I spend quite a bit of money at this store, have been a loyal customer for years and have been to multiple different locations, as a recent move has made me a regular at this location, but never did I expect a manager to not once offer to help with anything with all the times I have been in this store. I’ve heard similar stories from other customers. I’ve met and spoken with every single store manager at all the locations I’ve been to, and never had this issue. I have always been welcomed by them with very respectful greetings and willingness to help. Unfortunate that he comes off as discriminatory towards certain customers, and is never seen offering help to them. I guess he’s just lucky that he has an amazing team of highly friendly and hard working employees to pick the slack up after him.I definitely will be looking forward to a phone call with HR.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. Their price on refilling our propane tanks is great. Bought a really neat book there on the history of cowboys and the guns they used. Keep up the good work, you are doing great.

I absolutely recommend this store. The manager that I dealt with..... Tyler...... absolutely will step up and own a problem and do everything he can to make sure that you remain a satisfied customer. Tractor Supply should definitely recognize and reward that kind of loyalty and dedication to both the company and their customers. Those qualities are far to rare in today's world.

This is the place for good sturdy work clothes, excellent variety and low priced pet foods and supplies, and just about anything you might need around your farm small or large. I have found the prices are better than even pet supplies stores. The folks that work here are always friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise. Had to get some fencing and posts, staff was great, help locate required stock, had some excellent tips, that worked well with installation. Still and outstanding store, got a 5 dollar gift card cause we had points!

Great staff sold me this extremely nice 10x Justin's cowboy 🤠 hat less than $50!!!I I also ordered a pair of western boots off line, though there was a glitch and the order didn't go through customer support was amazing, helpful fast to reply and full of genuine concern. At the end of the day Tractor supply not only refunded my money they paid for my boots for me!!!!!! I'm a forever customer and highly highly recommend them.

Always very impressed with tractor supply, yes it's expensive, but if you want the best items with good quality you gotta do what needs done. They have excellent products, I've never been let down by tractor supply.

Good store with friendly people working here. They usually have what I need in stock, but if not, it can be ordered. I prefer the Toccoa Tractor Supply to all of the others places around.

This Tractor Supply Company store is laid out well, is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I found some things here that aren't in other Tractor Supply stores, one of which I needed immediately.

Because I don't normally shop this particular TSC store, I often have difficulty finding some of the items I want. There don't seem to be many associates available; usually when I ask where something would be, I'm pointed to a general area (along the wall, etc.). It usually takes several frustrating minutes of searching before I find them. However, one time a cashier actually directed me to a SPECIFIC area...where I was able to quickly pick up the wanted item.

Because of the locations of my properties I deal with three TSC's. They all give good service. But I prefer doing business with the Toccoa location. What a great bunch of folks. Always ready to help with a smile and a great attitude.

I get all my supplies for my dogs from toys to chow at the Tractor Supply in Toccoa. Friendly staff, competitive pricing, and a great selection no matter how big or small your farm. They allow you to bring your dogs in the store when shopping too!
