My husband and I went to Walgreens this evening to create our Christmas card at the photo center. We were helped several times by the employees who were patient, kind, and cared about the product. One clerk was also the front cashier, and the other was running the photo department. Making photos kept her busy, but she often checked on us to be sure we were getting what we needed. Thank you to these two wonderful young ladies who displayed top-notch customer service.

Dropped many packages off well after 9 before and never been told I couldn't. Tonight the manager at the counter told me no because she didn't want to scan it and add it to their list. Manager with blonde hair. Lazy! If you're open doing your job is kinda a requirement and scanning a package isn't that hard now.

This is the most unprofessional place on earth. Pharmacist doesn't feel comfortable filling prescriptions because it was filled at a different place last month. Good job don't check to see that I was passing the other location on my way home from the doctors office without going out of my to get it fill. The older women that works back in the pharmacy has the nastiest attitude and smart mouth. Would love to help you if it's not too hard for her. Tells you that the price on the GoodRx app is not right and they can't fix it. Because she don't have the smarts to check the information she has put in the app to be sure it's right, smarts off we can do anything to fix it. That means she's not smart enough to read it over and double check her own work for accurate input. Most of the waiting time is due to the fact that they can't do there job correctly to start with. Watch them and you will l see that they windup correcting there own mistakes leading to long wait times for everyone. I will never have any prescriptions fill at any Walgreens because of the way the company let's this store conduct business.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent and lazy as hell ….had to get my doctors office to get them to do their damn job and get a medicine my sun had needed for months and just today…today had to get the insurance company to call them and have them do the job they should not already been able to do …YET DON’T …if you’re wanting meds accordingly then you need to get another pharmacy their absolutely unable to perform their duties !!!!

Walgreens is always a clean and comfortable shopping experience for health and beauty products and many other miscellaneous options I'd like to highlight being from the south that if you're a boot where like myself all of the Hill grips or anything you could possibly need to make the boots fit comfortably or sold here great experience convenient location I highly recommend staff is friendly and well versed on their products and they're always here to answer questions. Update Google so I'm at Walgreens big a dropping off two stars looks like I'm in the middle of Detroit garbage is everywhere two bags of trash out of their parking lot that absolutely looks horrible two stars - no care for the community

Pharmacy staff is clueless. It took numerous calls to reach someone. Was hung up on once. Absolutely zero help due to an issue that was caused by an incompetent staff member of the pharmacy. If they would have done their job, I wouldn't be writing this review. I've been dealing with Walgreen's for 18 + years and have never had so much trouble with one location.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could give negative stars I would. This review is not based on one incident but multiple incidents. The pharmacist Cynthia actually hung up on my husband when he tried to fill a script that they made a mistake with. We were able to go to Maddox a local pharmacy and fill the script with zero problems. We used Walgreens for over 20 years in a different location. This location I'm afraid to say is not up to par.

New management is rude to customers. Witnessed it myself. I'm no longer shopping there. Price gouging and empty shelves for needed items. Maddox Drugs is better for prescriptions and Walmart is cheaper on everything else. Read the one star reviews.

I quess it doesn't matter but the whole pharmacy goes on lunch at the same time,people don't matter,as long as they get lunch,what ever happen to taking turns for lunch so if someone needed something they could get it

I came in for a my booster appointment at 4:00 PM and I'm still sitting around waiting for them for pick up my checksheet... it's been 30 minutes now and I'm not impressed at all 💯

I called ahead of time to ask if they had steri-strips. I was told they were in the first aid section. When I got there oh, I learned that they don't even sell steri-strips.
