Not normal for me to do a 1 star rating. However, after sitting for over 40 mins and watching 3 tables who came after our arrival order and receive their food, we had to leave. This was not a case of it being super busy. One table who came after us, ordered and paid and left. The table behind us, their ordered got messed up and some of them had to wait longer for their food. It was unfortunately not a good experience.
