and even with my negligible artistic skills it will definitely be on my "every trip to Tybee" list.

We saw these cute little shops from the road and had to check them out! We thought we saw a donut shop called Glazed and Confused.. but to our surprise it was a paint your own pottery place! Such a prefect surprise beach craft for the kids!!

Dana was awesome! This was a very relaxed, fun, and welcoming atmosphere. Our party of 5 was welcomed with only a few hours call ahead notice. There was several pottery items and paint to choose from. 10/10, would recommend every time.

This place is so cute! It's in such an adorable little shopping village with an amazingly sweet owner! I can't wait to come back in create my mug when I'm back in town. I only wish I had time to do it this time :)

As locals, we have been to Glazed and Confused several times and simply love it! We have many special items that we made there and they hold fun memories. The vibe of the shop is very laid-back with many other cool shops around it and pizza and drinks right across the parking lot. Great fun for all ages!!

I loved painting pottery here! never did because I was always in town for a short time (they do ship) but I used it an excuse to stay in town. She fired so quickly and was so nice! definitely recommend :)

We had a great time making bowls for our dogs and cats while waiting for the sun to come out today. Steve was great and it was tons of fun. Can't wait to see how they look after being in the kiln. We will definitely come back to do more on our next trip to Tybee. You can even bring in cocktails from Hucapoos while painting! Highly recommend for young and old!

We visited “Mr. Stephen” on July 7th 2020 during an afternoon of rainy weather while vacationing on Tybee Island for the week. My kids (16 yr old son with autism & 14 yr old typical daughter) absolutely LOVED it! My hubby dropped us off (he’s not into art) and we spent two hours here. I painted a giant soup mug, my daughter painted a turtle jewel box and my son a donut bank. Conversing with Mr. Stephen was a blast! The shop is tiny but very cozy. Well organized, very clean. Be sure to ask about the photograph on the wall and don’t touch the rubber chicken! Highly recommend for all ages!

Sometimes you plan a weekend at the beach and the weather just doesn't cooperate. What to do when Tybee island cloudy and cold? Or maybe you've just had enough of the beach? Come see Dana and Steve at Glazed and Confused! Dana helped my whole family choose and glaze pottery projects, and was so sweet to hang with while we got our creativity on. She put on our favorite music, gave us tips on the best places to eat on Tybee, and made us feel at home. I'm looking forward to spending many more afternoons in this adorable little beach cabin. We had a wonderful time today! It’s an adorable spot with a lot of options of items to paint across different price points. Steve kindly and bravely welcomed us (I brought a 3 and 5 year old)! :) We are grateful our family gifted this experience for our kids for Christmas instead of toys. My family enjoyed our trips to Glazed and Confused. We enjoyed choosing a project and painting it to fit our personalities. Projects take a few days to get returned but shipping is available. We will definitely return on another trip to Tybee.

We had a bridal shower at Glazed and Confused and it was wonderful! Dana was so accommodating and the shop was absolutely adorable. It was so fun to paint pottery, have a brunch and drink mimosas! I highly recommend it for bridal brunches, showers, etc.

My sister booked an appointment here for our niece's 10th birthday. It was OUTRAGEOUS fun! We had an absolute blast!I'm ashamed to say I didn't get the name of the woman that helped us, but I had the idea she was the owner. She was fantastic!When we booked the appointment (which you do not HAVE to have, but if you have a group, I'd suggest it), she asked if we preferred inside or out. At the time, it was still pretty chilly, but we told her it didn't matter to us. She said she would seat us according to the weather.It happened to be a GORGEOUS day, so we sat at a picnic table with a big umbrella outside. It was beautiful!Everyone chose their piece of pottery, then you select your colors, and while you mark the underside with your name and information, she fills the pallets with the colors you selected.There is no limit to colors, and she gives you all you need. She refills them as needed, and you can always get other colors.It was such a wonderful time! She took pictures for us, too.And, at a REALLY reasonable price! This is our GO-TO spot from now on!You will NOT regret stopping here!I've got pictures, but I don't have the finished product yet. I'll add the pictures when it comes in!

My mother, grandmother, and I visited Tybee Island last month. This was an amazing find. Super laid back and a great way to spend some quality time doing a fun craft together. They even shipped our art work to us since we would not still be in town when the pieces were finished! Such a fun laid back place!!

Terrible. One word.The owner was rude and very unprofessional. Claimed to have reserved tables with no reservation signs on tables. Tried to seat us at a miniature kids picnic table. There were going to be 10 ladies dropping money there.Someone needs to open another paint pottery place in tybee!!! They’d make a ton of money!!! Went to the other pottery place . They were far more professional and Tons of pottery choices for painting!!! Tons of air conditioned spaces to paint in ……unlike Crazed!!!Responding to your latest statement. I would like to say that you probably would have heard my requests and concerns with your rudeness….. I might even doubt my perception but the other three ladies concurred in regards to your rudeness and really we couldn’t have communicated with you as you were very abrupt and pretty much left the building to chat with other customers. So no we weren’t going to chase after you and if you are that stressed maybe additional help or this isn’t the right occupation. So not unfair just not in your favor. ……. Just saying

Really liked this shop. Needed more time to spend there. You pick a figure in ceramics then paint it with glaze. They fire it for you and send it to your house. Very cool. If I were staying on Tybee longer I would have done it. Staff was fun and helpful.

My boyfriend took me here on a date and the owners were so kind and hospitable. A very cute little nook on Tybee. Their turnaround time is super quick too so if you’re on vacation, you can pick it up before you leave most likely!

Went with a group of 7 women and we had such a fun time! We brought some wine and a cheese and cracker plate to have while we painted. Dana is a huge help and was patient with us as we asked 10000 questions. Can't wait to pick up the final products on Saturday!
