Standard DG experience I don't go in expecting much and if any staff is reading this thinking I'm speaking of them I'm not. It's a literal job and not a career in fact if you want people to do more especially in this job market maybe you might want to up the pay they might begin to care.Regardless it was a good store in the country side about what I'd expect for it too.

It's generally easy accessable. The Ilse are kind of hard to get down at times.Its guess as to when the shelves will have an item but over all it's there for us and convinent.

I asked the manager for the key to the restroom, was told it was unlocked when I went to her was told to find the other employee and ask for the key. Which I had to walk across the store 5 times before the restroom was unlocked. Then I used the self check out for easy checking and paying but wound up having to wait until employee finished with other customers to get cigarettes. I was not impressed, and did not enjoy shopping at this store. And will avoid it at all cost in the future.

Store is absolutely junky. Shelves are empty. You can't walk around without running into a buggy of stock. It's a shame that other Dollar General Stores in Emanuel County are well maintained.

I have had several gripes for a couple of years and not necessarily with the individual store in my town. It's the upper echelon so call me and I'll tell you why I'm not buying anything else there. My gripes are valid; its the same ones every other person in my town has.

I am referring to the Dollar General located in Twin City, Ga.. I am so proud we have a store like this one located in my area. Easy access to a multitude of products. The staff and management are always anxious to assist you and seem happy to do so. Great store, great people! 😊

So horrible in here. Nobody like to work. To much talking an not enough working. To much smoking an not enough working. The red head manger is very slow, talks too much. 10 customers an 40 mins on line. This is not the place or time to be having a coffee clutch.

This location was recently remodeled and I was shocked to see how unorganized it still is. There's no way anyone in a wheelchair could shop here because it's such a mess u can't even take a buggy down aisles

Very Slow and employees are very rude. They allow customers to break in line in terribly long lines.... Extremely incompetent when it comes to discarding out of date refrigerated foods off the shelves because I have bought 4 packs of ham and they ALL bad and I got really sick... They only care about jacking the prices up for more money, not for helping ppl. Just another small town trying to make more money than Walmart by jacking up the prices and calling it a lower name

This store has always got a line of people waiting to check out. Only one register open, and 3 or more employees working at one time. There were 15 people ahead of me waiting to check out, and 7 behind me.. One employee on the register, one stocking shelves, who never smiles or greets anyone, always in a SOUR mood. Another employee, hiding behind that two way glass or outside SMOKING, while, WE ALL WAIT in line. Then comes in and changes drawers with the one stocking shelves, and then we have to wait on her. When called to open her drawer she yells HOLD ON A SEC....and then it's 10 Minutes before she gets there to start checking people out. You can never get down the aisles, because of all the boxes, that need stocking...🤔🤔 Think this Dollar General has the WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!

Twin City Dollar General is the worst managed store I have ever been in. Shelves are empty, stock is in the aisles where you can't see what you want, lines are always ridiculous as only one register open. Store needs to be bigger.

WELL I WAS IN THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE IN TWIN CITY GEORGIA ON SATURDAY MARCH 5 TH 2022 AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY RUDE AND MEAN TO ME TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO USE THE SELF CHECK OUT NEXT TIME BECAUSE I WAS HOLDING UP EVERY ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE TOLD ME HER NAME ASKED HER IF SHE COULD WRITE IT DOWN SHE SAID NO THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE BECAUSE SHE WAS WORKING TRYING TO DO HER JOB.

They have a note on the door that mask are mandatory. But some employees and about half the customers were not wearing them. I told one of the employees they should take both the signs down.

I accidentally left some coffee I had just bought and when I went back in to get it the clerk said I didn't leave it. And that was a flat out lie never had that problem before now I know never leave anything pay close attention
