The one bedroom was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend and it was really nice being able to walk to Harveys. It was nice having an attic space and a washer dryer hook up. Depending on the room you get is hit or miss on the condition, which wasn't the best(dirty peeling wallpaper, peeling linoleum in kitchen and bathroom, doors had holes, laundry room didn't even have a door). At least our unit had new appliances. Never had a problem with the neighbors, my bicycle did get stolen (I would leave it in the fenced in patio space) but thats what I get for not locking it up I guess... My biggest complaint is the AC unit which is similar to a hotel rooms unit. The unit looked like it had never been serviced and did not have a filter on it. The evaporator fins were covered in dirt, dust and mold and the inside of the unit was full of dust and mold. I'm amazed we never got severely sick. Because it was so dirty it ran poorly and inefficiently and never cooled the room down at all during the summer, so it was always above 80 degrees and humid in the room and the lowest it would get at night was 78. Also there was something up with the water line to the entire apartment complex because the water sometimes would turn brown.

Amelia is not a good choice. Tenants are allowed to smoke marijuana in and outside of the apartments. There's dog poop everywhere. No organization when it comes to work order processing and communication. Very noisy especially if your on the bottom floor. The Ceiling leaks in the bathroom causing mildew and mold. Maintenance cut out a chunk of sheet rock and replaced it, never fixed the real problem which is "the leak". No extermination at least not in the past year. Air filters are not changed out as they should be. No Washer and dryer connection. The Laundry area is a nightmare. The water will be turned off without notice and is not turned back on for hours. At least Ms. Donna and Laura actually cared (former Landlords). Moving soon!!

The staff is good. Laura, is good to talk to and will consider your requests. At 500$ a month for a one bed, this is decent. The apartments however are small and not exactly wonderful. It's not some place you'll love to come back home to. However these guys have 6 months lease and is the best option of you are unsure how long you'll survive in tifton.

Do not be fooled by the initial reviews of this place. It is not a place you want to come home to, and barely a place you can live in. The only reason I put up with this place for a whole year was because I had not other options within the city of Tifton and I had to move here for work.First off there is a $300 administrative fee. Fair but that is odd in comparison to other places I've leased. After I moved in, I noticed the garbage disposal was broken and listed that on the initial checklist given when you move in. 7 months later it was finally fixed. The door that was falling off the hinges in the bathroom, upon writing this, still isn't fixed. The next problem is with the facilities. I have a water problem where occasionally the water would turn brown throughout the house. I was told this happens from time to time. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I was furious that it was being accepted as the norm simply because "its happened before." Til this day sewage will backup into my toilet and leave the whole house smelling of urine and feces. The walls are paper thin and the floor is built in a way that you can feel what the person is doing next door. I also found out 5 months ago, that there were fleas in the unit despite having "exterminators" come monthly. To close, do not stay here unless its your last option.

I enjoy living here. It's quiet, and $525 for a one bed, one bath is not terrible for a college student. A lot of the apartments at Sunnyside are updated and renovated. These apartments are close in proximity to ABAC, Harveys grocery store, and Neighborhood Wal-mart. Perfect for a college student, AND they allow pets.

Lived here while in college a few years back. Had a studio apartment and loved it. Great place to live.
