Loved staying the at the Treetop Retreat in August 2021! There were SO MANY positives and only a handful of opportunities. We look forward to visiting again and again!POSITIVES:Ingles Card was provided!Loved the Hummingbird feeder!The hot water heater is awesome!Convenient layout!Super quiet and peaceful!Wifi is super fast!Lysol was provided!Lots of coupons and discounts provided!OPPERTUNITIES:Screening in the patio.Gate the front porch.Rubberize/Anti-Slip the stairs.We were a touch nervous about the steep driveway (we are from flat Florida) but it looks way more intimidating than it turned out to be.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We love Cottages in the Clouds. So far we've stayed in Hemlock and Maple, and plan on going round the horn to stay in all 5 cottages. CVR does a great job and Monica takes good care of our reservations and needs while we are there. Highly recommend.

We rented The Hideaway cabin the week of Thanksgiving and were very impressed. The cabin was spacious (only 3 of us), very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several meals and even though we had brought some specialty items with us, we really did not have to. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils we needed. The cabin faces east so the large front porch is perfect to watch the sunrise and drink a cup of coffee. It is more secluded, surrounded by woods which made it very quite and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and out was very simple. The local town is very nice and the people are great. We will definitely be renting this property again!

The Nest is beautifully decorated with charming artwork throughout. The views from the balcony are stunning. If you love books you'll find them in every possible nook and cranny. The place is full of character! Absolutely wonderful stay!

This place has wonderful customer service...if one staff member messes up, the next staff member on duty intercepts the mess-up with a home run!!! Staff at this Marriott Residence Inn demonstrates team work. I will be returning for another intown vacation....see ya soon!!!

We just finished our stay at Grady's Hideaway. It was absolutely perfect and quaint for our getaway. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure. The staff was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed, knew of what was around for us to eat and for us to do. It was perfect location for what we wanted to do, Rock City, Ruby Falls and Cloudland Canyon. The deck offered plenty of locations for us to enjoy the scenery outside. We will definitely consider booking with them again the next time we want to come back to the area.

The Historic Highland Retreat was the perfect location for our three day trip to Chattanooga. I’m a woman traveling alone with children, and I felt very safe here. Lots of families taking walks through the neighborhood in the afternoons. We were a few minutes drive to downtown where all the attractions and restaurants are located, and away from the heavier traffic. So convenient and relaxing!The house itself was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals I’ve stayed in. Decorated beautifully and very spacious. The front porch feels private and is a great spot for morning coffee, the deck on back has a nice seating area to enjoy a meal outdoors, and the master bath was like going to a spa. The host provided enough basics (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, etc.) that we didn’t need to purchase our own. Ample dishes and cookware also.I would absolutely stay here again. When you find something this perfect, there’s no need to look elsewhere!

We searched Google for a peaceful place to stay on or near Lookout Mtn and received several options. First, the pictures of the "Peaceful Perch" looked great and the cost welcoming! While each me and my husband searched independently, we both chose this.The pictures really do depict the unit. The owners gave us complete privacy, but also friendly with a wave and smile.Chattanooga Vacation Rentals were great with communication, and we had no questions before hand. Thanks to everyone for a great, comfortable stay!

We stayed at the Stone Ledge cabin and it was beautiful!! The cabin had plenty of room for our 3 kids. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed area and loft. We were within miles of Rock City, Ruby Falls, incline railway and many other beautiful spots. The two wrapped around decks on the cabin were fantastic! The views were amazing! We were able to even watch hang gliders from the deck as they jumped off the mountain just down the street.We also loved it so much that we contacted the owners to stay one extra night and they gave us one heck of a deal!!We definitely recommend this cabin for anyone staying in the Chattanooga area!

We stayed at the Peach Bluff house and loved it!! It was the perfect size for our family of five. We were 15 minutes from Rock City, Ruby Falls and Cloudland Canyon and an hour from whitewater rafting with Outland Expeditions. The house was clean, well stocked and the view was amazing!! We arrived two hours before the 4pm check in time and had to pay $30 to get in early and the payment was made over the phone. They checked in via text throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. We'll use this company again!

My husband and I stayed in the hideaway cabin for 5 nights, we were celebrating our 10th year anniversary, we could not have picked a better place,we are both nature people and enjoy being in the woods environment so this was perfect. Robin was terrific from check in to check out and everything in between she was very helpful and kind,the cabin was beautiful, very cozy inside,the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great plus, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes,cups,silverware etc. We brought alot of our own and didn't even have to use them. It was very convenient also to have the washer&dryer right there in the cabin, overall we had the perfect trip and can't wait to go back.

Gradys Hideaway was perfect. Close to town but far enough out to feel secure if something happened. The full kitchen was wonderful to make a holiday meal on. The wrap around porch and extra porch landing was just the right place to watch sun rise and watch for deer. The hammock was relaxing. Our host had information about local restaurants , stores and tour attractions .

We stayed at Windsong Chalet. We were so pleased by how private and tucked this rental was. My niece was so excited when we pulled up, saying it looked just like Snow White lived there. The Chalet was nicely appointed and clean. It had such a cozy feel.The hot tub was great at night and the woods were lit up with fire flies. Magical!We will definitely be back.

My family of 6 stayed at "The Nest" in Chattanooga. It is a beautifully decorated (hallmark like) , cozy, clean open space. A great kitchen and 2 dining tables able to seat us all if we wanted. Very convenient to everything we had planned on our list. Rock city, Ruby Falls and Incline Rails are just 5 minutes away. Great malls for shopping and great eating all within 15-20 min. We enjoyed seeing the town during the travel time. I greatly recommend this 3 bedroom , 31/2 bath!!! We will be back!!!

Best rental experience we have ever had! We stayed at Stone Ledge for just a couple of nights and were blown away by both the property and the company. We tend to book things pretty last minute as is our availability to do so. This one stuck out so much I'm actually going to take the time to list the things that exceeded our expectations.☆It was easy to see availability online and to get a quote- including the taxes and detailed fees which was really nice so we didn't have to wonder about the numbers adding up or feeling scammed out of 'unspecified' amounts or 'unspecified service charges'. When we booked, we ended up calling and the call was answered immediately- no phone tag. Our issues were addressed and we were booked immediately. All straight forward and even ended up getting a lower rate than quoted online. No fussing with this or that.☆the property was everything pictured in the photos- but much more! I can't describe how breathtaking the view was. We arrived after dark and were still impressed with the location. But the next morning when I woke up and glanced through the windows my breath literally hitched for a few.. The house actually did have everything we needed, even little hotel toiletries. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and serve. It felt like a home, not a hotel or resort. It was clean and felt clean and not having to worry gave peace of mind and exactly what we needed.☆ we overslept on check out day. Smh. Sad to say it wasn't the first time or likely the last. It was, however, the first time we were not only NOT rushed out the door but offered more time than we would need. Maybe it wasn't booked that night, I don't really care about the reasons for it. I can't say enough how grateful we were for the extra time and just how much that tiny detail meant for our stay.So this place gets a raving 5 stars from us and God willing, we will absolutely be booking with them again when we bring the kids down. Highly recommend.

We loved our cabin! Very clean and perfect for just the two of us. Really enjoyed the porch are with the view and place to eat breakfast. They had a grill for us to use in the evenings. We worked with Robin, she called us before our stay to give us information and to answer any questions we had about the area. We were given great ideas of things to go and places to eat.We will be booking with them in the further.

Absolutely wonderful service.I booked with Air BnB a few months ago-- and had major issues that were never addressed [shower pouring water over light fixtures, a teetering tub, and an un-lockable backdoor]-- so, I looked around for something different.Chattanooga Vacation Rentals were great! They respond immediately, they're very friendly and very kind. I had a number of likely stupid questions when I first booked-- but they responded very quickly and politely. They're also available until 11pm if you do have any issues-- so, you're not left waiting around for help [that may or may not come].I stayed at 'The Shed', which is a tiny house that was very clean and in a stunning, safe location. They had everything you could want, from plates and glasses to pots and pans! Even salt and pepper shakers.There were little pamphlets of things to do in the area, and restaurant suggestions, so if your plans don't all work out-- they've already got suggestions lined up!Will continue booking with these guys for the great service!

Book this one quickly, if it is available! It was just right for our multi-generational family! Close to major attractions, but with remote mountain charm and views. Convenient to Point Park with it's amazing history, Rock City, which was a hoot, Chattanooga, where we did the New Years party at the EXCELLENT Children's museum, and an evening cruise on the Southern Belle which was fun. The kids loved going to the bridge where the Captain told all about the ship, and we loved the line dancing after dinner. The house has a huge side yard for the kids to run and play in with a climbing tree and a fire pit for s'mores! It was clean and cozy but the set up allows for private spaces too. We had young kids from 3 to 7 who loved the bunk beds, to Grandma who liked the l shaped couch in front of the cozy remote controlled "fireplace" perfect for reading stories before bedtime. The separate apartment above the garage was great and so nicely designed. It was equipped with a coffee maker so we could have a cozy morning cup before joining the rest of the family. The 3 en suite bathrooms were just right and we really appreciated that they were stocked with nice soaps. All the modern conveniences with plenty of dishes silverware and cooking utensils. All questions were answered promptly and by the rental team who provided us with smart suggestions for how to navigate the local scene because they live there. We also spent a rainy afternoon at a trampoline park in Chattanooga which everyone really enjoyed. Lots of great family options nearby. Very comfortable and convenient, and affordable. You won't be sorry. I can't wait to go back and do some more hiking!Plan on having a great time here!!

Recently stayed at The Nooga Pad and it was great! The place was extremely clean, really pretty, and had every single thing you could need for your stay. The private deck was probably my favorite part. It did take us a little while to figure out how to use the entrance gate and being downstairs, you could hear the stomping from people upstairs, but that is my only complaint. They provide you with so much useful information ahead of your check-in and texted the next morning making sure we were enjoying ourselves. I also appreciated the mini hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes provided during these times! Will definitely stay here again if we are in Chattanooga.

This place is amazing. Large enough to have time to yourself if needed.Plenty of hiking right out the back yard. Bike trails a plenty as well. I know some think that the foliage could be trimmed up more but, I say that is how a place in the mountains and the woods should be. We like it that way and don't change a thing. The place is fully stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back, maybe in the Spring when everything is in bloom.Thank you and you staff for all your kindness. Also thanks to the home owner that allowed us to stay. God Bless you all.

We celebrated a late Christmas with kids and grandkids at Pot Point Cabin. We enjoyed the rustic setting and despite the rainy weather we were able to get a hike in across the road to a lovely waterfall. The cabin is very spacious and comfortable! The water isn’t potable and we underestimated how much water 9 people drink in 6 days, but luckily the store wasn’t too far away. We were given 5 gallons to start with, but we soon ran out. The beauty of the surroundings certainly made up for the water situation! The large picture windows look out at the Tennessee River - very nice!

We stayed at the Chestnut Oak Cottage for a quick spring break getaway. The cabin was spotless and tastefully decorated. The hosts helped us find attractions to maneuver around spring break crowds. We booked direct with them and saved a little money. We will definitely use Chattanooga Vacation Rentals in the future. The communication and facilities are top notch at industry standard rates. Why stay anywhere else?

It was extremely clean and just beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It's not only clean but it's fun to try out a tiny house and jump on the trend! The agents and rental owners were so Helpful, informative, and check on you multiple times during your stay. They even brought us dog biscuits to make friends with a near by farm dog! Which by the way we are best friends now.

My friends and I stayed at CLOUD NINE (Rising Fawn Ga) while visiting the area. The home was clean, well stocked, and very cozy! The view on the bluff was amazing in the morning; however, the sunset view was EVERYTHING!Our only issue was the water not staying hot enough for 8 showers (but we learned to space them throughout the mornings and nights) and the wobbly railing on the deck.The home is a short walk up from Lookout Mountain hang gliding so We were able to see hang gliders from the back deck. Cloud Nine sits in the middle of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga so just a short drive away (20mins) we were able to visit Good Fortune Soaps (Chattanooga) and enjoy the make and take experience! Seven miles from there we were at Ruby Falls and 10 mins from there we were at Rock City! This was an amazing and convenient location! Although we had to leave we are STILL on CLOUD NINE!

Be advised that their policy is really restricted if for some reason you need a refund. You will not receive your money back. We couldn’t stay at the property due to a really strong incense/perfume smell (allergy reasons). Also the real appearance of the property/ area around it is really different of the pictures. Definitely they use a good photo editor and take the best angles what makes you believe that the place is amazing, and it is not. We were supposed to stay at the blue birds, and we simply gave up on it for the reason cited above and they didn’t refund any cent to us. Almost $300 for a really unfair way to make money.

My 8 month old, Pupper (Patrick), and I stayed at ‘The Shed’ at Chattanooga vacation rentals and it was a beyond amazing experience. I did not know what to expect cause we booked it last minute but it was the nearest little gem I have ever stayed at!It was private and in the woods right by the bottom of the awe-inspiring look out mountain (you can drink coffee (or other beverages) and watch the hangliders !) but it also felt safe cause other cabins and lodging is nearby.There is also a hot tub!!! We didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted but it’s super clean and awesome views.The attention to detail is remarkable, it’s like a super rustic renovated wood shed, but lots of living space, kitchen, and modern amenities (they have WiFi thank goodness so I could get some work done while I was here).The checkin and checkout process was SUPER easy, they have a very nice lock box system, and I would pick it over an air bnb anyday because the property manager is a call away and it’s private so you don’t feel weird sharing space.I recommend this to anyone that loves the outdoors but also wants a luxury cabin. AMAZINGggg
