Went to Arby's for dinner the other night and ordered a large french dip sub meal. To my surprise, it was almost $20!!! $17 Plus tax it absolutely ridiculous for 1 meal. Then I get handed this little, itty bitty cup.... I ask the cashier, "this is a large?" Who then says, "oh no" and then hands me the right size. I posted pictures so u can judge for yourself. If I'm paying that much money for food, how about give me the right size for one, for two, u think maybe putting enough meat on the damn bread so I could at least taste what I just spent a small fortune on. Absolutely the last time I visit Arby's.... Horrible management and customer service, u should be ashamed to charge that much money for bread!!!!

This place is clean! The people are nice and sociable. The turkey ranch and bacon sandwich was juicy and flavored well. It will stay in your mouth for a long time after though!The restroom was very clean, only one sink though. Over all this place was an enjoyable place to have a quick bite to eat!

I got there staff was nice but while I was ordering I saw in the back just the people slapping cheese and meat on bread and not even cooking it they put it in the bag and served it. My granddaughter and grandson got roast beef sliders and they were cold and cheese was not melted we just left and went to chick FIL a what happened to Arby's?

I'm giving the food itself 4 stars because the burgers are back! Those are fantastic. The girl taking our order tried but our order was wrong once we opened it. We did not go back because we were already on the highway. We got curly fries instead of crinkle fries. They gave us white milk (which we did get fixed at the window) when we asked for chocolate milk. The sweet tea was disgusting. It was so sweet I couldn't drink it.

Thursday August 10We stopped in as we were passing through Augusta area and grabbed a couple beef n cheddar sandwiches and also Greek gyro sandwiches.The beef n cheddar were good as always.The Greek gyro were fairly bland, and I kept finding pieces of hard gristle or something hard in the meat. I ended up throwing them out.

Ordered a 1/2lb beef and CHEDDAR combo and added bacon. Got home, opened it up and it had no cheddar nor the bacon I paid for. Note, this isn't the first time they didn't add stuff I paid for.

One of the only fast food spots in Thomson I dont have to go back in and get my order fixed. They have an assist manager at night that is on point. Food is always fresh and on point. That gentleman takes pride in his work.

My husband and I went through the drive thru to order 2 jamocha shakes and a small curly fry. We couldn't understand the person through the speaker and had to repeat the order. Got to the window and had to tell them again what the order was because they had us down for 3 shakes instead of 2. When we asked for the receipt, the girl at the window yelled at someone to get the receipt because in her words "they think I'm trying to rip him off ". My husband said "no I don't think you're trying to rip me off i just wanted my receipt, but you can keep your smarta** comments to yourself." And we drove off. Not going to be a returning customer anytime soon, which is sad because we live in Thomson.

I visited here on Friday night passing through on the way to Atlanta. The guy that took my order was so nice! When I got to the window, he enthusiastically asked me how my night was going and was very genuine. I appreciated his friendliness in a drive through because that is very rare. Got my order and headed over to chick fil a to grab another order for my kids. I got to chick fil a and realized I didn't have my credit card. Thankfully, I had a back up 😉 Got my order and pulled into a parking spot to make sure I didn't drop my card somewhere, and then I heard a knock on my window. It was an employee from Arby's letting me know I left my card! I was totally shocked, but so happy that they cared enough to follow me to make sure I got my card!! I went back to the store and the entire staff was so friendly when I picked up my credit card. He explained to me that he was trying to get my attention when I drove off without my card, so he sent an employee to follow me when he saw me going to chick fil a. Superb customer service 👏🏼 And the food was great too!!!

Talbert (?) the guy who was working the drive thru window was awesome. I will only eat here when he is working, every other time I have visited they have completely failed our order and taken repeated attempts to correct only to still leave with the wrong food. The manager woman even got an attitude and acted like it was my fault she messed up.
