**UPDATE 4/13/24: THIS STORE IS STILL FULL OF INCOMPETENCE. ONLY HAS 1 CASH REGISTER OPEN AND 2 "NON FUNCTIONING" SELF CHECKOUTS. HOWEVER, THE SELF CHECKOUTS APPEAR TO WORK JUST FINE, THEY JUST SHUT THEM OFF SO NO ONE CAN USE THEM. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE ONLY MANNED CASH REGISTER, CUSTOMERS WILL BACKUP DOWN THE AISLE. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. DON'T SHOP THERE UNLESS THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY.**This is the condition of this store on 6/8/22. This store is a safety hazard. All the aisles are blocked with carts that you can't move up and down them to get to the merchandise. Not only that, but the carts block the Fire Exits which is an OSHA violation. I will be in touch with them to report them for this. I only saw 1 lady up front running the cash register and no other employees in the entire store. Shelves are empty while all the merchandise is stacked on those carts all over the store just waiting to be stocked. Whoever runs this business should be ashamed of their inability to properly staff and stock the store as well as creating a shopping hazard for customers. Store needs to be shut down until the problems can get fixed. UPDATE: As of July 15th, the store is in worse condition. Entire aisles are empty of product. A horrendous situation.

UNSAFE PLACE at night!!!!! I went here at about an hour after dark, and at check out I informed the manager and the lady at the register there outside lights are not on. So I was told that there on a timer and it's not adjusted to the daylight savings time, and that they may not adjust it because other states do not recognize daylight savings time. I got in the car with my wife and told her it was a safety concern and as we were pulling out of the parking lot a s-10 pickup almost PLOWED OVER A MAN AND HIS 4 KIDS, they was at the back of their SUV and this s-10 pickup had plenty of room to have missed them(large parking lot with 2 rows of parking spaces with about 30 feet between the 2) he had moved his daughter and had to yell at the driver to stop. (Dad of the year!!!!!!) So yes Dollar General and other stores that use timers and control temperature in a store from remote locations please at least do your homework on your store location.

This is a great Dollar General in Stephens County W Currahee St. The new manager has really turned around my experience here for the better! They have what I need almost every time. The employees are helpful and work hard. It's a clean store including bathrooms. I have rheumatoid arthritis and can't lift anything heavy so when I purchase water the employees offer & have helped pick up my case of water & put it in my vehicle.

This is probably one of the worst dollar general stores I've been to. It's always cluttered, unorganized, and merchandise carts full of inventory are always in the way or in the middle of an aisle. The place is unkempt, never well stocked, depressing to shop in, and leaves a lot to be desired. A couple of the cashiers are nice, but none of the employees are ever smiling and absolutely no one seems happy to be there or work there. Generally only one check out is open, and there is almost always a line. I only shop at this location because it's close to my home. The convenience is legitimately the only redeeming quality. Do better.

Store was well stocked and clean. Cashier was great! Sorry I didn't get her name. She was very busy but greeted all the customers and had everyone checked out quickly!I found crackers I had been searching for so my trip was a success! Thank you!

First would like to mention how crowded the store is unpacked boxes everywhere. Rude employee, asked a question she got very rude. Then at checkout realized that few of my items was scanning higher than the shelf price. It's probably like that on more items. Also would like to mention my dad went there few weeks ago and noticed they was double scanning his items. Something not right very concerning.

Friendly staff. Pretty clean store. Super convenient location. It's nice to not have to drive all the way in to town (about 10 miles from my house) because I forgot one thing. Their selection isn't as good as a full service grocery store, but they do have most staples.

Amazing place to shop and work. Friendly service and very helpful. Yes we have ONE isle down but that is bc we are transitioning from Halloween to Christmas. We are always cheerful and have a smile. Fast checkout (unless the customer is having a issue) we try our best to please every customer.

They are still having trouble keeping the shelves stocked up. Shipment problems? Employee problems? I don't know but it would be nice if management or corporate could correct the issue.

This place comes in handy all the time, especially for grocery staples like milk and occasions where you need something in a pinch, like birthday cards! Great store, just the last few times I have went in the isles are cluttered with stock that has not been put up. This wouldn't be a red flag, because I worked retail and I know you get behind, but it is the same stuff it seems that was sitting there 4-5 days ago. Two isles you couldn't get down and they block a lot of merchandise. Just a concern. I would hate to see thus store go down because it is so needed and we do live it.

Masks are required to enter the store. But, apparently, you dont actually need to be wearing them. The coke vendor certainly wasn't bothering to wear one. The clerk had hers underneath her nose. At least the employees should not be putting me at risk.I won't go back in that store. You should not either.

It's just not the same store, Hwy.106, Toccoa since Mike, the prior Manager, left. The employees are not as organized with getting the stock put away and it's not the friendly environment that it was. You barely get a thank you! I use to enjoy stopping but I only stop now because it's convenient going home.

Old folks rule Dollar Store.Lol.All you need is here Super Walmart is great for Type A..In and Out Fast.Our Dollar Store offers small Easy access in and out half the walk is the way to buy products. .Easy on the legs,and less time to spend hard earned money 😃

I really like this store but it seems to have went down hill over the past few years. Some staff seem friendly. Others do not but that's to be expected. Also, uniform standards dont seem to be enforced. Everytime I go in there, there is no indication on who works there and who doesnt because they dont have a name tag, dollar general logo or anything. Only way of know is if they have a handheld checking items or behind the register. Idk who is it but there is one worker in particular that never has a smile on her face, never seems to enjoy what shes doing, and never greets or asks if the customer found everything okay. She has no sense of customer service what so ever. It's so unprofessional.

Needed a can of fix a flat for a slow leak on a tire. Quickly found one at the Dollar General for a lottle over 10 bucks. Was able to silve the problem right in the parking lot. Glad that store wasbatnthis location.

It was my first visit to this store and will definitely be my last I was never greeted at the door the staff was rude and I had to use the bathroom and I was told I couldn't because the key was lost, so you mean to tell me the people working in the store can not go to the bathroom for their whole shift and I happen to know it is store policy that a customer can not be turned down to use the bathroom I give that store a O for a star rating

Very quaint store. Not.much else around so it was very busy. Staff was very friendly. It was a little disorganized but staff was stocking the shelf. Very large selection with decent prices.

This dollar store has got a lot of clutter and a lot of turn over but it is one of the busier Dollar Stores that I stop at, too.DG, do yourself a favor, see if you can find enough help to keep two registers open here during peak times, I have given up and went home at times here the line is so bad.

I went in on Sunday 12/15/2019 to pick up some ice cream. They were completely out of any type of ice cream! I asked if there was any in the back, and the answer was no. From my experiences most DG's have more merchandise sitting in the aisles than on the actual shelves. DG really disappoints.
