This is my first apartment since I moved here in Tifton. The place is good, it is a quiet neighborhood, I got everything near me like the grocery store, my workplace, gas station just across the street. And the best part is I got to see the sunset everyday from my porch😊

The area is quiet. The apartments are mostly updated with new counter tops, carpet and flooring. There’s not a lot of cabinet space, so I had to buy several storage options. I just wish there was a ceiling light in bed rooms and living room. Also, the dishwasher and oven are small, but it gets the job done. Maintenance does a great job of responding promptly. Overall, the apartments are not a bad place to live. There’s also a playground for the kids and a courtyard for your dogs.

Meadowwood Apartments gave me an exception move in experience starting with the consultation making sure all questions and concerns were discussed, an extremely smooth application process, and meeting the staff was as if i was engaging with family the office staff and maintenance staff were friendly polite and very informative. I am pleased with how easy and fast the process went especially being a first time experience for me. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to live with friendly family oriented residential staff inquire with Meadowwood apartments you will not be disappointed.

The apartment is nice and spacious with large windows to let in natural lighting and management is very understanding and helpful when responding to or resolving issues. Maintenance personnel are super cool and are in and out.

This place felt like home the moment I pulled up. The then manager, Marie, hugged me after handing me the keys and I knew I was going to do well here. Most seasons and holidays are greated with goodiebags or contests hosted by the property managers. The work orders I have entered are always completed within a few days. Luckily the communication to residents is always polite, and timely. Never any last minute pest control!

Current resident. The grounds are always kept clean and trimmed up. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem, maintenance is very quick and the new manager is very attentive & sweet. There are multiple officers who live on the premises and that makes it feel even more safe. The laundry room is nice and clean always. Nice playground for the children. Nice neighbors. I have no problems, whatsoever. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay and don’t want to worry about sacrificing comfort or peace of mind, this is the place to be. They actually care about their residents and not just the money!

Do not recommend. While I was moving out, a couple of my expensive purses were stolen. I didn’t leave my doors unlocked and had both of my keys on me. Only people with a spare is the landlord but maintenance also have access to the apartment. Landlord is very nice but this had to happen after whoever came and viewed my apartment WHILE I was in the process of moving and stepped away for the day.

I can say nothing but good things about the management from my time living here. Marie is the property manager, and she has been so kind and makes sure maintenance and other requests are tended to promptly. If you’re considering renting in Tifton, I would recommend Meadowwood Apartments.

I am a traveling occupational therapist and was nervous about the lack of decent housing options in Tifton. The newly renovated apartments here are modern, inviting and affordable!! Meadowwood has quickly become home and the property manager Blake has played a huge role in that. He made my leasing process quick an easy, he promptly addresses any concerns that arise, he’s available virtually all hours of the day/night & on top of great resident service he is managing a property in the midst of a major beautification process & I have truly not felt much of a disturbance. Coming from a rental history in Atlanta I have been impressed by the quality of management here and it’s been interesting to be a part of this property transformation and growth. The only downsides I have experienced are pricey laundry machines (though totally brand new/clean) & no pool for this south GA summer heat! Lovely space in the middle of the property would accommodate nicely 😉

Rip off! I lived there 4 years and my apartment flooded twice, they never updated or remodeled but rent increases every year without a single repair or remodeling. When I moved out they kept my deposit even though I did everything to their standards and was told that I did well and would be receiving my deposit in the mail of my new address not only did it never show up in my mail but four months after I move I receive a letter from a debt collector saying I owed Meadow wood $26 for not returning a key, I returned 3 keys all of which was accepted and approved by management. Now if I don't pay the $26 it will go on my renters report and every time I rent this will be seen by anyone that I may rent from in the future. No one will return my calls and I was told by my old neighbors they waited till I moved and remodeled my old apartment and everything is brand new. Why couldn't they do that when I lived there. This place is a joke! Awful people and nothing ever gets repaired or fixed around there, but they keep everyone's deposit and then charge you more without ever contacting you, they just throw you into a debt collector's hand and wash theirs clean of you! poor management and poorly ran if ran at all! If I could give less than one star I would! Save yourself the nightmare of living here! Live in a tent before you live here!

Meadowwood Apartments in Tifton GA managed by Blake Driver is a great complex under his management. All apartments are being updated and renovated in beautiful colors for walls and floors. A must see if you are considering a move to Tifton and need an apartment. My strong recommendation. Blake is very experienced and does a great job taking care of his tenants. I am impressed with him, his abilities, experience and his care for each one.

my advice for this apartment is no, you should look around for a better price and quality service, because too much profit over citizen, 1st it is very expensive, 2nd they enforce you to buy their overprice internet $45 dollar per a month you can't say no 3rd you pay every month for water other place you don't, finally the first day they treat you like family until you sign in and everything will change no maintenance, internet don't workGood luck
