They always refuse to print out receipts and I never have my account on digital receipts. Also I had a coupon where I spend twenty and I'll receive $10 in cash rewards. The store was stocked with all the items in my cart and I was able to pay for everything. It will tell you if the store is out of stock for that item because it'll automatically change the available amount. Upon picking up my order they gave me one of each item and it took my total below $20. So I lost out on $10. Some of the CSR's are nice while others are rude. If you don't like dealing with the people of the public then don't pick that type of work.

We stopped in 2/15/19 at 8pm and I wish I could remember the young ladies name and the other lady sweeping up (bad memory) . They were so welcoming and sweet . They asked if we needed help and we're very nice. Had a wonderful experience there and got what we needed. We were carded for our cigarettes and she even offered to help get my ID out of my wallet because I was struggling getting it out. Very nice employees

They never have anything in stock. I understand with everything going on, it could be slow, but other stores are sticking the same items with no delays. I don't understand. Regardless, it's terrible, every time I order something, half the stuff is out and the other half is unimportant

Worst Pharmacy hands down. My first experience dealing with them was horrible. They said it would be 15 minutes. I sat and waited. 1.5 hours later it was ready. Everyone behind the counter seems like they don't have a clue what they are doing, which is pretty scary. Yesterday I dropped off a prescription which I needed, since I just had a dental procedure. They called me at 641pm. I got in my car drove over, was there at 7. They refused to give me my prescription because they closed out the register. I will never shop this store again. CVS will get my business now. Hopefully they aren't as bad.

You have an employee at Walgreens #19880 in Thomasville, Ga that went above and beyond today, 06 June 2020. I only know that her name was Yolanda. I’m having surgery tomorrow and was a little flustered and nervous about surgery. I tossed my keys in the trash can outside of the store instead of the trash in my hand. Not only did she give me gloves to use but she helped me look through the trash to find them. Thank you so much, Yolanda. It’s people like you that make our world a better place.M Williams

This is the absolute worst RX in Thomasville, GA IF I could give it a -5 on the review I would. I call in my RXs and then they say they never recieved it, have to fax the doctor a refill order, etc. It's the absolute WORST!! I will be changing pharmacy ASAP as I cannot take this anymore. In addition to the above... the wait times are unbeliavable over 40 minutes or longer...at times I've had to leave without getting my RXs as I could not wait any longer.

I AM 64 YEARS OLD AND THIS THE ONLY STORE I HAVE ENTERED TO PURCHASE CIGARETTES. FOR ME OR ANYONE ELSE AND THEY REQUIRE AN ID TO PURCHASE CIGARETTES.IT IS AN INSULT AND A BURDEN SO MANY PEOPLE PERFER TO NOT SHOP THERE. WE ARE ADULTS AND NOT CHILDREN AND ADULTS DON'T LIKE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH.WALGREENS NEED TO CHANGE THIS REQUIREMENT BEACAUSE YOU KEEP POTENTIAL SHOPPERS OUT OF. WALGREENS

Pharmacy refused to sale me legal behind the counter pills because I didn't have a pharmacy record with Walgreens. While all federal law requires is your drivers license. I was sent away suffering from my cold symptoms. Never again will I trust Walgreens for my pharmacy needs and if you don't want to be treated like a common criminal just because you don't have a perception pharmacy record with Walgreens I recommend you visit RiteAid or CVS. I'm filing a complaint to corporate.

good rx card in hand app on phone told I cant use without printing it out snippy snooty woman when I tried to ask if that made any sense she just repeated the same thing g in a harsh manner will be first and last time I use thomasville walgreens and when I walked away to go buy a pic of the screen I called her a snippysnotty b and she then wanted to get into a yelling match and my husband got between it as I kept walking

for the past two or three prescription's that me and my wife have had to have filled it has not been ready when we arrived there has been a 2 or 3 hour wait time and we usually have to come back the next day due to the distance was not like this when we switched to Walgreen's I thank maybe they they have made all the money that need ?

Try to call, hold for 20 minutes and they never answer. This happens every time I call. In store, they will ignore you waiting for 10+ minutes. Drive thru time 15+ min.
