Walmart in Thomasville Ga is a joke! If I could rate zero I would. Everyone who works in the pick up grocery department should be fired! First they gave me the wrong order, not noticing until I was home and about to unpack, so obviously I have to get that corrected it was late So I drove back the next morning. They give me my correct order. When I get home to unpack. Someone peed on my groceries and all in the bags my groceries were in. So now I feel like a nag because I have to go back again. They did give me all new things that are in the photos. But to pee in someone's groceries is too much so I took the issue to management and they did nothing about it but gave me attitude. I used to spend hundreds of dollars every week here. I will never spend another dime at Walmart in Thomasville Ga!!!

We are from West Central Illinois, and I stopped in to get my glasses adjusted since I fell on them a few days earlier. Brandi Davis, who works in the vision center, was an Angel and fixed them. And she would not take any money. Clean store, great staff 😁

I purchased a core innovations product for digital antenna at Thomasville ,GA,Wal Mart after losing cable after storms it's awesome got like 42 channels nice picture actually less interference than my direct TV had awesome product would definitely recommend it,thank you for actually being a product that actually does work the way it says it does,oh and very easy set up and scan .btw it is a over the air digital.tv converter and DVR it is awesome 😎💯

Possibly one of the worst Walmart’s in Georgia. Employees more interested in socializing with each other. Shelf’s are not neat, nor lots of items priced. Sporting Goods is messy and Rifle Rack empty all the time, not just in the afternoon as a Assistant Manager trued to tell me. Associates walk by you without asking if you need help or if you do ask for help, they act like you bothering them.

I enjoy this Walmart. They have a good selection of items in stock. Employees are nice. The store is clean. If it wasn't so far from our house this is the Walmart I would shop at all the time!

Typical walmart, which I like. I've been to a few walmarts that definitely needed security in the parking lot, but this one seems pretty safe. I've done several pickup orders that went well. The parking lot could use a good steam cleaning. No big complaints, so... Mikey Likey

Thomasville Walmart is not my favorite place, when you need to get something out of locked cabinets, and I already had pushed the button 4 times and it takes what seems like forever before someone to help you. I understand about so much theft and they gotta lock them cabinets but it takes at least 15 minutes before someone to help you. And this happened twice so I will not be going back.

I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes now for an associate to assist me in the pet isle. The button does nothing. Talked to someone that had a name tag that said he was a coach. He paged someone… still nothing. That was 5 minutes ago. You’d think with all those people freed up by having only self checkout upfront that their customer service would be a little better this is why I only come here if I need something the day of. I avoid Walmart at all costs for this reason. I’d rather wait 2 days to get it online.

I had an issue with curbside, which seems to be the trend. It was a headache. BUT the woman who helped me set it right was so helpful and kind. I try to go out of my way to have a nice tone whenever I have to confront anyone, and she made me feel comfortable about the entire situation. I think she was a team lead at ODP; anyways, inconvenient situation fixed by a nice lady.

For all of Wal Marts in Georgia and Florida times are hard and the retired generation is forced to pay bills and health care are forced to take jobs and having to stand and greet customers and check recepits on their feet for hours a day and not let to have a place to sit is WRONG Imwould like to see upper management do this I bet if it were their parents they would be offended this is how they treat the generation that has worked to support them and this country they need change how they treat these hard working seniors

The only good thing about this hellish place is the pharmacy. Great staff and deals. The rest of the store is a nightmare. Stockers, cashiers, and other staff can't do anything without looking down at their phone. A stocker almost hit me today, pushing a high stacked dolley, looking straight down at her phone. Then there is the management, special place in Hades for them.Update: Decided to get an oil change elsewhere instead of Walmart this time. Was told by the tech that the oil plug was so tight that it stripped the threads. Barely could get it out and was able to tighten it enough to get me back home. Last place I received an oil change.... Wal-Mart. Thanks, dummies.

Pitiful. I guess they expect someone to take trees from the garden center to the front of the store for purchase. No one working in the area except the gentleman at the gate. A coach apologized but his voice said otherwise. Went to Lowe's as I said it would.

Pickup here is an absolute joke. Checked in online and sat for 30 minutes called the pickup number just for them to hang up the phone, called the store number somehow got to the manager on duty who said there was nothing she could do. Try to catch someone coming out the door.

Mostly good experiences. Items are often out of stock, aisles are often crowded with carts and items not stocked yet, prices are ok. Produce is hit or miss. Great Value brand milk often goes bad quickly.The tire/automotive section is usually short staffed and hard to get any help.

Love delivery option. Last week had a flawless delivery.In store shopping today was in and out quick. No checkout line, actually had the item I went in for. Some empty spaces on a few shelves.

Why do they let you place your order for a certain time and then when that time arrives, inform you it'll be delayed by 2 hours??? By the time they inform you of the delay, you're already at the store(because you want to respect everybody's time, of course). Its completely ridiculous.And then when you call, if they answer, they spend 20 minutes saying that they are "tranfering you to the right department". How do they not get it right the first time?? I've legitimately had more bad experiences with online orders at this location than good ones. All around terrible experience.

Whenever I go on vacation I purposely go to walmart just to see if I can find one worse than thomasville’s. So far there has not been one that can even compete with the failure that is our Walmart. I am more surprised when I walk out with the actual thing I needed then when they don’t have it In stock.

Way too many employees standing in groups talking instead of working and having someone standing at the exit to look at your receipt. If they getting paid to stand there they could open a registor.

Terrible store, nasty parking lot, and they closed 1 1/2 hour early with no explanation why on website or Facebook. We drive all the way to town (30 minute drive) and as we were walking in they had a man yelling that they are closed and kicking people out the store. Worst Walmart experience I’ve had.

Place looked pretty good today. Went to the Vision center. Great experience. Also shopped for groceries and found all I need and a few extra things in clothing. Self check out was fast, no problems.

The lines at self checkout were longer than the lines at the TWO regular checkout lines. Despite there being a multitude of workers on the floor, No additional checkouts were opened. I should mention that I got out of the store faster than 40% of those in self checkout. I won't be returning to this Wal-Mart any time soon
