This place has a great robust supply of produce for your grocery needs. For example they had homemade Italian bread with homemade garlic butter on it I loved it. Well I was in town I would buy some honey ham at the deli and it was so fresh and tasty then the staff were friendly and knowledgeable on what type of ham to get couldn't say enough things about the staff at this location thank you again for the great experience I will always be a customer when I'm in town.

I love shopping at Ingle's! Friendly employees and managers. I always shop early in the morning and the managers run the check-out then. Also, I love the gas points!!

Clean modern well stocked and staffed store. Deli with hot item and salad bar for lunch and dinner till 8pm..Great product selection including hard to find Italian items. Store open late 7 days a week till 11pm. So convenient! Discount gas station with your Ingles card.

This store is clean and well organized. They offer the usual grocery items plus several specialty items. The employees are friendly and helpful. The produce is very fresh and if good quality.

Only thing good about this place is the cashiers, nothing else managers think they are better than anybody, newsflash,yall are not,so yall need to change your attitudes and treat people like you would want to be treated. Anyways I will never walk through the doors at Ingles again reason being is how I was treated and prices are to dam high, I will be doing my shopping at Walmart

Went to Ingles bought 200+ in groceries and forgot to get a turkey. Went to the customer service desk to see if I could still get a turkey she said if so I would have to do a refund for all my groceries and then ring them up again in order to get the turkey. Really Ingles, that will be one turkey I will not get. Was deeply disappointed in the store employee not trying to help the customer. Customer service desk a ingles does not care about helping the customer.

Machine to check out never registers when I touch it. It makes me question if I am real, or if it is real, or if anything is real?? Talked to a fella named Jeremy. Good guy; signed the waivers and agreed to hold the camera but refused to participate. First time jitters maybe, good guy though. Pretty girl up front doesn't look like she's ever allowed any fun a day in her life. Calm down, girl. I be diddy boppin through frozen foods lookin hot boy scrumptious. Now imagine Tupac yelling 'thug life' at the end of this and yall have officially been reviewed.

I got accused of stealing multiple beanie babies in the parking lot while unloading my car with my 4 kids, when I clearly did not. It was an older woman/employee with red hair. She said I’m here because you did not pay for the beanie babies. I said are you talking about my daughters mermaid in the cart. She said no I am not there’s beanie babies you did not pay for. I showed her my cart and my daughters mermaid stuffed animal in the cart and her jacket in the cart and offered for her to watch me unload my cart and check my bags. She said no that’s ok and walked away. No apology or anything. She was very rude to me and was obviously wrong and should have apologized to me/the customer, especially as an employee.

We do all of our RX needs here. The staff is very friendly, as is the pharmacist . The store is always clean bathrooms also. Employees and management always acknowledge you if they walk past a customer who might be waiting for their prescription and I've never asked where a product is that they didn't take me straight to it great job to the people who make it a great place to shop

Brought chicken breast there, the expiration date was still good. When opened the pack, juice squirted out and the smell was puetred. I brought it right back to the store. The girl at customer service had to cover her nose with her shirt , she was gagging. She called the meat department manager and he came looked at the chicken and left with chicken. No one at any time expressed that they were sorry for the inconvenience, not one. This is the second time I bought bad meat there. It will be the last! Recently my husband was there at the checkout and was delayed and so were all the other customers shopping and checking out because one store employee was yelling about how no one is going to correct her child(another store employee)but her. She created a major scene and production stopped because everyone’s eyes and ears were on her and the manager. It’s was very unprofessional and unnerving . I will never shop here again.

Probably the largest supermarket seen in a tourist area. Well organized and clean; good customer service with polite staff. Some of the prices were a little higher than expected. But, overall a superior supermarket.

If you have not tried the pick up at the curb, you are missing EXCELLENT PERSONAL SERVICE. It's like having your own concierge! No kidding.Mr. Lanning, you and your team got it right on! The young lady was extremely sweet and well mannered. She personally called, spending time to share that a couple of exact items were out and gained permission to replace.Never had a "curbside" business personally cared enough to call. Heck, some of those have given me "molded" a product, not once, but four times.Everything from Ingles was great! However, Laura Lynn Spring Water (gallon) that we received is from Florida. It's a far cry from the spring water that Ingles has sold from Linville Falls North Carolina we have in our Elizabethton Tennessee and Winder Georgia homes.You can really taste the difference between mountain water and Florida water. We will use curbside more often! Great web site to order and easy for us seniors to navigate. Thank you!

Do not buy loin end pork chops. They are 50% bone and 20% fat. Fat is flavor but bone adds nothing but wasted weight. Very disappointed. Grilled 8/20/23.

Editing review: Jordan in the deli department is amazing! We absolutely love getting sub sandwiches made when she is working because no one there can make a great tasting sub like she can! It's not just the fact that she knows what she is doing but she has a great personality, wonderful customer service skills and an infectious smile. She talks with you instead of having the "I hate my job" face like most of the ones in the department have. When you go into Ingles deli, make sure that you stop by and ask for Jordan, you won't be disappointed!

I love this grocery store. IM in and out quickly. I use self check out if I have a few items. And I dont have to wait very long when I use the other check out. Cashiers are helpful and friendly and store is very clean. Even bathrooms.

It's a grocery store. We purchase our salmon here and sometimes get vegetables. Seems Clarksville Ingles send the best veggies to local restaurants - asparagus and artichokes specifically.

What you would expect from Ingles, and this is a good example. Great subs, and produce. They have a large and diverse section of international products, and a great butcher with organ meat and more unusual/hard to get cuts often already wrapped and ready to go. The weekly specials are hard to beat, especially for beef.

I love Ingles! There are not any near where I live so any time I make it up to Georgia I do my shopping there. The stores are clean, well stocked and the employees are pleasant and helpful.Another plus is they have dark brown baskets for shopping that fit perfectly in my trunk for keeping my items from sliding around 😁

Price of some things are a little more than where I normally shop but still reasonable and they do have good sales if you have the Ingles advantage card. I used the self checkout and didn't realize until after I scanned everything that it was card only and I had cash,but the guy that was working that area was very nice and got the receipt and ran it at his register so I didn't have to scan them again.

Don't go to the deli here period. Huge waste of money. The meat just sticks together. Idk what they are doing wrong but I don't have this problem at Walmart. Most likely will not return to the store.
