The manager refused to honor a posted price on a pit boss grille. She made it sound like it was my fault. I didn’t read the entire sale sign. It was expired. It is not my fault the sign is posted on the grills 10 foot away from the register for a week after the expiration. I thought it was a current price. I have never had a store ever not honor a price that was posted on an item. I got a refund and purchased one at another store just on principle. Thomasville store will not be getting any more business from me.

Clean, well stocked store. They have friendly, and ample customer service. This chain has greatly improved in the past couple of years. I enjoy getting hard to find items as well as receiving competitive prices. They also send emails on sale items but do not overwhelm you like some stores.

Everyone that works here is always so nice! I am often pleasantly surprised when they also have hardware and other tools that I thought I'd have to make a second trip to Lowes after getting my chicken food. They shorten my errand list!

Absolutely love when the chicks are in. So cute and adorable. Makes me smile while walking around shopping and I hear chirp chirp chirp🐣🐥. Yeah I just happened to walk by a few times. Hey, what I'm looking for is always back on the other side.Back to the store. They have a big supply of pet food. I can always find what I'm looking for and the prices are comparable to other huge stores, I will not name. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I like when I can chat with the cashier, but not hold the line up either. Today was the same. Cashier was super friendly, fast and accurate.

I was looking to purchase a gun safe. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to open a safe for closer inspection. Finally got an employee​ to open a safe and he quickly disappeared. I did not get to look at any others. The store was not busy as it was around 7:30 pm. I was very disappointed. And I will find a safe elsewhere.

Overall a nice store. Staff is reasonably well versed in the "rural life"....but don't be in too big of a hurry...it seems as though understaffing is the norm. It would be nice if they carried a larger selection of "non yuppie" items...but I understand catering to your market.

Stopped to get propane for my RV. $2.69 a gal. Much cheaper than Florida. The guy who assisted me was very nice as was the cashier inside. It's nice to meet friendly people on my travels. I would recommend this tractor supply.

The customer service sucks. Except that guy that got me ducks oit of the pen twice. You're cool, dude.The cashier was helping a customer find something and the manager I guess watched and eyeballed and rushed her. No one was checking out. If I had been the customer we would have had words. And he saw me waiting, he went the other way instead of getting me ducks out.

Love this place. Great products and the cashier who I will simply call M to respect her privacy always greets me with a smile and really knows her stuff. For great farming supplies I recommend this place and be sure to check out their clothing.

Love tractor Supply.Evdth thing from baby chicks to deer(salt)blocks stone Ware and out door lighting......I use the pottery and stone Ware for staging.I decorate with early America and primitives....the look intergrades well with originals

This store offers a great selection of tools for the yard plus a great variety of dog and cat foods. Because is located in a small shopping center finding a parking space can be difficult sometimes. Great costumer service.

I own a farm. I buy my feed from the feed store in Whigham Ga. but most other supplies I buy here for a couple of reasons. The most important one is the service. I have a condition that makes several things difficult for me. When I go in, I tell whoever is at the desk that I will need help and they lift and tug for me. I buy it, and they load it. It works out very well. When life throws you a hard curveball, customer service becomes a huge plus. Prices are average but that aspect of service makes them an easy choice.
