It seems that the Dollar Tree is having problems with it's Vendors. There's a lot of empty shelves. Wanted artificial flowers for arrangements. Only thing I saw was FALL flowers. No summer colors at all. Noticed the coolers and freezers were empty. Had flyers up stating that there were problems with the Vendors. Many people couldn't buy the foods they need to feed them and their family. Don't know what is going on with the Vendors. But maybe they can get it straightened out soon.

If I could give no star's I would. I went to this store #3628 at 978 Big A road Toccoa Ga.on 8/15/22 to pick up few items. Bread was one of my items to pick up however the loaf I picked up had a spot where a rat had scewed through the plastic and it had nats in bread. I took it to one of the associates and I also took a picture but can't post it here or I would have. This location has not only changed so much but has went downhill. Never shopping here again..Shame on you DollarTree.

I love going to my Dollar Tree in Toccoa ga. But I had to ask the manager wth??? "Why haven't y'all had ANY frozen food items in 18 WEEKS?" I mean dam!! I hope a regional manager reads this post and makes something happen. I was really disappointed not what I'm used too!Later 😎

I love the dollar tree I can go there for any toiletry tooth brushes, tooth paste, mouth wash, facemask, lotion, hair producta, make-up, hair brushes, bandanas, socks, house hold products and cleaners snack foods and soda, acrylic paint products canvas and all, paper towel baby products health products from bandaids to pain pills vitamins wraps pain patches creams and more and spend 10 times less than you'll spend it in the other store on each product can't beat it.

This store has gone downhill fast. They have a new management team that obviously doesn't know what they are doing. The food aisle is completely out of stock of most of the essential items. The frozen food/dairy area is completely empty. Either the coolers are broken or they are just out of stock. The store is a disaster, disorganized everywhere. The lines are backed up 10 deep and the other stockers/employees are just wandering around. No one calls for help on the front to run a register. I just sat my basket down and left. This place is horrible. Someone needs to call corporate and let them know the disaster this store has turned into. I'll go to Cornelia or Gainesville from now on. At least they keep help and the stores clean. Toccoa used to be a good store, but now it's just unacceptable.

Rude cashiers customers not wearing face masks even though there is a sign on the door as you enter I was the only one in the entire store wearing a mask for covid-19 having a pandemic in the United States people please wear a mask that's why we can't get rid of this stuff also please hire some more friendly knowledgeable cashiers with better attitudes

Busy, busy place. Need to have a way to bag or box when customers but a lot of items. But manager made an exception and allowed me to take some f his carry baskets. I will return them tomorrow.

The management and staff are always very polite and professional! However the store lacks in stock .. in comparison to all the other Dollar Trees in the region it lacks in merchandise.
