As one of the only Belks left in our area we visit once every few months. The store is extremely outdated and the number of employees to assist you is limited. Fortunately most of them are friendly. You can always find help at the makeup counter. That is assuming you are able to work your way through the random racks of clothing scattered amongst the isles and other clothing.

I was shopping in men's Clearance area, found some Levis blue jean shorts stickered for 60% off. I got to cashier and they rang up full price ($49.99). I asked her why they rang up full price and she said they were not on a clearance but were buy one get 50% off second one. I asked why they all had clearance stickers and she said it was a mistake. I told I didn't want them for that price and to take them off the ticket. She said she wasn't accusing me of adding the sticker so she discounted the price. After I got to the hotel she had given me a discounted price but not what it was sticker priced. They had red 60% off stickers so they should've been $19.99 a pair instead she charged me $29.99 a pair the 40% off price. I will take these back to my local Belk's and get a refund. She was a rude employee and with folks like that it's no wonder why the stores are closing everywhere.

Decent sales going on. 50% for quite a few departments. Went in to shop around and see about some new tennis shoes. They knew exactly what I needed. There's less home goods and decor than the ones I've been to in bigger cities. But the clearance racks are worth perusing If you need new clothes. Usually can find some good deals with coupons on the app 😉

Always have a great time shopping at Belks. They have a good inventory, even during prom season when you'd expect them to be sold out. Today I had to purchase some items for an upcoming wedding, and an associate named Temple helped me out tremendously. Very nice and courteous, great customer service, and just and overall wonderful attitude. I'll definitely be coming back during the charity sale event Ms. Temple mentioned.

Their stock has not been replenished since Christmas so certain areas were sparse. Would've been nice if the stock they did have in home goods area had actually had prices marked on or near them.

I found a lot of great deals. The sales associates were friendly and very helpful. The store was a little cluttered but I still found everything ok. That's why I'm giving a 5 star because of customer service and great experience!

I personally don't care for belk's simply cause everything is so high. You can literally go to any other store and get the same stuff, same quality that they sell cheaper in another store.

Good customer service. Organized and clean store with a nice variety of clothing. You can often find good sales. There are very useful coupons on the Belk app when they have sales.

They have somewhat outdated clothes and they're overpriced. If your shoe size is larger than an eight don't bother going to the shoe department because the selection is limited for nice and stylish.

I was really impressed with the excellent customer service at the Tifton Belks. There was an issue with a discount and pricing for an item. Several associates worked collaboratively and quickly to resolve the issue and make it right. I would recommend a friend and would return myself. Thanks Tifton crew!

It was a ok experience nothing to get excited about. Merchandise is overpriced for the quality of the clothes. The quality of clothing Belks now has is not what it once was. A few items are nice but the majority of clothing is cheaply made and not worth the price.

Over all great experience except for one associate who was very rude and disrespectful, her total demeanor very unprofessional, she acted as if we were a inconvenience to her. Overall no other problems, we made our purchase and departed.

I have been shopping at Belk since I was @9yrs old. When the first Belk opened in our town my mama took us three kid's. I've been shopping at Belk every since. Tifton's Belk is cleaner than Cordele. BUT it is always HOT as HECK! in the Tifton store. I wanna shop longer and try on thing's but I just can't stay in there very long due to getting Too HOT! It's too miserable to try on anything when your sweating. Who wants to try on a piece of clothing that you sweated on after you. I wouldn't. So I don't try on clothes. And if your miserable, you can't enjoy shopping. I'm not the only one who complains. I hear many person's complaining of how HOT it is in there. Management should be able to go above to higher management and get something done. Belk would sell a lot more item's if person's had a cooler shopping experience.

My husband loves Belk and I love how long the clothes last. We can by clothes for our little ones from here, and the colors never fade with the material still being in excellent shape a year later!

Bought some new tennis shoes for the beach on Tuesday. Go by and ask for Lynn, she saved me 40% on my shoes wooo hooo. And no I didn't have to get a Credit Card from Belks.

Store has an abundance of clothes, however not current fashions. Men's clothing is limited. No slim fit pants for men. Sales clerks are very helpful.

Very disorganized an cluttered. No pride in store and staff are unfriendly with no smiles with the prices you you charge I expected more. Guess I will have to go elsewhere.
