The services offered here were pretty good. My dog went in for a bath and the furminator. Overall my dog is well mannered but, can be very choosy with the people who handle him. When I came to pick him up he was happy as can be, smelled great, and definitely enjoyed his time there.

Very unfriendly staff. They could care less if you were in the store and most likely preferred if you were not. Absolutely no interested in any of the dogs in the store. Only the Blue Buffalo rep was friendly.

It was the first time my puppy was getting a haircut. I love that Taylor took the time to call me and update me on the status of the grooming so that I could show up as soon as she was done.

Great facility, AWESOME customer service, just don't let Amanda groom your pet. She didn't follow instructions on how to groom. The manager got involved and immediately corrected the situation.

Never been to this store as it's out of our way, but the store is clean and stocked. There was one counter with a long line, but a manager started assigning everyone in line numbers and got all four lanes open. The staff was very professional and friendly.
