Worst experience yet again. After the way the groomer treated me, I am absolutely certain that I do not want her anywhere near my 11-year-old dog. To add to the frustration, the front counter person was dismissive and unapologetic for the time I wasted.

Went in to look for catfood especially for my cat with megacolon. Found exactly what I was looking for! Also found some Blue Buffalo marked down because of use by date coming up soon for the rest of the crew. The store was very clean. We had a staff member ask if we needed help. The young man at the cash register was smiling as we were walking up. He greeted us, asked about our day & if we'd found everything we needed. There is so much customer service that is seriously lacking in so many ways. This is not one of those places. The date today is 2/19/2022, store number 7045 & our cashier was Malik. Great job everyone! We'll be back soon!

Excellent customer service. The young lady was very helpful and polite. Patient with my child and puppy. That makes all the difference.Since they opened, they have ordered a large bag of cat food whenever I need it. They don't stock the size I buy. If I call a few days ahead of time, they always have it waiting on me. Walmart does NOT do that.

At the Thomasville, Ga location they are very customer friendly. Nice inventory of products to choose from. The two groomers on-site are very good.

My kids favorite hard cat food has become scarce. Not sure why, so I went to Petsense in hopes to find it. Hooray 1 lonely bag greeted me when I walked in. I'm a cheap skate, but not when it comes to my fur babies. Petsense has a great selection of foods, treats, toys and necessities. They are higher priced, but the items are higher quality. I noticed some of the food was actually the same price I have been paying. They also have a discount card that makes the food buy 10 get one free. That's gold to me. I'm interested in the vet services. I need to research more, but they look promising. I'll let you all know.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable and very eager to help u find the right pet for your situation and will also send you home with the correct habitat and food for your newest family member. If nothing else its a great place to take the kids to visit, to make a wishlist or just check out and ask about different animals. My recommendation.....check it out

Okay let me take a second and tell you I went to this store when it first opened and had a horrible experience, I went back a month or so ago and had the best experience I have gone back almost weekly since they are my only go to for all my fur babies. If you have not been please go. Friendly, knowledgeable. Great people.

I like to check out the kittens there, I hope they get great forever homes, they a bad selection on cat can wet food. But I get mostly bad selection ,it happens everywhere. Right now I'm having auto ship to me from Chewy. Times I can't get out to the store. Now I have a good vehicle I can check out PetSense in Moultrie. Good place! I'll go again and recommend the store. 😁🐾🐯💜

I had the best experience ever yesterday while I was at your store Malik and Danielle helped assist me in proper set up and food for our baby bearded dragon. Christy you have done an amazing job with finding people with great customer service, and VERY friendly. I walked in not knowing what I was doing and left happy and well educated!!!! I go here because I can't get the Fromme dogfood locally. It's a small store and doesn't have a lot. Prices are fairly high. Employees are friendly enough.

I bought 4 fish and 2 snails. Before I got home the 2 snails were dead, hours later the fish were dead. The fish had fin rot. I called the store the woman had a bad attitude. I went to the store they notified me nothing could be done. Looking around I noticed about 50% + of the fish had fin rot. This is truly sad... not the fact of the money, but the fact so many fish and no telling what other animals die because they are too lazy to clean this mess up.
