Prices were good on a few things, but not others. Cookware was on sale at 50%, but it didn't ring up that way at the register. No employee was available to check so after waiting a while we decided to leave and left everything with them. We did meet an employee in the parking lot and he offered to check on it, but by that time we had spent too much time waiting so we left

New store, clean and well lit. Friendly cashier's. Unfortunately unique items they stocked when they first opened are no longer stocked. Nothing to set them apart from the competition... Time will tell but they need to step it up to complete against the other big box store... else they will be just another statistic/casualty of failed Thomson businesses.

Great store. I went to return an item and couldn't my receipt. The young and at customer service said I couldn't because they didn't know If I bought it at that location or not . I don't see what difference that made, since you can return it to any big lots. I felt like he just didn't want to be bothered or didn't know what to do. But the store is awesome, just may need some employee training so now stuck with a dog carrier my dog doest fit in.

Cashier was not very friendly. I already was feeling uncomfortable because every time I turned around the same employee was following me through the store. Upon entering the store a sale rep was promoting some candles on display at the door. Saying they cost $3.50 but they rang up $7.00. Alot of items didn't have prices. The store just opened this past week, so I will give them another chance next week.

Everything is pretty easy to find and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is new, clean and well stocked and organized. I'm now a regular.

Wheelchair friendly. Store is packed, almost cluttered, but has a LOT of items not found in most other stores. Very good prices .

This is a brand new Big lot in town. It is beautiful. It is clean. Very comfortable to shopping. The staff is very friendly 😃.
