Fully stocked , multiple seasons, best sellers.Friendly and while there are alot of boxes being unloaded there is little issue getting around. No wait at registers either.

Very messy store, shelves not stocked, items everywhere in random places, and the real kicker is they took 50 dollars from me for 1 25 dollar item. During the shift before closing a woman checked me out and scanned my playstation gift card then sat it next to her, never placing it in the bag. I didn’t realize she hadn’t put it in there until I had arrived home and it was too late to go back. I come back the next day after calling and verifying I could get another card, but the lady at the register listens to me explain the situation, and charges me again. So now, I have spent 50 dollars and received one 25 dollar gift card. 2 days later my dad comes to the store to get the money back and get a refund, but the manager just tells him theres nothing he can do because he couldn’t find the card in the store. Ridiculous. Scammed out of 25 dollars. In this economy, I need all the money I can get.

Store has a friendly staff. Two thumbs up. It could use a little more organization. Parking spots are tight I think at this Dollar Tree, in front of store anyways. Very busy road for the location, store stays busy. Local laundry mat across road comes over buys all their small detergent and bleach products by cases you may have to shop elsewhere.

There seems to be perpetual stacks of stock that need to be navigated around... frequently blocking areas that I personally want to get to. The staff is generally friendly enough, I've never met any rude staff there! I think the building was built too small to accommodate the amount of stock they anticipate needing, because the shelves all seem full every time I go there. Just please take caution when walking around in there!Update, I went there for the first time in about a year. The aisles were much clearer! There was still a big cart of things to be stocked, or two, sitting around, but they were neatly lined up to the shelf out of the way. The overall appearance and organization have improved dramatically! There's always room for improvement in any business, but there has apparently already been a great deal of it in our store this past year!

Without a doubt this is the messiest store I have ever been in. Boxes in aisles, shelves empty .My last visit the only employee I saw other than cashier was 'organizing' boxes of candy near checkout. The very least important job in the store.

Some of the staff is great!!! But never enough registers are open, when I just left there was a line halfway down an aisle for just one register. Yes, the truck might have just gotten there, but what happened to taking care of the customer first!!! I'll continue to go there, but will try to plan better times to go (if that is even possible). Lizzie and Chris are great workers and care about the public, always make you feel welcome!!!

I had a pretty good experience today. The young man working was very helpful and was working hard trying to get the store supplied with balloons on Valentine's day. It was very busy and even though it was so hectic the staff was extremely nice. 👍👍 Probably one of the best experiences in a every long time.

Great experience with Dollar Tree in Thomson Ga this morning. They have hired older staff who are so nice and helpful. You could walk easily through store. Pleasant trip

I love it here. Everyone is nice. They have way more things available here than I thought. I'm a crafter and I just like walking around to look about 3 times a week. Sometimes twice a day. I love their party and holiday merch.

Staff is rude and unprofessional, they bicker in from of the customers quite often. On the plus side this location seems to always have what I'm looking for and I can always count on them for seasonal decor.

I have only been to this store twice. Both times boxes were blocking the aisles and the shelves were not neatly stocked. If you are heading into Augusta area for other errands, stop at the Grovetown location. The Grovetown store has always been neatly stocked and aisles box free.

I wish that it still had everything at the same price it is a bit confusing sometimes on the items, but over all their prices are still low enough for those who are on a tight budget .

I love dollar trees...but this one i dont recommend if you think you going to find some nice stuff..it is very unorganized ..and a hazard really..but the staff is okay here..this store is not clean as well...i think the management or something needs to be changed in my opinion..

Dirty and you can barely walk down the isles. Selves are bare because things are still in boxes so you'll have to unbox things your self.
