She is without a doubt the nicest woman that I have ever met in my life. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and it was as if she knew exactly what service I needed. We talked for almost 20-25 minutes. After I left I just wanted to go back and sit and talk with her. Excellent, excellent service.

My best friend was referred to her by Elegant Bridals to alter her dream wedding dress. They discussed the plan and dropped the dress off. Elena contacted my friend a day after her grandfather passed wanting to be paid to alter her dress that was not finished. She explained to her the recent loss and that she could not come that day due to grieving and making arrangements for her grandfather. My friend expressed to her she was sorry she could not come the day she contacted her but would arrange another time. Elena was not sympathetic to her and told her she was taking the pins out of her dress and told her to pick it up. Very poor customer service, absence of compassion and sympathy. I would not recommend her services or business to anyone!

This is without a doubt the worst service I have received in my memory. I received a txt saying my garmet was ready and stated the shop hours were from 10 to 5 when we arrived the shop was closed the owner came out the rear entrance walked to the sidewalk and told my wife she being rude and disrespectful and she left. We returned at 2 pm to pickup the garment and the owner showed a side of her personality that would make the Pope get upsetShe called me a liar when I offered to show her the txt I received she told my wife to go back where she came fromI am a retired SFC from the United States Army and my is a US citizen and has stood by my side for 48 years just where would Elena like her to go back to.DO NOT TAKE ANY BUSINESS TO THIS SHOP

If I could give 0 I would. Unpleasant and doesn't listen to the request. Says she is so busy with the police department she has very little time. How is a police department supporting a whole business? Seems sus.Edit: Save your passive aggressive responses lady. You're not that busy there are never cars in your parking lot. 🤣😂 I'm a taxpayer in the city so I can question the validity of the police department supporting you so richly. I hope other see how nice nasty you really are.

Elena was fantastic with my daughter wedding dress. She went way beyond the call of duty with my daughter's dress. Not only was the alterations wonderful but when my daughter got sick at her final fitting. Elena coordinated the cleaning of her dress and everything was cleaned and everything was perfect for our pictures.

Please go elsewhere if you can. She kept my garments for over a week. I took the skirts in on Thursday to be hemmed- she said they would be ready over a week later on Friday. Called Friday at 11 she sarcastically said come at 4 - because she’s only one person and she has to sleep - what does that have to do with you taking my money and accepting the job??????Skirts still not ready at 4!!!Very disappointed & disgusted. She is untimely and unprofessional. Never again. NEVER

By far the best seamstress in Thomson, GA. She has the best personality and disposition. Alterations are almost always ready when promised, if not she will definitely get in touch with you to make something happen that will work for both of you! Prices were very reasonable and affordable!
