Only because I had to go, and we stopped for gas. Very disappointed in #loves this place is filth. See video below and note the inch of dust on the hand sanitizer.I had to carefully hang my purse on the door lock as to not sit it on the filthy floor. Because the purse hook is broke.I was going to purchase a salad for lunch NOPE!! That look like the lettuce was old and moosh. #boardofhealth needs to visit.Gross and disgusting store!!Where is management??

Not bad just needs some TLC. Staff could use a morale boost. Store is clean and organized. Fuel island and parking lot is mostly good just need to fix a pump. Shower was halfway decent. Surfaces were visually clean and no bad smells. However, everything is old and needs an upgrade. Please dust the fans and vents. Drains flow slowly so water stays in the shower while you use it.

I've been to this loves a few times and it is really a nice loves I've heard they're doing a remodel so I can't wait to see that, But on one of the days that I went up there there was a gentleman in reflective clothing and I believe his name was Daniel. He was very nice. He was doing the trash and he just looked very professional and made sure everyone was taking care of and or needed anything as he was walking through picking up trash. I don't usually travel a lot but I can usually pick up on people's attitudes and his seemed genuinely kind. When I came into the store everybody else greeted me and made sure I felt like I existed.

Clean pump islands. Friendly staff. Very large truck fueling station in the rear.It is a bit hard to get in here with a gas Class A with a tow.

Not very clean, not well maintained, but I was glad to find a dog park. There was old poop because that’s how people are but the dog park was pretty big and even had a separate leash/ unleash area.

Awesome atmosphere. The shop guys have professional attitudes as well as the gas station side. they do their best to go above and beyond to help people. I always see the employees walking around the parking lot making sure it's clean.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever in my life. A employee name Demarcus at the overnightTire shop is the most rude love employee I have ever seen. I wish that I have never been to this place. Very poor management. This employee need to be fired and the all night time management need to be replaced. The night time manager need to be replaced as well. The night manager call the sheriff on me for trespassing on a business place. I go to love for business, to spend money and not to play games with some rude employees. Very bad customer service. Avoid this place if you can please. Very bad people. The worst love truck stop, I have ever been………..this place have no respect for truck driver.I am so disappointed

Overall the location was wonderful but it was the restaurant that made my family felt so welcome and appreciated . The guy Rod came and took our order and had the biggest smile on his face as he interacted with my kids. My wife wanted to dine in just to see if it was just a moment but he actually kept the same smile on his face for at least 30 mins. As we left he told us to be safe on the road. And that really did made our day. It was the 1st time we’ve stopped to gas up and eat and heard that. So tell Rod keep that smile because sometimes that’s what others need to see!

Bathrooms are one of the dirtiest that I’ve seen. Multiple drinks are out and empty. This store is definitely not kept upUpdate: 04/31/24Came back and got a shower. Even nastier than before. Only thing positive to say is the grounds are kept up. Pictures tell the story…

Loves is a nice place to stop, but be warned, the bathrooms are very neglected. This is a great place to buy knick knack gifts and magnets for your friends and family. They offer gas station food and drinks. There is usually a fast food restaurant joined with a Loves. I would give a better review than three stars but the first guy they sent out said his jack to as broken and he went back to the shop to get another on. Come to find out he went home and they sent a guy name Sean out to fix my blown out tire and he was great and did it on a timely manner. Thanks Sean for the help and getting me back on the road.

The night manager on duty needs to come to the realization that the customers… Truck drivers, four wheelers and even the folks on foot are the heart and soul of any business.For her to turn her full attention from me to address a clicking out of an employee and conversation with him their by putting my business, time and loyalty to the Loves brand on hold is a true violation of customer service.She is horrible at her job.Please train this ignorant woman in the black mask. Her customer service skill sets are below rookie, wet behind the ears and is even trumped by toddlers at a lemon aid stand.Thank you.Dale B.Loyal customer.

So do not waste your time stopping at this truck stop. This is the thank I get after completing paperwork for less then five minutes. I pull to the side for less then five minutes not wanting to block the pump.This what happens the sent over 6 employees to intimidate me instead give me common courtesy. They threatened to beat me and call the cops . Corporate will be involved and possibly the law.

3 hour wait to have a tire mounted. Been sitting here for almost a hour not 1 truck pulled in. Called them to ask how long 3 - 5 hours. Guy said he was changing one now. LIE! Then he said he was pulling a truck in. LIE#2. Well I've taken a picture and wrote this review and still no truck getting pulled in or getting a tire change. He is just waiting till 11 to go home. This place needs better employees.

Tire shop never has basic filters and parts for my truck. At least 2 times that I stopped in they didn’t and both times I got to listen to the tire shop techs curse at and about each other in front of all the customers. Loves is getting worse and worse

STAY AWAY for your own health. Filthy and stinks. Showers were dirty, smelly and moldy. Rude employees and empty cold and hot food cases except some out of date and rotting food. Definitely needs a visit from the health board!

Never expected to be spoken to so disrespectfully by a nasty cashier. After pumping fuel. Was not allowed to take a shower. Understandable if there was parking. But she roudly expressed how I will not take a shower while at "her" pumps. 2dyas on the road and I beg for a 5mn shower told her 4mn shower. LolAnd she would not extend the courtesy@10.30pm. Nice Job! So I took 10mn to write this while sitting at her pumps.!Thanks

Half the fuel bays are inoperable, the ones that do work look like they’ve been around since the Stone Age, parking is a nightmare with cones and barriers everywhere. Store is nasty. For a billion dollar corp like Loves this is a joke.

Impressive how a big company like Loves takes 4 hours to change tires on a trailer, and more than that put incompetent people like Raymond Kelley, his shift ended, he disappeared with my papers and the only person left working at the shop, he didn't even know that I was there in line waiting, but thank God I went to see what was going on and then I found out that he didn't even know that I had been waiting there for 3 hours! I know I'm not the only one who's been through this and yet another one was a disappointment! The only person I want to thank is Zach Lowther because he was the only one I saw actually working!

4/14/24 Machanic shop .Young boy Kevin Disrepectful rude refused to see if they come put his hand on the part .so I showed up he said they would seal the airbag sealant that was replaced 2 days ago that was there own brand new airbag that was leaking he was caught trying sabotage my truck...he said he been here 4yrs lying 🤥

Loves in tifton Georgia is the right spot to be no matter if it's in the store or the shop. The employees there are so respectful and do what they can to get you in and out. Out of every Loves i had to stop at, tifton georgia has the best employees I've seen yet. Thank yall that are employees at loves in tifton Georgia. Yall really get what the customers want and need.

Women's bathroom was so gross and dated. Toilet bowls stained yellow and seats not attached. Never been in a Loves this bad. Improvements need to be done.

Women’s restroom smelled strongly of urine, floors were dirty, toilets had an orange ring inside the bowl from bacteria growth. Looked like the restroom hadn’t been cleaned or mopped in a couple weeks. An employee walked by with an annoyed look after I hit the button to report that the bathrooms were dirty. How dare I report the state of the bathroom, I guess? This Loves seems to have a cleaning problem based on other reviews.

Lazy unfriendly & useless. After spending 200 in gas, the attendant was too lazy to walk out and unlock the RV dump station. Thanks for nothing! We will use Pilot from now on!
