The only thing I could complain about is when you have a lot of groceries you need to scan them yourselves... and some of the younger workers tend to stay on their phones talking while ignoring the customers. One guy is really bad at doing that in electronics. He has brown curly hair and looks about 17? I didn't get his name but he ignored me and my fiance and another lady there to play on his phone. That aside everything was great 👍

The people in the deli need to be mindful of people waiting at the counter to buy items. My husband waited almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged him. There was one older lady working and she wouldn't make eye contact with him for him to even ask for help

Does Walmart's all right I guess, you think that it would have more in it that you're not used to seeing considering the location. However I find myself wishing that I was going to a different Walmart from time to time due to prices here, being different from other walmarts. And the ability to keep items stocked needs work.

Went 2 days before Christmas. Very good in and out. No long lines. Somewhat limited selection at this location but probably due to demographics.

I always check out at the self checkout where Ms Rosie is. She is always friendly and helpful. This store needs more people like her.

I drove all the way to Trion Walmart to get items that my Ft Payne Walmart don't carry . I use to buy the pecan smoked wings but they haven't had them now for over a month so I drove to Trion where they have them . I bought 6 bags and hoping Ft Payne Walmart will restock them . I will drive back to Trion to get them if not and my groceries also . Great store and workers .worth the trip !

12-13-18 Check the dates on EVERYTHING my last 3 shopping trips I've ended up with expired food. The first 2 times I figure accidents happen, however 3 times in about a month is ridiculous. Yogurt that was a week past the use by date, guacamole cups that were several days past the use by date and today (12-13-18) my bagels say use by 12-9-18....it's hard enough to try and grocery shop with an infant without having to search every item for a expiration date. Will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere.Edit: 02-08-2022Quality control seriously lacking. We receive damaged, unsealed or expired food on EVERY pick up order. Last 2 orders my daughter's hotdogs have gone straight in the trash because they had large punctures in the wrapper and were leaking everywhere. You're going to pass out mask at the front door but it's "ok" to give pick up customers unsealed food carrying who knows what kind of bacteria. My daughter's "treat" in the most recent order is visibly dirt, water or some mystery liquid stains on food packaging that never should have been near anything "wet" should be the first clue to throw away a product but instead let's "pawn it off" on the customer using grocery pick up. In what world is 9 month expired candy in disgusting packaging ok to sell, especially when it is obviously intended for a child. Even if you somehow managed to ignore the expiration date, there is no way you can scan that barcode without seeing how filthy the packaging is.

Never enough staff. Always out of staple food items. The store is hot and clammy. Only one register open unless you use self check out which is not an option for a lot of disabled persons such as my mom. Never anyone around to help when you need something. Most of the cashiers are nice.

I love the Walmart by my house but the prices of grocery have gotten so high I can't afford to eat anymore. It's not just Walmart but I don't know what im going to do if things keep getting more and more expensive. I can barely afford to eat now as it is. But I've very glad to have Walmart they even deliver if I can't get out to shop myself. The employees are always super friendly and helpful.

I used to love going to our Walmart but now so much of it has changed they've moved everything all over the place they do not give you a map to let you know where things have moved to and they don't do any type of special request if they are out of an item that you want then you have to research and find it at another location yourself their prices have skyrocketed.The floor looks horrible when they moved all the shelves and everything they should have redone the floor but they didn't when you enter the store there is this large metal thing that goes between their little vestibule where they keep the carts and where you actually enter in the store and going over it in the electric cart hurts my back every time when I mentioned to them they said that there was nothing they can do about it.It's no longer enjoyable to go to Walmart

Never a joy to make a trip to Walmart. Retrieve your own basket from the parking lot. Play cashier before you leave. Maybe a little discount here and there at the register would be nice occasionally.

Store is a mess. I know they're remodeling but it's been long enough they should be done. Wife picked up some shoes priced around $16 on the shelf but scanned around $20. When she told the cashier they didn't scan the shelf price the cashier said everything is messed up and they won't let them do price adjustments. Just price it if you're not going to change if it scans wrong. Cut out the scanners.

Mostly sub par. Even before the “supply chain” saga, this store has become famous for carrying an item and then randomly stopping the stocking of it.Grocery pickup is great, unless you need a substitution, where it is “either take this substitution that is the poorest match for what you ordered or don’t get it at all”. Once, we ordered two 2-packs of steak. They were out of it, so substituted two 4-packs instead of one four pack. An added 20 charge. It was either get them or not cook supper without making a trip to the store that was supposed to be avoided by using pickup in the first place.

So we called in our order for curbside pick upAnd they moved. Where you're suppose to get it? NO SIGNAGE ANYWHERE!! sat in the car for 15 minutes finally went in.The service desk person said its been moved to the tire center area.**Please put this info on the website toooo.**The reason we did curbside is b/c we didn't want to go in and get contaminated!!On the plus side....There was a sanitizing station in front of the door just as you walk in.Posted Dec 1.2021Please wear mask & gloves,Stay healthy & safe!!

I have never seen a worker berated by management while I was in line to check out before but wow how completely unprofessional of whoever this manager was and the after she berated the worker she had to gall to say oh I'm doing this to everyone while staring at me while I was checking out. Absolutely horrible what is wrong with your managers to do this!! I'll be returning most of my purchases tomorrow as well.
