I stopped by to drop off a package for fed ex and I asked for a receipt and was told that he couldn't give me one, so I told him I needed something to show that I dropped it off in case of any problems with my refund and he told me to take a picture and so I did. When I checked my messages I had a text showing I had indeed dropped off a package at this location for fed ex, the guy working at Walgreens could of just told me that when I asked for a receipt, he seemed like he didn't want to be at work today but I blame whoever trained him. Will definitely think twice next time and a different place for my drop off for fed ex.

I bought some cheese balls for my kids and after I opened them and my kids ate them they didn't want them anymore so I looked at the date and guess what.....they were out of date by two months!!!! I called and they said that they can't do anything about it even though I have my receipt. I know covid is out there I just wanted a replacement 😒. I shouldn't have to check the dates on their products......it's what they're hired to do. Customer service is great 👍

Rude customer service. The white guy working over their in photos was very rude looks like he is racist. He don’t like brown ppl. I went to take passport size pic. Lady try take my pic. And I asked Simple question. what pixel pic going to be. She went to ask him and she came with him and he saying we don’t to do service to you . Brown ppl don’t go over their to take passport pic. When that white guy is working he is racist. He hate brown skin ppl.

Rude pharmacist. Went in for a flu shot and was told they closed at 7. When I pointed out it was 6:30 he said he "didn't feel like getting the stuff out again". Disgraceful. Won't ever spend a dime of my money in there again for sure.

Im just here to give someone or any body some information. So Thursday morning I went for a rapid covid test long story short the Walgreens test showed positive. I immediately went to express care bcuz the symptoms I was experiencing did it quiet add up to what the test from there was showing me.So immediately after going to Affinty express care the rapid test came back negative, they also did a send off test for me for my safety. That also came back as negative. I’m not saying you shouldn’t trust the pharmacy but when it comes to the rapid test from this location I will absolutely not be using them again.

The pharmacist there is extremely slow. My dropped off her script at 10:30 noOne was there but was still told an hour. Ok that’s fine we go to Walmart come back at 1:30 just to be told another 20 mins to count them. I’m sorry but if it takes a pharmacist 20 mins to count to 90 they don’t need to be a pharmacist! Walgreens pharmacy in tifton is the worst in the county!! Either retrain your pharmacist or hire a real one!!

Don't try to call the pharmacy. It will take you at least five phone call attempts to be put in touch with someone, and that is after speaking to someone in customer service. Also make sure you ask if you have a phone number on file before you request a refill on your prescription, or it will sit on the shelf for four days without anyone letting you know it is available. Keep in mind that when you do actually get in touch with someone in the pharmacy, they will most likely be rude while solving helping you solve your issues. Thank you, Walgreens. This will be the last time I have anything filled with this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is awesome. I work in a pharmacy, and understand the struggles they go through with insurance problems and things of that nature, and this pharmacy goes above and beyond to get your medicine filled as quickly as possible even with the issues they encounter. They will even go so far as to find discount cards for you when you don’t have insurance to help you save money and get your medicine. Seriously, they are probably the most helpful pharmacy in the area.

I used them to do my refills. But their phone system is the "WORST" I've ever try to use!!!! Get a recording message and go nuts trying to get someone on the phone.
