The CVS staff at the Trenton GA store is s uplifting when I shop these. My husband had to start living at a skilled nursing home about six months ago. My CVS friends always ask about him. Yesterday was a particularly rough day and when Tabitha, store manager, asked about him she also said to let them know if they could be of assistance. Gave me a smile!

I find the Pharmacy to be busy, and phone is difficult. But, they have always gone the extra mile trying to find reasonable pricing, even for their Medicaid.pt.I recommend them.

While the staff here have usually been very helpful and friendly the pricing is crazy. For my prescription it was going to be $411 vs $63 at a different brand pharmacy.

Worse pharmacy ever! Today 6/27 I called and held 20 min, decided to go there, left my phone on speaker when I arrived, the pharmacy intercom kept repeating, 1 call waiting, over and over and over again. The pharmacist finally walked up and I said, that 1 call waiting is me and I've been waiting for 20 min. He said we are short handed. I'm thinking this is still no reason for not picking up the phone and they close at 7, this was 630.I told him you guys would kill a cancer patient, he said, who us, I said yes bc you won't answer the dang phone. The prescription really was for a cancer patient. It was nausea medication. This is the daily business attitude of this pharmacy. I'm surprised the doors are still open.

0/10 I’ve waited 2 weeks for my meds and they have it but since they were closing in an hour they wouldn’t fill prescription do not use them I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

We moved up here this past summer. We have nothing bad to say about this store, staff, and pharmacy. Everyone has been patient and kind and efficient. People need to remember that there are lots of customers and it takes time for meds to be filled. We are used to dropping off scripts or calling them in and waiting for hours to get them in the state we come from. The pharmacists and staff could NOT be more appreciated.

This location does have some delays but like most everyone these days they seem to be working with limited staff. The staff they do have are often disrespected by customers and blamed for supply chain issues, insurance issues and provider issues that they have no control over. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family and have been extremely helpful in locating coupons and specials to save us money on our prescriptions. We have insurance with a high deductible and some of these medication cost are extremely high. We appreciate the whole staff and hope that things smooth out for everyone soon!

They are the most efficient pharmacy I have ever been associated with. They are friendly and quick to get your prescriptions.

The only thing reliable about this pharmacy is that they are always incredibly slow and rude. If you don't like your job, that's your problem, but stop taking it out on people who are just trying to feel better. I would give zero stars if possible. As I type this, I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get my son's prescription transferred somewhere else, because I am DONE dealing with this pharmacy.

THIS IS JUST ABOUT CVS PHARMACY:(Not the retail side of the store)I'd give zero stars if I could.Best friend is in hospice. This mean she will unfortunately die in the next six months. Hospice works to make her as calm and pain free as possible.Best friend was no longer able to swallow her take-whenever-you-need-to morphine. This is a heavy duty pain killer, which means she was in agonizing pain! We needed medicine that could be given to her in a different way, since she couldn't swallow the pills anymore!Nurse faxed in prescription three times, with three confirmations. Nurse called in the prescription. Nurse also called in the prescription, talking to a direct human being. To which she was told the pharmacy was closing so too bad so sad. Pharmacy absolutely refused to fill the prescription! They gave many excuses, but the truth is, they were lazy and didn't care at all. I tried to explain to the pharmacy tech that my friend was in AGONY, and it would take five minutes to fill the prescription. They didn't even need to count pills! She very much enjoyed telling me, "Like, sorry. I can't do anything. We're closed. BYE."They (all the pharmacy workers) had the audacity to all laugh together, as I was bawling, having to go back to my friend without her pain medication.A human body can only handle so much pain! She died the next day.Again, my friend was in agony because CVS refused to fill her prescription, and she DIED the next day.So, CVS pharmacy, you have blood on your hands. Because of you, my friend suffered in agony.Since CVS pharmacy didn't care at all about my friend spending the last moments of her life in excruciating agony, they probably won't care about anything.I'm contacting the district manager.PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY IF YOU CAN. I DON'T WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND TO HAPPEN TO YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE TOO.

They never answer the phone and their service is the slowest I have seen in my entire life. For some reason, they have my son's records mixed up with some other kid with the same name and it is always horrible trying to get it worked out to actually pick up his medicine. Will not be returning.

8 hours is a bit long to fill a prescription. 20 minutes on hold to be spoken to as if I was an annoyance to staff... Unacceptable. I try to always give them the benefit of the doubt. Possibly understaffed? Whatever the case may be, these issues must be corrected. I dont normally use this CVS because of excessive wait times and poor communication. 0 stars were it an option for pharmacy staff. However, front staff is always helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work.

I love the convenience CVS bring for multiple things... not to mention UPS and refilling my debit card. The only thing CVS could do, in my opinion, is maybe pay the people better so that the pharmacy is staffed and fluent.

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. Each time I need refills I have to drive there just to ask if my prescriptions are ready. Then either wait for 2 hours of drive back another day. The answering machine is worthless. Not even worth 1 star, but it will not let me post without giving a star.

My 6 month old daughter had pink eye. We go to the doctor at 1:00, they send the prescription... I finally get to CVS from Chattanooga (traffic was horrible) waited for 30 minutes at CVS.... It was then 5:15, after waiting they let me know they are out of the eye drops she needed. I then asked if it could be faxed somewhere else... Anywhere else... and they told me I'd have to call her doctor and have them do it. Well. I waited so long that they had closed..... Then, I asked if there was anything over the counter that would give my baby some relief. She had suffered the whole weekend and it was only getting worse. The lady didn't know, so she grabbed the pharmacist. I was trying to ask my question when the pharmacist interrupted and said "No. No. There's nothing over the counter. Take care!" and closed the window. Never gave me the chance to finish my question.... We switched to Fred's. Got it the next day. Now, over a week later CVS is finally calling to let me know they filled the prescription.

If there was a minus star it would be my choice. I recently moved to the Trenton area and transferred a heart medication to the CVS on Main. After several trips I still had to wait several days for them to get the medication in.They don't have enough help to service customers. Noticed that the poor Pharmacy women were handling the phone, window, inside sales, and dealing with the pharmacist , who had an attitude.I usually use the Walmart on Cummings hwy. and in 12 years have never had one problem, will not use this CVS again. I will drive the few miles into Lookout Valley for great, dependable service.

As a nurse and pharmacy tech myself the service is really bad and prices are 2 high.so I changed to Publix on broad st where service is great. One rx was $7.50 with no insurance and cvs was over $200. They also kept calling my doctor for refills I didn't even want from them!

I made the mistake of having my prescriptions transferred here. Good God, had I known how ridiculous it was there, I would've stayed at Walmart. They take two days to fill prescriptions, claim they're busy and you'll have to wait 2 hours when NO ONE is there! If you try to call, be prepared to hold forever. It's really sub-par customer service. That is the primary pharmacy in this town, they need to step it up!

I can only assume CVS Pharmacy has some type of grading system in place where as Pharmacists are scored based on prescription fill times and efficiency. I say this because 100% of the time after receiving a text or automated call stating my prescription is ready for pick-up I (or my wife) arrive only to be told the script isn't ready yet. Understand, I do not say "100%" as an exaggeration. What I mean is never, NEVER, not even 1% of the time is this information trustworthy .

This pharmacy is the worst ever. Today 12/19/18 I say in line for 35 minutes to drop off 3 prescriptions for my very sick 6 year old. Finally I get to window, lady told me it would be 2 hours before they're ready, so that's 6pm. I live 15 minutes away. I pull back into loot at 6pm. I finally make it up to the window at 630pm. Medicines are not ready! I get my child's medicines at 650pm. I drive home, start to give the medicine, an antibiotic for her strep throat and it's a glass bottle of powder. Almost 3 hours and her medicine still want ready! I call and am hung up on 3 times because it's obvious the lady doesn't know how to use the hold button. I'm livid. We left the pediatrician office at 3pm, and after I mixed her antibiotic, she finally got to take her medicine at 745pm! Thank y'all for it being THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A WELL KNOWN PHARMACY EVER!!! YOU ARE NOT A MOM AND POP PHARMACY! Hire a pharmacist and pharmacy techs who can do their job right and in a timely manor. Y'all stink! You don't even deserve 1 star.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I call to see if my prescription is ready they just don’t answer. I have taken the drive down there a few times and it not been ready after I called multiple times to confirm, only to have to drive all the way back up the mountain and waste gas when the phone call could have sufficed and given me an answer as to whether they were ready or not. I have been down there and heard the phones ring and seen a few staff members talking or just hanging out while the phone is ringing and acting completely oblivious to it ringing. My suggestion to the company is if you really can never seem to answer the phone literally NEVER at any time of day maybe you should hire some extra staff to stay on the phones. If you truly are that busy.

They are soooooo slow at this location. I usually have to wait over 30 minutes to get my prescriptions. They usually have 4 employees working and no one acknowledges the customer. I waited 30 minutes before even one of them acknowledged I was there. I’m moving my prescriptions to Fred’s. Much more faster and friendlier.

I have been a customer here for years. I have watched the decline in pharmacy services gradually happen and now it's at rock bottom. You will wait days at times for medication to be filled. They're understaffed and overworked in the pharmacy. Making many workers grumpy and hateful. I will never go back to CVS for medication.

Ive called 4 different times today thinking maybe they were not hearing the phone ring. After 30+ minutes every single time, its clear they just have a flashing red button. Even after asking if the lady at the front counter said she would page them and let them know to answer the phone, yet again I was left on hold. The store manager was not in i was told and no other person there could help me. This is not the way a pharmacy should be run. Thank God I wasn't an ederly person with important information about my medication's! Horrible customer service. If i had the option to leave half a star, i would have!!

I left this pharmacy because they seemed to never have all of my monthly medications on hand and I found both some of the pharmacy staff and pharmacists to be rude and incompetent. As always, they proved my point again today with a post-operative medication that I needed asap. I confirmed when it would be ready and when I called before my husband left to pick it up, mysteriously, there was no record of it. I only went there because it was an urgent matter. They reminded me again why I swtched.

Update: I talked to the general manager and he said that priority is the people in the store not the ones on the phone also cvs does not give him enough budget to hire more people. Well I can tell you the problem starts at the top. How this CVS is still open I dont know.Called 3 times each time stayed on hold 12 minutes and did not talk to anyone. Wife called 10 minutes before they closed they let her set on hold for 11 minutes and then put her over to the answering machine. This is by far the worst cvs service I have ever seen. I will be contacting the main office.

I wouldn't give the place a star at all. Horrible pharmacy. Rude. They don't even fill meds on the weekend. WTH. And if they did they don't have it. She said it on a 2 week back order. She said maybe you should go to another store. CVS sucks. Food City pharmacy is much better. Also cheaper

I don't know if it's lack of staff or if they need new leadership, but there is always a wait for meds At the moment of typing this, I have been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and HAVE NOT MOVED. I still sit here because my mother needs her meds. And many times, after receiving a text that rxs are ready, you show up and they are not ready. One time a doctor called in a rx, I showed up to pick it up about an hour later, it wasn't ready. They said they can have it in about a half hour. I didn't have time to wait. I said I would just come back that evening. I come back back 6 hours later... STILL not ready. I switched to Fairyland Pharmacy. Never had a problem. Trying to get my Mom to switch. It's crazy!
