I will go to McDonald's for my sundaes from now on. This is what I got from Dairy Queen. It's not my first time receiving a sundae with barely any chocolate but this time is the worst. Tired of wasting my money here .

I really wanted to like this place since I missed the old one, but the food quality out if the three times I've been here has been "meh" at best. They get you through the drive through quick, but I just haven't had anything worth coming back for. The employees seem nice, too, so it's a shame.Today, I got a chocolate shake, and it was one of the nastiest I've ever had. I don't know if someone just messed it up, but it was so liquid and tasted like it had no sugar in it, making it bitter and leaving a strange feeling on my tongue. The last two times, their toast is SOAKING with butter. Some may like it that way...I hope to go back after some time to find they'll get better, but for now I cannot suggest getting anything here.

Management is awesome.Staff is awesome.Date night was awesome sauce!Simple date for a couple older folks and extra good service.We were very pleased with everything.

I was order #43 on 3/9/2024 at 8:35 pm. I was a walk in customer at the counter for a to go order of 4 ice creams. My server (on my receipt) says Employee: Asim. This employee should be fired. She is not helping the business at all. I stood at the counter for minutes being the only one there with at least 6 employees on staff. Finally the gentleman at the drive thru instructed this girl who was busy on her phone to take my order. She did so and gave me a number (43) seemed crazy since I was the only one waiting. The server went back to her phone untill she was instructed again to help some people that came in 5 min after me. No one was working on my order and eventually another woman came from the back to ask if she could help me with something. I told her I was #43. She finally started my order. Asim is bad for service and is no help to her fellow workers. She should be fired as she is not deserving of this job. I feel badly for those who have to pick up the slack for this terrible employee.
