I bring my long hair Ragdoll cat to be shaved about every 2 months. Been going for 8 years. She always comes home with a nice cut, no nicks. Scheduling is easy too. Great services, good prices. Thank you Adam and staff!

They are top notch, friendly and give my pet great results. They call to let you know if there needs something else done like in trimming. You get a courtesy call when your pet is ready and pick up is smooth and easy.

Groomed my dog this was the second time here the cut was mediocre they do not cut the toe nails down at all just barely file them .However the shampoo smells great

First time ever taking one of my dogs to the groomer. They were very patient with me. Lol. He went in wagging his tail and come out wagging his tail. My White husky is shedding less and oh so white! Very pleased and will recommend 🐩

I made an appointment for my very sweet 12 year old dog to be groomed at this place, because there were so many great reviews. I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. I never leave reviews, but was so disappointed by the lack of care my dog received, I felt like I needed to. I was told to have him there as earlier as possible. I dropped him off for a full groom at 8am. I was told he would be fully groomed and that they would call me when they were done. Instead, I called and checked on him at 3pm, he still had not been groomed. I arrived at 4:30. He was not fully groomed and stressed. When I got him home, he drank 4 bowls of water and was exhausted. I think they had him sit in a kennel all day and at the last minute washed him. The only positive thing that happened was that I wasn’t charged. I will never take my dog there again.

I live in Arkansas now, but all of my family is in Thomasville. Every time I visit (twice a year) I take my golden retriever here. Not only are their prices better than where I take him in Arkansas, but they do the best job! I took him here the week of my wedding for a bath and trim. He walked down the aisle looking fantastic! They really do such a great job! They are also incredibly sweet people that genuinely care about your pet!

Felt the prices were reasonable but the quality was lacking. Asked the nails be trimmed on both dogs but wasn't done on either. Same behind the ears. Seems that brushing isn't included with a wash and dry. Nice folks, though. Have revised my earlier review after taking the owner's offer to revisit The Pet Salon. Had a much more satisfactory visit this time. Dogs were clean, brushed and nails nicely trimmed as requested. Would patronize this business again.

We take our two girls here our Pug Misty and or Boston Terrier Abbey and the staff here awesome. The staff are very helpful and they are very nice and caring to your pets.They do a great job bathing them and clipping and dremeling their nails. We also get Misty shaved every other month due to her thick coat as she gets hot especially during the summer..We have never had any problems and they usually get our girl in and out pretty fast if they do not get to busy.

Rectionist is a bit gruff. Best thing was U needed to show vaccines, I noticed they had expired the day before . I immediately called vet and had it taken care of. Good job on the grooming.

Took Callie, our poodle mix, in and they did a fantastic job for a great price. Jennifer waited on me at the front and she was awesome. She really took her time and made sure she understood how I wanted her cut and that I understood what all they were going to do. Great job! Fantastic team!

Asked for my dogs hair not to be touched at all on the top of her head not eyebrows, eyelashes not even an ear trim. As we had been growing her hair out and could almost braid it without much falling out in the front, that’s all over. Can barely get it in one small ponytail now. Asked for her about to be shaped to a teddy bear round shape that was not even trimmed. Only every other nail was trimmed and that should have been essential. On my schnauzer one eyebrow is way longer than the other and when I picked them up they were not even brushed out. The next day they were greasy looking and had not been outside so that has never happened after any shower. I am mostly upset about her hair that had been months efforts of growing it out and there were other things but mostly I don’t know why I say there for 15-20 minutes describing how I wanted her cut. Repeating multiple times about nothing being cut off the top and yet she was taking notes and none of that was done. So I guess that was a waste of money and time.
