Used the online refill. Went to pickup and sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Arrived at 5:25 got to the window at 6:08 only to have the clerk pull the shade down. There were at least 2 other customers behind me. She never acknowledged me even though she walked by the window several times. Poor customer service is an understatement.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had to wait as long as 6 days for a new prescription that my doctor faxed. And when it was time for it to be refilled, Walgreens policy will not let you refill until you are on the last dose of your medication. I have been placed on hold and forgotten about or disconnected. Absolutely terrible every time I have to deal with them.

Least you could inform customers when they are checking out, that they can’t return nicotine patches, tobacco products. Have something listed showing customers this. The box wasn’t even opened, never used, and they refused to take it back. So I won’t be purchasing from your drugstore again.

My doctor called in a proscription at 1100. I was told at the store it would take about 1 hour. Went back 2 hours and was told it would be another 30 minutes. When back through the drive through window and waited another 35 minutes to get my medicine and they left off one of the medications.Poor service!

Terrible!!! My mom fell and broke a bone in her back 3 weeks ago. They pharmacy was closed "Due to unfortunate circumstances" the day after she fell when she needed her pain pills. This past Monday we dropped off a prescription and were told to pick up today at 10am. Guess what.. closed again!! So now my mom has to be in pain all night because she can't get her medicine. She is changing pharmacies and never coming back here again!

Dropped off a prescription 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for it to be filled. Only get the answering machine when I call to check on it. I'm ready to go somewhere else. This was our first experience with Walgreens in Thomson. The staff was friendly, but not getting a prescription in this amount of time in unacceptable.

Has anyone ever heard of drug store where the pharmacy was closed they don't have pharmacist? I dount it!Well mark your calendar. 07/12/17 it happened here. It's sad to make a 12 mile trip to pick up meds and can't get them. And the store manager on duty could care less.The only reason I switched business here was because my insurance wouldn't cover the meds from CVS. Sad situation.The other employees are nice and very apologetic.

Very good visit, nice clean store, very nice merchandise, very nice cashiers, they are very helpful. I'm thankful for Walgreens. Also don't forget to get your Walgreens card. It saves you money.
