Curbside pickup is a joke. I always end up having to come in and get help. Every single time. And 80 percent of the wood I buy ends up being damaged and marked up. And I'm using interior wood for esthetic purposes. Frustrated

I have been a loyal customer with Lowe's for 18 years. Today, 22 April 2024, I was highly disappointed in the customer service that I received at store 491 (1200 North Westover Blvd. I spent a substantial amount of money there today. ($4238.63 to be exact). I purchased a Toro Zero Turn 50 inch deck lawn mower along with a 3 Protection Plan for it and some other items). I arrived at the store at about 16:50 pm and didn't get out of there until 19:05 pm. I was highly disappointed in Ursula, the manager and Nisha in Returns/Customer Service. Kacey did a wonderful job in helping me. This store does not greet customers when we come in! Have someone do a surprise visit and see what I'm saying. Oh by the way, I'm a Retired Disabled Military Veteran. Most stores thank us for our service, but not this store!

Bought a dishwasher that had to be delivered to store. I received a text message telling me that it has arrived and is ready for pickup. I went to get it and stood with other customers waiting to have their appliances "pulled" from the back. But there was nobody to pull it from the back. Oh, there were 2 guys there who were the pull guys. One walked away from his job, frustrated that something was stacked in front of one of his pull items. There were others who could have gotten my appliance, but they had been assigned to stack lumber and could not be pulled away. Eventually the second "pull" guy shows up at the counter. The young lady gave him my order number and he looked on his device and said it's not in yet. Then they determined that it must be in, but still on the trailer. Then I got a look from them which implied that I should come back later. I took a refund instead. This is not a staff issue. This is a manager/policy issue. Customers are frustrated to know that their items are on site but nobody will literally walk to the back of the store to get them. What a service fail! Getting my appliance elsewhere.

Very disappointed in an experience I had with Lowe's. Before purchasing a washing machine from Lowe's in May of last year, I hadn't had any prior negative experiences. I'm writing this review now because I'm ready to document that experience and I'm also still very upset by it.May 2023, I purchased a Maytag Washer after our washer had died. We were tired of going to the laundromat so after one of those trips we stopped by Lowe's to get one. I'd done online searches but thought getting one in person would be better since we could "see" the product. We chose the Maytag because my mom remembered it being a good brand. The washer was delivered and hooked up without a problem but we didn't use it right away because we'd just washed up all of our clothes.I believe we first used it one week after delivery. It started good although was loud but as it began washing I noticed it would never stop. It would do the wash and spin cycles but wouldn't turn off after completion. I had to manually stop my load after one of the spin cycles. We tried it again, same result. I later tried it on quick wash and that setting worked fine. It just won't stop when on normal wash. Since the 48 hour return window has passed I first called Maytag. They sent a technician out and he ran diagnostics. He determined that the motherboard wasn't working and we needed a new one - for a brand new washer! Oh, and this Maytag washer is actually from the Whirlpool company. Maytag itself doesn't exist but GE and Whirlpool vie each year to sell under the name.Since it was covered under warranty and again the return window had passed, we decided to go with that. Weeks had passed and I didn't hear back from the technician. I called the Maytag customer service and was informed that the motherboards were on back order. A few weeks more passed and I called to check again and received the same response. At this point I am livid.... I have this new washer that already had a bad motherboard and it can't be used to full capacity.I decided to call Lowes, it hadn't quite been a month yet and hoped something could be done about it because this issue wasn't my fault. First, I was told I'd need to speak with the customer service manager but that I would be able to get the washer returned. After being unsuccessfully transferred to the customer service manager, I called again and again and again.... (Spread between different days). Either they were at lunch/dinner or not in office. It didn't matter what time I called. I'd even leave my name and number and wouldn't hear back.I went to the store in person and was once again told I could return it but needed to speak with a manager. As I'm waiting, the customer service representative tells me that the manager is out to dinner but wasn't sure when they'd be back. I resorted to calling again another day and FINALLY spoke with the manager. She told me that I would need to call Maytag and tell them that I want to return the washer because it was sold to me defective. She said it was Maytag's responsibility but if it didn't work out to call back.I called Maytag and told them what Lowe's told me but they refused to accept the return. You can guess what happened when I attempted to call Lowe's back to let them know. Working long hours, this was just too much on me to keep calling and given the runaround. So, I'm still stuck with this washer and haven't even received the motherboard for it. This whole experience has taught me to avoid appliances at Lowe's. I am very disappointed. I thought about taking further action and even tried putting this on the Better Business Bureau webpage but couldn't find them listed. If I do at any point I will. Right now, I just want to warn others and hope to move on from this.

I used this location many months ago and was not at all impressed. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it was certainly not good either. Purchased around $1k worth of lumber and had to load all of it onto carts solo as not a single worker offered to help. (3 different customers offered to help though!) Then, I had to wheel both loaded lumber carts out to the truck and trailer by myself and unload solo...I figured enough time had passed, and enough other complaints were likely made about service that I would try them again. Luckily, someone there has been listening.Have had a terrific experience the last 2 times I have gone, with plenty of employees asking how they can help.Bravo!

I would give this customer service zero if it was an option. I use to live in different state and Lowe’s was my favorite store, so many home improvements were completed by them. Tifton Lowe’s is a customer’s nightmare. You make an appointment with them for service or delivery, they call you on a day of appointment and ask to reschedule, you are nice with them and do that, and on the day of second appointment they just do not show up, you call them and they inform you that they moved your second appointment to day that you are not available without your knowledge. And customer service just tells you that there is nothing they can do…..

Very poor customer service! We spent over $800 on wood to install a new floor in our outdoor storage room and after having to load 10 pieces of 3/4 inch plywood and 24 2X6X12s by ourselves, (even though they had to use the forklift to get new bundles of both items) we had to wait 30 minutes on someone to come and check us out. Then after literally just standing there and watching us load everything on our trailer, as we are putting out straps on to get everything tied down and secure, the youngest employee walks out to where we are parked (still putting our straps on) and he hops on the forklift (that’ right beside our truck) and proceeds to get right behind us and very obviously makes it known that we’re in his way so he’s waiting for us to move, when he could have just as easily come out and helped us load the trailer instead of just watching us and then have the nerve to rush us. I just think it was completely unprofessional and didn’t feel appropriate as a customer at all, I felt more like a bother to them honestly. The whole visit left a very bad taste in my mouth and I highly doubt we will be doing any more business with them.

I recently moved from NJ to GA AND I MUST SAY THE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAVE BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE! We spent over 4000.00 in there! We purchased a washer, dryer, ride on mower, & front porch patio set. We had to wait over an hour to finish our purchase just to find out the sales rep did not include our warranties in the final cost had to go back in the store to add them which took another 1/2 hour, then waited all day for delivery to find out they weren't going to deliver my items and would have to wait another week for them! So much grieve for spending so much money! Also during the sale of their product lowes no longer honor veterans discount on appliances!

Terrible service! I have a work order in the works with Lowe’s. The installer came and measured but I have no idea what the cost or start time is. No one will answer the phone. When I visited store for a status update they seemed to busy to bother. I was told they would call me the next day. Surprise, they didn’t. I’m done with Lowe’s in Tifton. The store in Moultrie is much better.

Ian is amazing!!! The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack luster customer service of the AGM. Ian assisted my mother n law with numerous items with great patience and kindness. He called on the radio for assistance from his ASM and he couldn’t be bothered to even come over and assist. No fear Ian to the rescue. What an amazing associate. He helped with things outside his expertise and even suggested necessities that had he not, we would have needed to return to the store and purchase. Thank you Ian!!!

This store is nice, clean, and well stocked. Crazy how much more of a selection there is here vs the Home Depot in my home town! They have a big Halloween section already on display (early September), my toddler enjoyed checking that out. I love a nice garden department and this sure has it! Employees are nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean.

The gentleman who helped us in the bathroom area was so knowledgable and friendly. I learned a lot about toilets and John Crapper, lol. The young man who checked us out was also quite friendly and trustworthy. However the main reason I went was to purchase a mini fridge and their stock was low in brands, styles, n quantity. I left with nothing and I am constantly still stashing and chilling my drinks everywhere.

If I could give zero stars...I would. Purchased a stove and refrigerator for my mother in Adel on June1. We were told the deliver would happen on on June 11, 20, and 27th. NONE of those deliveries happened. Lowes never bothered to phone OR give an update. They finally showed up on the 29th with no advanced notice. We called numerous times with no resolution. We kept being told..."its on this Tuesdays truck." Store manager Corey Fender got belligerent on the phone with a "...but I was unaware." Isn't that his job to know what is going on in his store? HORRIBLE.

Yesterday, I went in to Lowes to look for items to prepare for the storm. I was hesitant because my last experience was not great -several employees refused to help and even ignored me. This visit I had a very helpful employee named Patrick. He said he had only been there for four days but that didn’t stop him from taking the time to help me locate the items I was looking for. I was very impressed and think he could teach several of the younger employees a bit about customer service.

Store is clean and well stocked, but the customer service lately has been awful. The last few times I've visited, I've had to deal with employees with attitude problems. We were picking up an online order at customer service about an hour before closing after receiving the email and text stating the order was ready. The employee tried to argue saying the emails don't really mean the orders are ready and we'd have to come back the next day. He didn't even bother to go look until we told him we called beforehand. Turns out it was ready the whole time and he just didn't want to go to the back and get it. Most recently I accidentally selected an extended warranty for a product because the screen wasn't working right on the self checkout. The lady at self checkout said there was no way to remove it. I told her I hadn't paid yet. She still said there was no way to remove it. I told her to cancel the whole transaction and she walks over in a huff and magically figures out a way to remove the extended warranty. The same lady also refused to ring up a customer who didn't want to use self checkout (they didn't have a single regular register open). She refused and told them to use the self checkout. The employees in the garden center are very nice, but the employees at the front are awful.
