We lost my cat while moving houses. We gave the shelter our info and a picture of our cat saying if he came in to let us know. The cat was also chipped with our information. Months later we see a "Successful" rescue post with a picture of our cat, with his name as well. Contacted the new owners and they didn't want to give him back, as their daughter had grown attached to him. Turns out they knew someone high up in the shelter who purposefully ignored our information and gave him away anyways.

These sick, disgusting, pitiful excuses of human beings will willingly execute sweet loveable animals and proceed to laugh about it in conversation. Dogs were placed in body bags before they stopped breathing. Dates were changed so they would be able to kill animals before rescues could come back to pick them up. Disgusting place should be bulldozed and then the remains should be burned many times over, only then will our planet be cleansed of the filth that is known as this animal shelter.

I have contacted Gail Newsome several times about my neighbors dogs running loose and having to live in horrible conditions. The only feedback or help I have received from Gail when she decides to return a call is that I must call the sheriffs office first before she can do anything. I have done this process several times and get told there is nothing they can do either that Gail Newsome has the authority to take the steps to make things happen. Any suggestions for help would be helpful.

The gentleman working the day we went was very nice & pleasant to talk to when dropping off a cpl kittens! Made it a lil easier to do a hard task.. 🤦
