This DG is pathetic !!! Shelves are is total disarray, unstocked and dirty. All stock sitting in rollout bins that fill every isle so you can can barely get by. Some isles are simply off limits because they have 10 or more bins from corner to corner. The website posts hours of operation that mean absolutely nothing necause they are closed at 6pm !!! Disgusting !!!

I always thought when I reviewed this location it would be a good one, after all the best cashier ever quincy works here. However yesterday I went through the line and the manager was with the cashier and she felt the need to not just announce my purchase once but several times as if to embarrass me. Very tacky and unprofessional and next time I will not bite my tongue. Went by today and got so mad had to just leave with out making a purchase because I had my little one with me but I knew I would not stop from saying something. Just tacky

What a TERRIBLE experience. The store was empty of almost every essential item. The sad part is that all the stock was sitting on carts blocking nearly every aisle with absolutely NO HELP whatsoever. Thankfully, they did have the item I was looking for, but it was something not purchased very often. The floors were dirty, the shelves were empty, merchandise was on the floor causing a trip/fall hazard and the place just looks terrible. Toccoa should be ashamed to have this store so close to downtown. I would give 0 stars if I could. And to top it all off, the "cashier" was a little hateful that doesn't have any clue how to offer true customer service or a "Thank you for shopping with us". If he hates his job that bad, he should just quit.

Although im bit certain as to why we have 3 dollar generals so close together in such a small town I must admit the new location is very convenient. They are still getting everything together and not all the shelves are filled yet. Which make you wonder why they went ahead and opened but NVM I digress. The employees are friendly and always helpful. The general manager name is Shandon and he always has a smile on his face which I can always appreciate. Great for a quick in and out.

This store is fairly new which could be the reasoning BUT they never seem to have half of the stuff in their ads. The employees are very nice however.

They work real hard here to try to keep everything stocked.every now in then they get a rude person working there.like now theres an older women there who was real rude to me.i picked a tube of lipstick out of a marked dwn basket and it didnt have a sticker but there were tons of others just like it just basically said well it was put in there and it's not supposed to be in there I told her there was lots more to go look if its not supposed to be in there I'll not get it cause I really didnt need it .I kept talking being nice trying to have a nice conversation she didnt say nothing. I'll not go back to tht Dollar store I'll drive 29 minutes away to a differ town if I ever need to go bk in there.

You go in the store the shelves are empty and there's carts filled with merchandise sitting all over the store blocking the aisles and nobody putting anything on the shelf standing around talking and doing nothing it looks like a bomb went off in that store

Each one is unique but similar enough to get what u need in and out no problems only complaint I can have is keep more than 3 dr pepper cream 6 packs out a time 😆 we thirsty in the night time 😉 🤫🤑 jk 😇
