We stopped in on Saturday evening for supper and the wait was not long at all for a table. We ordered the Portobello tacos and Banging Shrimp for our meal. The tacos were wonderful and the salsa with pineapple really was tasty. The shrimp were disappointing - the banging sauce barely covered any of the shrimp and they were cold. :( I ordered a rum runner which didn't have any alcohol in it at all. Our service was great and the eclectic decorations made it a unique experience.

Lovely place.Food was delicious!Service was above & beyond.I am extremely allergic to shellfish, which I told the waitress. She told me which menu items were safe for me to eat.I appreciate that kind of service.I enjoyed chicken tenders & fries.My friend had shrimp quesadillas

We've visited before but it was busy and the only remarkable aspect was the food. This time we had the best server and the food was delicious. We chose this restaurant for the Chicken & Waffles because they are our favorite. The chili nachos are fully loaded and filling.Edited to add: If you order the Chicken & waffles to go, they don't give you large chicken tenders. Order in restaurant to avoid disappointment.

The atmosphere in this restaurant was very laid back and its right by the beach. Service was great and the wait time to get a table wasn't as long as I expected since it was Easter. I had a ahi tuna taco which looked great, but unfortunately didn't really have much taste to it, not even the tortilla. It just tasted bland and it was overpriced. My cousins had their crab legs and some kind of seafood boil, but the seafood was dry. They had to ask for melted butter and seasoning to add to their food. The crab legs were market priced and when we got the bill it was not worth the matket price. Overall it was OK. I might go back there again and maybe try a different dish next time.

The quantity was good, the food was just average. Nothing special. We had the Shrimp in Bam Bam sauce, very flavorful. Shrimp Po Boy was alright, Shrimp Cake Patty was mostly crunchy and fried, fries were packaged variety with hint of freezer burn. Waitress never came back to ask for refills, sweet tea and beer until she brought the check. Fun interior, Location and convenient gives overall 3 stars. Should have tried the Low Country Boil.

Really enjoyed our visit to Fannie's! We started our meal with the coconut shrimp which were absolutely delicious. I also had a lovely drink called Back River Quiver. My friend enjoyed the blackened mahi sandwich, which came with nice fries too. And I had the Very Gouda pizza, really yummy. Came in just a little overdone but still delicious. I highly recommend this place

Went there today and was asked if we wanted to be seated inside or out. Chose outside, were seated outside and given menus, noticed the hostess left a few minutes later and customers that were seated after us were greeted by a waitress and we were never acknowledged. Returned the menus to the hostess station and went up the street to Pier 16 and were seated right away and our order was taken right away as well. Food was delicious!!!

Great place for lunch or dinner! Stephen was a fabulous server, and all staff were very friendly. Fast service and great food. Okra bites were awesome. I got blackened mahi tacos, hubby got the burger. All was delicious. Great atmosphere and clean restrooms. Would definitely come back!

The food was pretty good, and we had to wait about 20 minutes. Our server was very nice and made sure our food was correct and our drinks were full. However, the seating was kind of confusing. When we walked up we told the host we wanted to sit upstairs, so she just pointed in the direction of the stairs. When we got to the top there was no one to tell us where to sit or if there were any tables available. We eventually found a table to sit at, and everything ran smoothly after that.

Good food. Great atmosphere. We sat on first floor in AC for lunch. Bang bang shrimp toacos we’re the best of the five meals we ordered. Other dishes cam out cold.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu. Crayons and paper. Fun stuff to see inside.

We had lunch here before hitting the beach. I got the Low Country Boil. As usual with this dish, the corn is always overcooked, but the rest was tasty. My husband got the coconut shrimp and enjoyed them. We also enjoyed a couple frozen drinks and took one for the road! Just wish the view wasn't a parking lot... but hey - we got to sit outside!

Ehhh. It's beach food. My hotdog was overcooked and shriveled dry. The bun was broken at the seam. It was just a mess. The pizza was super thin and over cooked as the edges were almost black! My husband ordered the fish tacos and said they were dry. I'm a little disappointed with the food, but the barstools at the front bar counter were fun!

Forgot the picture of the low country boil. Which isn’t enjoyable when you have to clean the poop out of your shrimp. The sandwich was ordered without onions and of course it came with onions so I picked them off myself. The Caesar salad was additional because the bread and fries are more carbohydrates than I prefer to take insulin for. It was okay. Nothing to write home about. Kids enjoyed the chicken and waffles. Service was extremely slow. Let me repeat, service was extremely slow. I just wanted water. It’s not a place I would visit again nor would I recommend to anyone visiting as a place they must try.

Great view, but that’s about all I can say about it. Food was god awful greasy and chicken sandwich was so rubbery and chewy. Our waitress was doing double duty as the hostess and service was very slow (although not her fault). We spent $70 with the tip and when the waitress asked how everything was and we told her the truth, she apologized, but didn’t offer to comp us at least a little. We aren’t the type to complain, but we were not impressed. Spend your $$ somewhere else.

We were seated quickly. The waitress was super sweet. I wanted a shirt but I figured they didn't have the size I needed she looked through all the shirts and found one that we thought would fit. But sadly it didn't. But I appreciate her trying her best. I had a cheeseburger with chili on it. And it wasn't the best burger but wasn't the worst by any means.
