I know that most times people write reviews when they have a not so pleasant experience. However, I believe that great customer service should be acknowledged just as much. This afternoon, I went to the drive thru for the second time. I just recently moved to the area and thus far both encounters were amazing. Firstly I want to send a shout out to a wonderful lady that served me at the window in the morning just yesterday. However, I do not wish to overshadow the amazing kindness and humanity extended to me today by both the Doctor and Pharmacist on duty today, Cadrill. I was having severe allergic reactions due to the pollen in the air. I asked her to recommend something over the counter and she consulted with the Dr on duty. However, Cadrill proceeded to offer me a bottle of water which immediately aided in easing the excessive coughing I was experiencing. I just had to write and thank them both for exhibiting such consideration for my dilemma. Keep up the good work!

I unfortunately had to stop using Walmart pharmacy and was forced to use CVS pharmacy because of my insurance. I went to the pharmacy last night to conduct a transfer from Walmart to CVS they took all my information and the pharmacist said they would get it tomorrow and I would receive a text when my prescription was ready. Well tomorrow is here and I didn't receive a message so I called and the lady states no we don't have a prescription for you so I told her it was a transfer from Walmart. She we got your profile. She wanted to tell me they would have to do it tomorrow again and because I became upset because of their error you slam the phone up in my face. I will be there to speak with a manager tomorrow. You don't hang-up because yall dropped the ball. I wasn't rude to her. I just can't understand why I got to tell you who was on hand last night. Very bad service. Yall deserve a big fat Zero!!!

I have just recently moved to the Thompson, Georgia. I decided to visit the CVS Pharmacy because it is nearby where I live. Don't know why there are so many negative comments about this pharmacy. My experience was very pleasant. My primary care physician prescribed several medications that he faxed to the pharmacy. All of my prescriptions were filled within an hour. Employees that I encountered were very professional and courteous, as well as helpful . I think this CVS Pharmacy is a great place for Scripts and shopping. I highly recommend!

I’ve called 7 times in the past 7 days for a refill on a simple prescription. I did NOT want to have to go inside to stand in line for another hour. I realize everyone is in need of help and are short staffed. At least answer the phone and say “please hold”! I’m tired of hearing, “did you know, you have to schedule for a COVID vaccine “! Especially 20 + minutes later! 7 times!!

CVS in general is fine, but this one is a nightmare. I sit for at LEAST 20 min waiting for my prescription every single time. I cannot imagine what the problem is. Once in a while is ok, but this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. Awful!! I’m going to have to find a different pharmacy even though I prefer to use one across the board.

If there was any way to give less than 1 star I would. You can NEVER get a single soul to answer the phone in the pharmacy. They don't have your prescription filled in a reasonable time. The lines are horrendous and then you get up there and they have nothing for you. Not like calling is an option since no one will answer. The last time I tried to get my prescription filled was the final straw. I will never do business with these people or this company again. Piss poor

Drive thru is joke. Being the 4th in line is guaranteed at least a 45 minute wait. Inside is never any better. And calling the pharmacy makes you want to kill yourself!! The music is terrible, uneven and broken, while the annoying person is clear with the repeated announcements. I swear they have picked up and transferred my call to another department, who insisted that I give them personal information although "they were not in the pharmacy department". I would love to just enter the refill through the automated system, but you didn't even put a prescription label on the bottle. Only the barcode for refill. As I type this, I have been on hold for 35 minutes. I'm done CVS!!!

I called to check on status of prescription and automated system said it was ready for pick up. I go to pick it up and it is NOT ready. I picked up one the other day and after I picked it up I get a text and call saying the meds I picked up were ready for pick up. The staff has been quite rude of late. May have to make a change. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Waited for 28 minutes, finally just hung up.duts

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too, the lines are extremely long, been on the phone for over forty five mins and still nothing..someone told us our prescription would be done around 2 came here at 2 and waited for 30 mins and was told oh that still hasn’t been filled yet and will be done In about thirty mins walked in right after and low and behold someone else said “here you go” it was right behind the counter the whole time !!! Worst pharmacy ever !!

The worst pharmacy that’s located in town!! Prescription are never ready and they never check their damn emails to make sure if the prescription was ready and sent in. This place should get a lawsuit for horrendous working conditions. What a nightmare this place not to mention the long long lines for a simple med!!!!!

Always has very long line at the pharmacy, both inside and out! Living in the country and having to come into town to pick up prescriptions is not convenient to begin with; then paired with extra long wait times due to long lines...Open up the other lane for full service and do away with covid testing lane!

The pharmacy here is horrendous and they absolutely refuse to answer the phone. I'm trying to call to see if my prescription is ready so that I don't waste a trip into town and they will not answer the phone. The customer service here is awful. I'm going to start sending my prescriptions to Walgreens. ANSWER THE PHONE!

Just echoing the comments of many. Now they are taking Covid test and prescription pickups in the one and only line they have open. 35 minute wait during the middle of the day. Time to vote with my $$ and move to another pharmacy.

This place is a train wreck. My last trip will be the one I made on Saturday December 16th to pick up a prescription. After being told it was ready, as usual it was not ready and had to wait over a hour. One thing I did notice is every time I go there are new faces. Bad sign, and I will never be seen there again
